All my baby can drink is goat milk, this is the closest grocery store too me. And its been 2 months and they just do not re stock on goats milk. I can understand if there is no demand but I literally buy 3-4 cartons every visit. If the management see this can yall please re stock on goat milk. Thanks in advance
At this location, their employees have the nastiest attitudes Ive ever seen!!! This morning, a older lady at register 9 was so mean and rude towards me. I came in her line, because, no one was there. Before I could put my things on the belt, she started talking to me as if I was a child saying, why every time you come here, you always leave your buggy to go back and get more items? I asked her, what was she talking about. I actually had all of my items in my buggy, and I didnt leave my buggy to go get anything else. Tony the manager, is very rude, and has a nonchalant towards the customers that needs assistance. He actually told me to call corporate, after I told him to would because of his unprofessionalism. Lastly, Nettie at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. Very mean and rude lady, treated me as I was a dog in the street and spoke to me so nasty, that the other customers was shocked. Thank you Miss Yvonne, Elisa and Leanne for staying professional and treating the employees with respect as always.
I am Only Giving this store a 1 Star because I have to give one to do a review. They Are Always Out of Basic items such a Rice and Seafood. The list could go on. I am Never able to use the coupons I receive in the mail due to them never having the product. Today No ground Turkey At All and the Meat Manager has the nerve to get a smart when I ask him when they will have more.And to top it off the Seafood department is Non Existence. Never any Seafood available the area is just empty. Today I found No 5lb White Potatoes and no Fresh seafood.
Pharmacy checkout was quick, closeby and near everything else. Alot of reduced prices which is good because their prices are usually higher like ensure is $11 and at Walmart $7-9. Didnt have the breakfast items I was looking for. Kind of hidden.
By far one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve been too. Customer service is cool, employees are cordial. But the store itself is nasty. The upkeep and products are not up to date, or ripe( produce ), there is always long long lines & trash everywhere outside right before you walk in. Extremely ghetto.
Got sent away at 10:55 pm claiming they close at 11; this would be understandable if the hours didn’t say open until 12:00 midnight. They were rude and turning people away at the door.

This place is a last last resort kind of place. The shelves are always empty. Not many nice employees, especially the man in the meat department. Apparently they don’t do mark downs, the manager told me “Kroger’s don’t sell markdowns” and took the ones I had that had price tags on them. It was a terrible experience, I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location.
This Kroger is great. It just always have everything. Its really big so we can do social distance because that is our new normal.
May 6,2021 horrible service both management refused me of 2 pieces of chicken because they wanted to sell me eight pieces which I told store manager i only had enough for two He offered a discount on eight pieces I still didnt have enough he walk away and said have good day his name is Darren the store manager.. these are the people Kroger have managing there store they had fresh chicken over 40 pieces but couldnt sell me 2 pieces my point is they always have left over chicken done sat there for 4 to 5 hours and will put a low price on something the store dont want Kroger you have to do better with custom services been coming to that store for 15 year SMH i am a loyal paying customers i felt disappointed and disrespectful
Hardly any fresh produce, meat or most other products. Also this location includes a cage for many of the aisles. Walmart is down the street, go there.

I have never heard of a Kroger customer service opening up at noon. That part right there even security was like are u sure they said 12noon I said yes and he shdm. Be careful parking here. They may boot your vehicle if you stay too long. The lot is not owned by Kroger, but customers park here, and for the strip mall. SECURE PARKING LLC, 235 Peachtree Atlanta ticketed me $500 Yes, five hundred dollars to remove the boot. There is a sign, that says per day, I wasnt there for a day. The sleazbag will hover your vehicle to make sure you dont tamper with the boot. What comes around goes around. If thats how they make money, it aint gonna last.

I went to Kroger to get a money order for $902.00,That what I told the cashier she print out a money order for $900.00,She didn’t hear anything I said and I have pay for $2.00 for an additional money order,This is one of the worst Kroger I have ever went to in my life,I will never go to this Kroger again,Customer service is terrible .

