I have had nothing but a good experience with JK. If the cabinets are assembled for you they will not return or exchange, but if you don’t have them assembled and need to return they will. I have ordered over 10 cabinet projects though them and find their product to be a great price for the quality. I have done kitchens with 10’ ceilings with no problem, just takes a little thoughtful design. They do come in only a variety of styles and colors but I have had great success painting them to create a more custom look.

My husband is a general contractor and we love J&K. Good quality with reasonable price. Marica is extremely patient and helpful. J&K is a wholesale company so you need to buy from a dealer or work with a contractor. Double check with your contractor if he or she is able to assemble J&K cabinets. It’s quite easy if you hire real professional.

I went to the showroom in Union City, CA to pick the color and style of cabinets recommended by my contractor.Im glad we chose their cabinets. It has been 3 month, my contractor finally finished

We love J&Ks Cabinet. Although the pricing is a lot higher than other importers, but the quality is much better! We purchase through ZMC Products.

Styles are limited but not unusual for smaller cabinetry makers. Good if your going for a more traditional look, especially for 9ft ceilings. Other options very limited. Cabinet doors also showed large amounts of warping. You can see the shelves from the gap in the door. The size of the gap can also vary between 1/8 to 1/4 between the bottoms and the center.

I hope Google would allow zero and negative score! It is a horrific experience to buy carbenets from this company and everyone should avoid. When we went to pick up carbenets per the companys confirmed appointment, we were told a few items were missing with no explanation nor apology or when the missing items would be available. We were also told to accept the carbenets with no return or exchange allowed once left their warehouse. When we started to install the carbenets, we found quite a few new missing items, incorrect and damaged parts. We contacted the company and their employees were extremely rude and refused to do anything, even to understand what are the problems. They just kept saying one thing - not their responsibilities and they do not care.How can such a kind of company even exists in nowadays! No one should buy anything from this company and it is a shame for J&K!

Great cabinets; very friendly workers.

Do not purchase anything from this company without carefully inspecting each cabinet, each panel, and each piece of trim.They rushed us out the door and we found damage on the cabinetry. When we went back to get replacement pieces, they denied responsibility.We had to buy entire replacement cabinets.If you must buy cabinets from this company, be careful.
