Terrible customer service. Products on backorder, I get it. Order placed 2 weeks ago, I decided to flow up since I have sleep apnea and do not have a machine at this time, I asked for an update on my order and without asking for my info was just told no eta and sighed loudly. So Im struggling to get any response from them and am in need of medical supplies. Rude

Twice Ive had the need for medical supplies and although I initially started out with another supplier, I quickly changed to Healthline. Both times my experience has been very pleasant. Leslie in the office is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. And Staten, my delivery and set up guy was great. Very patient, knowledgeable, and when he said Ill be there, he was there. None of this keeping me waiting all day for him to show up. The people at Healthline in the Green Acres Plaza on Troup Hwy in Tyler havent forgotten what customer service is. I recommend them to anyone needing oxygen or any medical supplies. Call them first. !

Upon discharge was told a walker and shower chair would be delivered to our home by the next day. 3 days later we had a call to verify insurance and were told they do not deliver! I would give less of i could they keep charging me for cpap supplies and i don’t even have the machine and i have told them to quit sending me supplies i never received the supplies but keep getting charged

First, I always thought (erroneously), that a CPAP machine was for older people and/or usually overweight people - WRONG!So after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea (I guess I shouldnt have fallen asleep behind the dump truck at the traffic light). Anyway, after being diagnosed with the condition, I was told to pick any place to obtain my equipment. HealthLine came to mind (full disclosure, I have a relative that works there - BUT was not part of my process).I waited for the doctor to provide my information to HealthLine (after I had to call and ask them to do this). Then on 1/7/21 I received a call from a young lady who called from Dallas area for HealthLine. She was very polite and me up with an appointment very quickly.When I showed up to the appointment, I was met at the door by Dawn G. who was very welcoming, warm, and courteous. Dawn introduced me to Ivey my technician.Ivey was very professional and made me feel comfortable, putting my concerns at ease about a CPAP machine and all the horror stories I had heard or made up in my head. Needless to say, she asked questions to find out what head gear would best suit my sleeping habits. She worked with me until all my concerns were alleviated.Ivey explained everything and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the equipment and how to take care of it. She did a thorough job of describing the care of the machine, methods for obtaining new parts, and ensured everything was taken care of before I left.Ivey and Dawn both were very helpful in setting up the apps that go with the unit and answering all my financing, app, parts/material questions. I was in and out in little less than an hour and very happy with my initial experience!Everybody, from start to finish, was very, very helpful, patient and kind!
The staff was of no help I simply needed a strap for my cpap mask and they only said you cant get anything from here without a doctors script. They said its the law I also said I needed the rubber seal and they said you cant buy them I found the item on amazon for 6.05 just a heads up amazon is much cheaper and much better for items NEEDED.
DO NOT RECOMEND!We have been dealing with this company for a month now and still do not have CPAP machine. They tell us to do the same things over and over again and our insurance company has told them over and over what they are telling us is wrong. WE ARE PREAPPROVED FOR MACHINE! Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. they were mindful of cost and presented me with options to assist me in saving money. they thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure it was clear. Fitting me for the mask was very nice, especially the chair they put me in.

The staff at Heathline DME have always been very friendly, helpful and courteous. Whether it be speaking over the phone or in person their level of service is top notch. I was specifically pleased with the service provided by the gentleman that came into my home to educate me and set up the equipment prescribed by my doctor. Mr. Stayton Graves is very friendly, and is very efficient in teaching the patient how to use the machines. I saw this company was highly rated so I chose them from a list provided by my doctors office. It has been the most aggravating experience. First because of the current state of things, I was mailed all of my equipment but the mask and frame were wrong, so had to exchange. Then it was the wrong size so again exchange. Now I cant get my next months supply because no one credited me with the returns. So they want me to pay them out of pocket for something apparently my insurance has already paid for. Even better you call the local number and it sends you to a hotline. No help at all. Its no different than just getting it all online at CPAP. Com.

I would love to give a 5 star rating to Kristen R. and a 0 star to the branch manager, Deanne, so I am giving the entire experience 3 stars. I live out of town and brought my dad last week to get a new C Pap mask as his had broken the night before. Long story short, his prescription on file had expired, his doctors office was uncooperative and we were back with a new prescription at 4:55. The branch manager was aware of our situation but did nothing to help. At 5:00, she put on her coat and walked out the door. We needed someone to measure my dad for the new mask, but it was not done. Another employee made an educated guess on the one hed need, then she left. Kristen stayed, helped him, and did all she could. He left with the new mask, which thankfully did work. Another employee stayed with Kristen so she would not be there after hours alone. We were all leaving at about 5:10. It wasnt a huge sacrifice, but was hugely appreciated. The branch manager showed how little she cared for her customers.
This is all new to me. The entire experience was professional and friendly, Especially Ivy who fitted me for my CPAP and explained how to use it. They get 5 stars!!!

I have had bad experiences with DME companies in the past to the point I was about to have a panic attack just walking into the door to ask for help with my equipment. The ladies here were so nice and caring and eased my fears. Kristen took the time to explain things to me and showed me how to take apart my machine properly and told me what I had been doing wrong. Never once did I feel the stress I had before. I am so glad I came here and will be moving my whole family over for all of our DME supplies. If you ever need someone to explain to you how to use your equipment and not rush through things like they have better things to do, I would 1 trillion percent recommend going and talking to Kristen or any of the people here at the Tyler Healthline Medical.
Mrs. Ivy explained the whole works of how to use my cpap machine .She demonstrated each step and made sure I was comfortable repeating exactly what she had showed me .The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant also .

My 5 yr old son had an infection in his lungs. Kevin at Healthline Tyler helped us with the breathing device that my son needed and showed us exactly how to use it. The nebulizer was the shape of a cute Seal character. This made his breathing treatments fun for my son! Thank you Kevin!

The two resp. therapists, Kevin & Ivy, at Healthline, Troup Hwy. are fantastic. I have had a CPAP for 15 years, moved to Texas recently and my old CPAP died. These two wonderful people helped me get my doctors Rx and info then found the machine that was right for me. They went the extra mile and now my CPAP and I are home and sleeping well.