I sincerely despise this location. Ive been spoiled by other Kroger stores that are bigger &, therefore, have a better variety of products. However, they always seem to be missing products including Kroger brand & their premium brand, Private Selection. One day, I realized after saying, I hate this store for probably the 11th time, I recognized the hate is real. Even today, I went to dairy for the half gallons on sale. ALL of the 1% milk had an exp date of 01/08/2021. That was 5 days ago. They better donate that milk or give it to employees; I wouldve taken it b/c thats the SELL BY date, but Im not paying for it! BTW, most of the employees are pleasant & helpful. That fact allowed me to give 3 stars.
Kroger in Union City is the most ghetto Kroger ive ever been to in my life. I placed an order with the deli FOUR days prior to the date i needed it. when i arrived at the store to pick up my order, i was told it wasnt ready or even made. when someone finally came to make them, she admitted that she just over looked my order. i placed the order for a certain time based on when my employees go to lunch which ended up being late. once i finally received my order, i asked for mayo and mustard packets which i was told they dont provide. while the manager did discount $40 from my order, i will never again place an order with them.
They need to update their store hours online. They close at 10:00 p.m. not midnight. I hate wasting gas. I should have remembered that they close 10:00 p.m and not 12:00 a.m. because this is the third time I have gone up there and it was closed at 10:00 p.m.
Been shopping here for years, and compared to other stores in South Fulton, it’s not so bad. It’s much better than the tacky Walmart across from it. Better stocked, better parking, quicker checkout lanes. Never had any problems with customer service, unlike the Walmart and the Publix on HWY 92.

This Kroger opens at 5am EVERYDAY! This particular day (when football season seems to start back up) several customers and myself arrived a few minutes after 5am when we were greeted by a gentleman stating “we have no cashier this morning”. How does that happened. I asked the guy “is your manager here because managers are supposed to know how to do every job in the store”. No response. This is unacceptable on so many levels and I will take this a little further by calling corporate. This Kroger has so many problems they need to revamp the whole store starting with management. People including myself sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open.
Cranberry sauce practically hidden and price higher..crazy higher. The jellied organic was 6 bucks. Limited variety...raspberry, organic jellied and whole. Odd store arrangement
I received a reduced priced item 01/04/2021 which expired 12/24/2020. They need to work better on removing expired items and discarding them.

NEVER and I mean NEVER order Click list at this location. If I could leave no stars I would! Im new to the area and scheduled a pick up for 7pm. Well its 753pm and I still dont have my order. I was told by Mrs. Me**** that she only pulled half the order and it would not take long for her to pull the other half we its been 47minutes and counting. I dont understand nor do I get my kroger only has one person working the orders. Not to mention they dont have proper signage to find the correct area to park for pick up. They one sign on a stick in a bucket. Its shorter then all the cars so if you are trying to find it good luck! Im so over this!!! # do better Kroger# never showing at this location again!!!
I can only speak to my dissatisfaction regarding their curbside delivery. It was the first and last time that I will every utilize their service. Not only did they say they delivered it, (and had not), I was also charged $63.81 on a $39.82 order (with delivery fee). I do believe this is a decent grocery store and have shopped there for years, however I would NEVER recommend using their curbside service. It was just a complete mess.
I really don’t like this Kroger ! The hours say they close at 12:am but every time I come up here at 11:pm the security guard is turning me around at the door ! I was just there at 11:18 and they are already “closed” ZERO STARS FOR ME !
Im giving this store 5 stars because of a customer service rep Preston. As usual the lines were crowed and an employee was checking out another employee instead of assisting the growing line. Preston came from out of no where & started helping two customers at a time! I was truly impress because I usually hate going to this store for customer service due to the lack of concern and care for customers here. Normally I drive to Fayetteville for better service, store, employees the whole nine yards this store definitely need more employees like Preston! Keep up the good work young man! Dont let the other slackers around you change you! Maybe you can be the one to restore the store.
Attempted to return an item I purchased at this store and they were of no assistance. Typically a Kroger store will use the app or your Kroger Plus member number when you don’t have a receipt they literally told me “We don’t do that here.”Also this Kroger is typically not stocked up on many items. Those who work here range from completely apathetic to just flat out rude. Best to go to another Kroger in the area
The store was dirty. Items all indiisaraay. Other stores are recieving disinfecting spray, but not Union City. Basic items not available. Although it shows you can do curbside pickup, they do not. I have lived in this community for more than 20 years and even with the Pandemic the store should be clean and if stores shelves are full, so should ours.
Please clean and or remodel your bathrooms, dirty dirty..broken dispenser, rusty moldy stench.. Disgusting and upsetting I left without shopping. 😒 I made it to Quik Trip.
This location never has fresh ANYTHING! I only gave 2 stars because I get my moreys salmon here when they don’t run out, and the cashiers and staff are pretty nice and helpful. But I always seem to get rotten fruit and vegetables and old oatmeal that’s clumped up. Everything is rotten even on the day I buy it and the bread is always close to expiration date! This location can get fresh vegetables and fresh fruit that is not rotten, so when I pick up the oranges it’s not already black at the bottom and there’s no thick film on the cucumbers in gooey clumps that water is being sprayed over, It would be a great location if these improvements happened with the food.

