First impression means everything!I called the shop to inquire about what type of accessories were available and the gentleman who answered was very friendly. When I arrived I was greeted in a professional and welcoming manner. I was shown various items based on my needs and even offered suggestions based on needs that I hadnt considered. I will happily spend my money here, and will definitely send my people to spend theirs.

I had such high hopes and purchased a smoke odor candle after reading raving reviews about how great they are! Until I got home and the candle I purchased was pretty much scent less! I burned it all night and it did nothing. The purpose of he candle is to eliminate smoke odor. I literally had to put my nose close to it in order to smell it. I called and the lady was pretty rude about it. I get you have a policy but that was a waste of my money!!!!

Girl tried to sale me a stale pack of leaves and argued me down talking about she can’t give me another one because I touched it and Covid.....

Brand new.... Doesnt even look like a smoke shop because design is so contemporary. They just opened but getting there stuff in .... Cigars and Hookah and glass selection good!

I had the worst experience here, the cashier Tyleezy was not helpful and rude. Answer questions with an attitude. Workers will give you brand a bad look. This was far most the worst experience ever.

Wide variety, and INCREDIBLY nice people!!Update: Taking from 5 star to a 3. Last 7 or 8 times Ive went in, they havent had the Kratom we prefer. Guess we bought it all, and they dont reorder. 4 separate times theyve asked if theres anything we would like them to order, and written it down. Once we were told it would be in the next day. Still havent gotten it in. Its been months. We only go in now to get us through if we dont have a shipment in, as the selection mostly consists of Maeng da mixes, reds, and unspecified strain colors.

I walked in the store the guy behind the counter looked at me as if he was confused that I came in with an attitude on his face. I decided to say hello FIRST because of how awkward it was & then he says hello as if he’s not interested in being in there in general. Then when i started looking around he asked if I needed help I said “no I’m just looking” 30 seconds later, he asks again “how can I help you” as if I’m about to rob the place. I just decided to leave cause he seemed annoyed & when I told him that he says “ok” nonchalantly, made me never want to step foot in there EVER again. Thank god they have another location not too far. I went to the Roosevelt location & got WAAAY better service, they have more products in that location anyway, I will never go in there again.
