Jeff and the team at Outdoor Power are beyond phenomenal. Customer service these days does not seem to be very common. But here, they take care of you and make you feel like you are actually valued. This is my one stop shop for all of my lawn care purchases. No one else can touch this team. I mean it.

I bought a Scag Liberty Z mower from this place on 03/20/2021 and I used it for about a week for work. On Monday 03/29/2021 a belt came off a pulley and busted a fan on it. I took up to the store early Monday afternoon and told them all that happened. They took a look at it that afternoon and called me to tell me the parts needed and what they were going to do to fix it. I asked how much and they said it was all covered under the warranty so I didn’t owe them anything. They also said that the parts would come Tuesday afternoon and they could get it out the door for me then. Well Tuesday came and no parts so they said Wednesday. Wednesday came and no parts. Same thing on Thursday and the finally said they had to get parts from somewhere else cause scag didn’t have those parts on the new mower. So Friday afternoon they finally get the parts in and only then do they finally tell me that it would not be covered under the warranty because there was no “strike damage” so they have to label it as “user error” basically saying it’s my fault. They had it for a whole week and waited until the last minute to tell me this. So I said whatever just fix it and I paid them 124$ to fix it. So I used it since then and today on 04/12/2021 I was mowing a typical lawn in a nice neighborhood and my left back tire popped off the rim while I was turning around. So I took back up to the store to see if they could fix it. They directed me to tire shop which I didn’t have a problem with. But I asked them about their return or exchange policy on these mowers because it starting to look like I picked the mower out that will just have problems. They said that I can’t return or exchange it for a different one. Saying that these problems sound to be like user error and not something the warranty would cover. So these stores to me operate the same as car dealerships. When you are looking to buy they are your best friend and will do whatever they can to get you to buy the mower but once you sign that contract they will do whatever they can to avoid covering any costs. And I can’t dispute them on problems it will have because I’m just a customer and they have the final say on what’s a “manufacturer defect” and what’s “user error”. So I won’t be going back to this anymore.
Last summer, I came in looking for a spring to fit the seat on an old cub cadet zero turn I had been given. Brandon spent a good 45 minutes with me helping me order the right part that cost all of $10. He very easily could have told me to google it and go about my day, but he didnt. That level of customer service sold me on this business and guaranteed that I came back when it was time for me to buy a new mower.Fast forward to two weeks ago. That old zero turn finally gave out. I shopped around with a few big name dealers to get a sense of what was available since I had never actually purchased a lawn mower before. After kicking tires, I made my way back to Outdoor Power Products. Jeff, the owner, made his way right over to me and patiently and expertly answered every question I had. (No matter how silly Im sure some of them seemed.) He asked questions about what my specific needs were and he showed me what I actually needed, and not the most expensive thing on his showroom floor. I walked away with a new lawnmower and an education. And then to top it all off, Brandon actually delivered the mower to me the very next day after hours.Jeff and Brandon have earned themselves a lifelong customer. Not only because they do excellent business, but because theyre good men. Thank you both for your help!
I took my lawn tractor to Outdoor Power Products which had a bad vibration problem. Brandon was super nice and patient trying to solve this problem, which he did, even in the middle of mowing season when they were so busy Highly recommend.

We bought a Scag Liberty Z from Jeff on Saturday, 4/10/21 and couldnt be happier. My wife and I went to buy the Toro TimeCutter but after test driving the Scag there was no comparison. Jeff never tried to sell the Scag over the Toro but just left the decision up to me and my wife. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. Yes, the Scag was more money but in our opinion its worth the money for the quality of machine youre buying. Before you buy from one of the big box stores, please visit Outdoor Power Products and see Jeff or one of his great staff members. Odds are youll leave there with a mower that is high quality and at a fair price.

Very helpful. Didnt have what I needed in stock, but could have ordered it. Due to the price of the parts, suggested I might be better off buying a new unit. I would go there again if I needed parts.

If I could give 10 stars I would as the day I came to bring my mower in it was pouring down rain. They let me back my truck into their shop and out of the rain. They then fixed my mower and let me watch what they did. They did allot of other stuff I didn’t ask to tune it and only charged me $40. They have me for life as I’ll never go any other place!!! The mower runs great now!!!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience on my first visit. This is a very busy time of year for companies like theirs and I was very impressed by the amount of time Bruce spent with me and my wife explaining the Scag ZTRs. They are definitely getting my business and look forward to it. We just have to have a little more patience this time of year.Update: Purchased the Scag I was looking at and couldnt be happier. In my opinion, after searching other dealers, Jeffs company is the one to go to. I spoke with 4 different people there and they were all very professional and friendly. Many companies like this will cater to the commercial because they spend the most there but they made me feel just as important as if I were a commercial company walking in. Thanks Jeff, Bruce, Jim and the young man who was making sure the Scag was serviced and very very clean.
Once they warm up to you they are super helpful and nice . They had a part in stock for my mower that everywhere else I called had to order. It was a 2 hour trip to get but it beats having to wait a week for a part.
The people are friendly and professional.Their service department is excellent. I have been a customer since they opened and am happy about it.
These guys have fixed two of our lawnmowers and did it fast too. Staff know what theyre doing and they have a nice selection of yard maintenance equipment as well.
The staff answered all my questions, informed me about the mowers & earned my business. I purchased a Skag Liberty Z. Its a grass cutting machine, but be careful on hills & uneven terrain.

Called this company about generator repair tech asked me if I needed it back same day I said no but how long he says 7-10 days on 10th day I call it has not been looked at and they didnt bother to call now on the 14th day it still has not been looked at and no call from them .I ask to talk to owner man said he was the owner his claim was its the middle of the season and its busy. Another lie its April and I hate to inform this man of lies but July is the middle of the cutting season and most small engine repair .Dont use these folks if you dont like being lied to Id rather be slapped in the face than lied to.

My husband went today to look at equipment and to see about having our Scag tiger cat serviced. He spent 30 min looking around showroom while 3 employees talked amongst themselves behind the counter. No one ever acknowledged we were there or offered to help us. We will keep going to Sadlers marine in Jacksonville. Maybe a longer drive but at least they have customer service.