Nice store lots of variety. Staff Members are very helpful. Great place to shop. For all of your needs from food to Candy to fresh fruits vegetables. Seafood ham turkey chicken such a variety.
My experience with Krogers is always very pleasant. I always find items that I use at very reasonable prices. Krogers have great sales at least twice a week, and there are always discounts on many items when you have your Krogers card or a telephone number associated with your card. Lastly, employees are always very helpful and Krogers is very conscious about customers waiting in line. I always find a short line because I dont like being in line for a long period of time. Krogers is my store.
Someone here stole my wifes debit card number and pin. We live two states away.Transaction was a POS pin code. Would have needed an employee present to pull that one off. Nice try. Not today Isis.
Clean, well stocked grocery store. Good deals with 10 for 10 and digital coupons with Kroger app. Often crowded and could use better traffic flow, but lines move quickly and new registers are opened when lines back up. This store also has a fuel center.

I have been shopping at Union City Kroger for over 10 years after moving to Union City. I was very disappointed today when I walked from my car and noticed that 2 of my favorite employees were standing outside very upset. The names are Corey and Juanita. Just to make my story short Corey has been a valuable employee because he is always very professional and willing to help each time I shop. He explained to me that a manager who was filling in today insulted him. I understand that this person showed up and did not introduce himself to the staff to let them know who he was. Because of the way the world is today that seemed to me the appropriate way to do. The environment in the store was not the way it normally is when I shop. Im just expressing my feelings because I think that was very unacceptable to treat the employees the way he did. One of his response to them was Im the manager and you are going to do what I say. Snd if you dont like it you can sign out for today. That is no way to speak or treat your staff. This was like talking to a child. Sorry I wrote so much but I was very disappointed and is not normal at Kroger in Union City.
I love Kroger. I have been a faithful Kroger shopper along with my mom, since I was a child. They always have great prices, and wonderful customer service. I now shop at Kroger for my family. And I will continue to shop there. Kroger is my favorite!!!
Customer Service is still awful. Please hire people who cares about people and servicing others. This is why black people send their money in other areas outside of where they live. The Caucasian managers followed me around the store saying I looked suspicious. Ive lived in Union City for over 15 yrs without incident. Ive shopped at this store for years. When I expressed my concerns to management they didnt show any remorse. I will NEVER shop in that store again!
The store was super clean and the staff was very friendly! Great healthy options for vegans also! I like that the healthy foods havent been integrated with the other options, like many of the other Krogers.

THIS store has really changed for the better! As a senior and close neighbor (10 min. travel time due to 3 traffic lights) of this store, I have complained repeatedly, directly to Kroger through online questionnaire, store managers and spoke to corporate personnel. RECENT changes have been slow, but inspiring.
Absolute worse for money services!! If you need western union, pay bills, lottery.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The line is out the door during all times of the day and they have very minimal people who are trained for that department. The grocery lines tend to move quickly, but the self checkout system sucks.
This location is becoming more and more of a fail. Customer service is good, but increasingly, there is never enough cashiers. This is an issue Mon through Sun. I do not want to, nor should I have to leave my community for good service.

I came in this store 3 days ago to do my regular grocery shopping I usually go to a different one but Ill definitely come back here. Almost everywhere I went employees said hello and I even got help with putting some things in my cart(have a wrist brace on for neuropathy). Then the checkout lady was really sweet and caring. And as I was walking out to my car one of the cart attendants introduced himself and asked if I needed help putting my things in my car as some were quite heavy for one hand. I wish I remembered his name they were definitely the best employees.
Kroger has really come up from what I remember. They have a natural isle that is awesome. From gluten free to vegan . They have a large selection for those of is that are keeping it Plant base.
Its convenient to my house, but not really the best selection of produce or the dairy products I buy. There have also been several times that lines were extremely long due to only having 3 or 4 cashiers. Employees are not the friendliest either. UPDATE: Now they close at 11:00 PM every night! They are NOT open until 1:00 AM.
For the 2nd time in a week I arrived about 10 minutes after 5 am to shop and the doors are locked. Todays excuse is they have no cashier? Im not sure whats going on here but corporate needs to get involved.

