January 2021: So happy with the service center!! They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and did it in a timely fashion. Super prompt with responses in the app and did a great job. Just so happy with my experience, especially after hearing about other peoples issues with Tesla service in other areas.Edit July 2021: just had another experience with them, did a great job getting me quick mobile service. Went there the other day and spoke with Austin the store manager over there. If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would because this experience was horrific. Austin belittled and disrespected me regarding a Tesla I recently bought. Stay away from this guy, he thinks he knows better.

Cody and Gonzo were both very friendly and helped us understand both the mobile options (they come to wherever you are, at no extra cost!) and their full shop right here in Tyler which can handle anything needed. They also offer test drives in the Model 3, the Model S and Model X... all awesome vehicles... we have an X and an S already. We put 30,000 miles on the S this past year and love the car.

This location is Top Notch! Kyle rocks! He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and I could be more satisfied. If you are considering a Tesla, start here! Even if you have to drive hours to get here. You will not be disappointed.

After I placed an order, Celeste contacted me and has stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Shes been PHENOMENAL! Shes answered every single question Ive had. If she didnt know the answer immediately, she quickly found out and got right back to me.Always answers quickly and clearly. Shes made the entire process completely stress-free.If you order a Tesla (which I recommend), pray that Celeste is the advisor that helps you.

Kyle was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very personable. We got to drive for about 30 minutes in a Model Y. Now, if I can get my wife on board...

It was great. The guys showing the cars genuinely love the cars, and are knowledgeable. I think it takes some of the pressure off that there is no pressure to buy or sell the car.

Didnt buy but got alot of information about the Tesla y. You need to test drive it for yourself to experience it.

Massive waste of time. An evening employee told me they sold the Gen 2 mobile charger. I’d have to come back in the day time to purchase due to the “register being closed”. I come back the next day and the morning shift guy tells me they don’t sell the charger in store and gave me the retail employee favorite line “you’ll have to check online”. Drove 2 hours round trip for this nonsense.

Have talked to Cody and Gonzo so far. They are both great. Do their best to take care of you. Love my Model 3. No regrets and never going back to ICE.

Emailed me for a free Tesla test drive, previously a 2 year wait and a 5k down payment on your future car was required. The show room is a bit sparse, but its still a work in progress and the fact that you can even buy a tesla in Tyler now is astounding.

I like the place and the company but am having serious issues with my car and being told it will be over 2 weeks before they can even look at it. It is insane to me that they wont even look at the damage to get the ball rolling on ordering parts.

Great test-drive experience, even better than the Model S test drive I did a few years ago at the Cedar Springs service center. Went home and ordered another Tesla afterwards!

Its a repair location but the personal are very terrific
