I am grateful that it didnt take the service technician long to resolve my vehicles issue, once a diagnosis was finally made.
Where do I start?!I know, I know your looking to get a new vehicle but youve been there and done that. Well our experience at Don Jackson Automotive may change your whole idea of expectation. Let me reassure you, we understand how draining it can be when trying to get a new vehicle and going through the same thing over and over again. When we decided to go though our Capital One credit, they sent us here. When we walked in they greeted us and detected us to Jim Schoolfield office. He began to do the process than told us to take a testdrive. When we came back Jim had all our paperwork together ready to go. It was a walk through and sign, which made our process and experience so smooth and stress free. His whole demeanor made us very comfortable throughout the whole time we were there. He offered us something to drink several times in the process and made sure we were comfortable. He then also gave us a few other details that made our experience even the better. He was Very friendly and helpful the whole time. After completing the paperwork with Jim, he told us to go over and sit in the waiting area. Which we set there or maybe about 10 to 15 minutes before we were called into Nick Burks office to complete the financial side of us being approved. Our experience with Nick was also very friendly and helpful the whole time as well. He was very knowledgeable even about the commercial side of the Dawn Jackson business for work vehicles. Overall our experience with these two guys were amazing. Im telling you it was literally a in and out situation. And to make it even better they give us two gas cards, cleaned out the car and added air to all the tires and give us a bow to top off our gift!So Im saying all of that to say writing this review was so very easy. If youre looking to purchase a new car head on over to the Don Jackson in Union City Ga and ask for Jim and tell him we sent you. We would highly recommend this business and we will definitely be going back. In addition to that they have five stars from us! The afro american guy who I suspect that is in charge needs to work on his tact with the customers and the young red hair lady that was working the first desk all the to the left by itself did a great job handling the Afro-American guy asking her questions over and over and the customers also the heavyset Mexican guy I believe dont know his culture would do better at channeling his outbursts in the bathroom instead of front of customers but all in all the speed of service of getting my vehicle returned was better quicker and faster than the time they gave me great job mechanics everybody needs to be critiqued constructively and its all for the better of the business.

Absolutely one of the worst dealerships to work with concerning paperwork...meaning title work! Theyve got one of the rudest title clerks (Hope) who has no problem lying about what she has taken care of. If this company wants to improve their rating, I strongly suggest hiring someone who enjoys doing their job, has great customer service and is not dishonest! I been in this line of work for 37 years and Ive never seen anything like it.

I have to come here to have my car serviced. I purchased my car from Don Jackson in Morrow but it closed. My maintenance agreement was transferred here. This place is a full blown circus. Their website says you can make an appointment for oil changes but when you do, they call and tell you they dont make appointments for oil changes. It usually takes 2 hours for something that should take 30 minutes. Most of the employees look like they are lost. They sit and wait until the service line is backed up before they attempt to help anyone. My last visit did take 2 hours. On my way home I noticed my white leather steering wheel was covered in black grease. The technician obviously did not bother to wear gloves. I will never buy another car from Don Jackson and suggest you dont either. I called and emailed them but got no response. They did call recently to remind me that it was time for service. Not in a million years! I reached out to my maintenance service provider and begged to go to another dealership but was denied. I will be paying out of pocket to save 4 hours of my time and money to have my car interior degreased. Dont walk, RUN from this joke of a place!
Will email you aggressively every day. Very slow to respond to questions. Know little about the vehicles they sell, or intentionally lying. I asked repeatedly about the current range of a seven year old electric vehicle. They cited the wikipedia maximum range when new every time. Test drive showed major battery reduction in just a few miles. When asked, there would be no return accepted if I found the range to be too short... included only specialized quick charger... would not provide a standard wall plug trickle charger. Price in their computer system is considerably higher than advertised price. Lots of red flags, but I was still about to buy the car until i was told no returns. Every car i have ever purchased had a three day grace period where i could return it if it broke down on the way home.