I have shopped at this store since 2001. But, today was my last time EVER shopping at this store.They treat every black person like a criminal. I will not spend my money, while you have employees following me around the store. I am an upstanding paying customer. Always has been and always will be. I understand, there are individuals who come into the store to steal. I GET THAT! And the George Zimmerman look-alike is a negative as well. From now on, I will shop at Publix.
I love me some kroger but today was a terrible day. I was shopping at 3pm today. There was only 1 cashier open. The line was long and self checkout was backed up. So many people asked for the manager. I dont know what he said about the lack of cashiers, NO new cashiers were opened up
Thank you for the extra security patrol by the gas station. Your attendant waited by my car while I paid for my gas. He informed me that I left my purse on my seat with my window down. I thanked him for informing me. The other customer thanked him also because she did the same thing. Great customer service is really important. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I was there today around 3 pm. Waited forever at the deli. Only 1 person working there. The manager stood there watching and never offered to help.Checkout was a nightmare. Waited and waited. Only 2 registers were open, no express lanes were open.Finally ditched my buggy. Went to speak to the manager and he turned his back to talk away. I stopped him. I told him this is pitiful. You have fewer lanes open than Walmart!!!His excuse was that they were trying to hire more people. I told him Id seen him ignore the fact that his employee needed help in the deli, and if thats how he was going to treat employees, I could see why no one wants to work there.His name is Mr Abbas. Great job on hiring someone in a management position with no personality.
Nov. 27, 2019 I have to say Kroger had fallen down in Union City Ga, I had discontinued shopping at Kroger as much as I use too. But, I have to say they stepped to the plate for Thanksgiving. I was ready to go to Wayfield Foods, I just knew they wouldnt have something I needed. They didnt have pie shell on Thanksgiving Eve. But that was on me because I could have gotten them earlier. Kroger was on point for all we needed. I believe that store may have a new manager or something. The produce section was popping. I did all my shopping there. Thank you Kroger!

I purchased a money order and found out shortly after I no longer needed it. I called this store and asked if I could get my money back and I was told yes as long as I still have the receipt. The next day I went in and was told I had to wait 48 hours. I asked could I just write them out to myself and cash them. I was told no same policy. I find it ridiculous that anyone would have to wait 2 days for a refund. Let alone if you use the money order for payment the recipient has to wait 48 hrs if they bring it to a Kroger. There’s nothing posted saying it’s 48 hrs and I can’t find it anywhere online. Kroger needs to post the policy or verbally tell customers before they buy a money order. Shouldn’t have to go through this to get MY money back !

This is without doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any Kroger.My mother, my wife & I went in to pick up a few items. I was looking for frozen berries & didnt see them on my first pass through the freezer aisles. I saw a female Kroger employee wearing a blue Kroger apron and name tag & asked if she could show me where they were located. Her arms were full of about 4-6 frozen pizzas. She re-adjusted the pizzas & waved an arm in the general direction of the freezers & said that “Theyre over there.” Since I had already looked I asked her to show me exactly where they were located. She wouldnt budge so I was on my own. She was clearly more interested in scooping up some pizzas on sale for herself than helping a customer.My wife & my mom were in another part of the store & looking for some items. Two Kroger employees had a basket & were also shopping while on the job. When my wife asked where some items were located they said something like, “We probably know as much as you”.This is crazy. Ive been to many Publix stores over the years and their employees will stop what they are doing and go out of their way to take to to where an item is located.I get that it was late on a Friday night however there is no excuse for the level of unprofessional behavior and customer Non-service we received that evening.Bottom Line:- This stores employees dont seem to know where items are in the store- They are unwilling to show a customer where items are located- These Kroger employees shop while still on the clock and buy up items undercutting the customers- There doesnt seem to be managerial oversite in the evenings at this storeI would never go back to this Kroger store.
Bathroom at the front of the store was unclean, long lines, or not enough registers open as well as common items sold out. I guess this is a high traffic location, but they have some room for improvement here. I do give 2 starts as sometimes they have good Managers Specials at this location.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. The produce section is hardly ever stocked and when it is, most of the produce is bad. The meat/seafood department smells TERRIBLE and the employees are extremely rude. Not a manager in sight. I stopped going to this location a while ago because of the issues I mentioned but I was in a rush yesterday and decided to run in and grab a few things instead of going to the Fayetteville store,which is WAY nicer, and I quickly remembered why I stopped shopping there SMH. Oh, I forgot to mention, there are never any carts available. The community deserves much better.
