The personal help I received in the office was outstanding, and the atmosphere was refreshing. There were four females and one male on my visit. All starred in congeniality. A very pleasant outcome for what was initially aimed as a hardware complaint.

Disappointed with the person who sold me my new tablet in June...never took the old one off and I was still paying monthly for it!!

Ever since we switched to Cellcom we have not had a single dropped call or been in any area of the state where we did not have both cell phone and internet coverage. Just stop wasting time and money on AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, and any others. Make the switch!

My husband upgraded my phone and then the rep talked him into trying out a tablet for 15 days. She did not explain that there was a $50 re-stocking fee. She did say she would waive the $25 set up fee. We brought it back because we really do not need it. They did charge us the $50 fee. We have been customers for 24 years. They also said this tablet would now be a used tablet. I can guarantee they will sell it as new. It will be a long time before I do any more business at that store or even with cellcom.
