The customer service at this place is amazing. I called a few hours before closing on a weekend, as I needed a quick way to get an exposed screen. Despite this being out of their normal operations, they were quick to offer to go out of their way to help me with an immediate solution - even offering to accommodate me on a typically closed day.I was so taken aback by this hospitality, I felt I had to leave a review. Joy and her team are simply amazing!!! I had a small order(50) but a very tight timeline. Joy was able to accommodate me and get the order done right on time. She took my graphic, color matched it(her specialty), got it print ready, shirts ordered, and printed in 2.5 days! Just amazing! This is usually not how I order, and I dont encourage you to put Joy through the same thing I did, but the fact that she was able to get it done speaks volumes to the quality and passion of her work. The print came out great and those that received them were very happy! I highly recommend using Screen Printing Apparel for any screen printing needs you may have!