I purchased a pre owned 2017 vehicle and 5 weeks latter the bumper is coming off it is clear it has been glued on Nick has given me the run around for 2 weeks has not returned my calls and insulted me by suggesting I file a claim on my insurance. ???? Based on ???? There has not been an incident. Why is the bumper being held on by glue? I only asked for a new bumper being put on properly. Why are you selling vehicles with glued on parts ?????

Went with intent of purchasing a car. The sales rep was attentive but the sales manager made absolutely no move to close the sale. This was evidence of disregard and lack of courtesy to a customer.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!I left a used truck I bought an extra day so it could be fully serviced. They did not even change the air filter. When issues surfaced the day I received it, they refused to do anything to make it right even though it had supposedly just been serviced by them.

Worst dealership I have ever been too. I drove over two hours to look at a car I had intent on buying. Got there and the car was trashed and definitely been through hell. Asking WAY over the price. Salesman wasnt very helpful, I asked to see other cars on the lot and there was no offers to show me anything else. Then again it was Masters week, and they obviously cared more about that than making a sale.

Lack of care here. I drove 4 hours to pick up a car that I was told I just need to go sign for and get keys, only for them to tell me my cosigners licence was expired, which they had long before I came. Theyre more worried about $$$ than the customer. I found this out after sitting in the lobby for 3 hours and was gotten to last. I would avoid this place. They are slimey.

This is the absolute WORST dealership you could ever purchase a car from!!! Do not come here! The workers are very unprofessional and disrespectful after you purchase a vehicle. They don’t communicate the process of obtaining the tag and title. Gina from the title department is extremely rude and talks to customers as if she’s doing them a favor instead of doing her damn job! I had to go over everyone’s head and contact the manager who was on her side as well. Please save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else!!!!

Customer service was good but ive only driven the car a hundred miles while i was asured it had 75 point inspection sound like ball joints are bad and it has a ticking sound like the lifters which could mean oil problem i should have paid more attention it was used but by it coming from a dealership i thought reputation was good i guess they are alright oil problem more money what should i do i paid cash
The only good thing I have personally experience here after buying a car and a work vehicle is Denise in commercial. The mechanics do a half job and you wait forever to get a simple oil change....
Worse service Ive ever experience in 20 yrs as being a dodge owner. Rude disrespectful service department and service manager. Not to mention they refused to fix the items wrong with my truck that were still under factory warranty because they believed it had been in an accident.
I always take my car to the place that I purchased it because they are courteous and very thorough and I appreciate it I will continue to go there.

They would not even let you test drive the car with out runing your credit first for srt hellcats. . I saw people walking around with no help. It looked like they didnt even clean the used cars up. The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT we went to see they only had two on the whole lot.

They misdiagnosed my car. Wanted me to leave it for 7 to 10 days... Brushed me off for a whole month...giving me different excuses 😒 ...When they did service my car they only fixed half of the problem. When I asked about a recall on my car...they lied and said there wasnt one 😏 . After doing the survey Chrystler sent to me I got the recall papers right away. Eventually I just took it to the dealership in Newnan Ga. They fixed the problem right away...Still waiting on the parts for the recall tho!😬 SMH!

The Car i enquired about seeing was still available. After working a 12 hr nite shift, I drove 20 miles to see the car. After waiting over an hr. for the salesman i was working with (said hed be there before 9 am), i learned the car had been sold days ago. An absolute waste of my time, gas, and sleep. Never ever again! This dealership is written off my map.
Seems they need some help in the service/repair dept. Possibly under staffed (due to the wait period to speak with anyone), service advisors may have minimal skillset for maintenance (based on the suggestion that I not get the routine maintenance as prescribed in the manual for the amount of miles on my car), and/or something else that wasnt as obvious; considering there was no one in the regular service line and about 10 cars in the oil change line. Maybe it was just a bad day and there are more experienced people and shorter waits during the week. Though not sure Im willing to try again.
Mr. Bryant in the parts department is a sweetheart and has excellent customer service skills!
I appreciate that the service guy squeeze me in as it was hard for me to get an oil change done on that day. However, 80 bucks, $79 in change its just too rich for my blood.
