Today this team went above and beyond for me. I got called to work in the Sarasota location for my job living in Lakeland. I pulled a 14 hour shift and was trying to get home and ordered from the app for a quick pick up because of rush hour traffic. I didn’t realize I ordered from the wrong store and I got frustrated at myself for making the mistake and the team took care of me by making my order and didn’t charge me again even though I was willing to. So thank you guys for helping me on a bad day.

Quick but dining was closed and had to go through drive thru for my mobile order. Defeats the purpose... also had short hours of operation.

Man you can immediately taste this location cares. I’m saying that, yes others pale horribly in comparison. Nichole today truly went above and beyond to provide unparalleled service. She should be running this region.

While this location’s parking lot is invariably difficult to navigate, the staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. They always get my order right. At the drive-thru, an employee thanked me today for wearing my mask, as they have to reach out to hand people their orders (not exactly 6’!). I thought it was thoughtful of her to notice that I was protecting her. I encourage more people to do the same. (Does it go without saying that the food and drinks are delicious?)

At the time of this post there still isnt inside seating due to Covid, but there is a nice outside area to sit. The drive thru is always busy but it moves quite quick. The staff is friendly and the place is spotless.

I love Starbucks and tried this location bit my egg and protein box expires today, the grapes werent edible and my favorite bread was wet today so not a good lunch for me today.

They made a mistake on one of our drinks and gave us that one for free plus made the correct drink.

Super friendly staff ALWAYS!! I work close by this location and have NEVER had any issues.

Typical Starbucks, at this location service was quick and polite. The real treat was that they had bold Italian Roast available at 4:30 PM and not just the swill that they call coffee, Pike!

Speedy service and lovely location, though as a location that primarily serves as a drive in, the parking lot situation can be a bit hairy. A passing observation for the design team -- was the painting hung upside down on purpose?

Just had the most unpleasant experience since Covid-19 has changed how we go about our daily lives, I have medical issues that make it hard for me to breathe and once I entered to pick up my order I was meet by a very rude lady that told me to pull my mask over my nose and I explained why I cant and then she snapped back at me then proceeded to get the manager and Hannah the manager escorted me to the door. I will never go back to this location and if I receive this treatment from another location Im done for good with Starbucks.

Always love Starbucks, bought 2 bags of Christmas espresso roast discounted by 30%. This is probably the best blend I have ever had. Cant wait for them to bring it back next Christmas. Someone needs to clean the floor though.

Great for a cup o Joe for the road. I like the blonde roast. Far less bitter and burnt tasting than most of Starbucks coffees.

Complete jip. When I order a large drink, I expect a large drink. Got a cool lime refresher with less the 8oz in the cup. Whichever barista did this should be ashamed of themselves and the manager that probably told them to do it. Decided to come here today instead of the one by Sonic. What a mistake that was. Any who see this, please check your drink before you drive away.

The girl who took our order was happy, upbeat, and helpful. I didnt get her name but wish I had because she deserves recognition. We are normally very particular about our coffee so our order tends to be a little excessive/confusing, but my partner was happy with his coffee the first go-around (which normally doesnt happen very often lol). We stopped in after dinner for a tea latte. The service was very good and the tea was delicious. We had a gift card, so paying was painless. We enjoyed our time there and our tea.

The guy who is almost always there is super nice and I love going there. They always get my order right and no matter who is in drive through I am not disappointed. One of the girls even pulled out some cake pops from the freezer for me when I asked and that just made my day cuz I got to take them home for my kids. I frequent this one almost daily on my way to work and pass up at least two others to stop by this location because I am so happy with the service.

Just coffee no brainer

Workers were very rude and basically laughed in my face. Didn’t listen to what I had to say and told me to call corporate. One of the ladies said “good luck with that” as she laughed.

Friendly service but the drive thru was slow

No wait in the drive thru. Greeted immediately at the speaker with someone who had a very fun affable personality who liked humor and made the ordering process very enjoyable. Knowledgeable in the store products even to the questions relating to contents of the items. The offers they made were usually to help like for example would you like your scone warmed up? Would you like a no spill stick inserted in the top of your drink? Would you like some napkins with that? I used my card I have a card that I keep registered usually I use my phone and theyre very knowledgeable about that however this time I used my card in a plastic form and they asked me what I like a receipt or do I track it online. The drink was excellent made exactly the way I wanted it and tasted fantastic. And the iced lemon pound cake was not hard on either side it was more like it should be and was excellent. It is a premier customer service experience but you do pay for it. You can certainly get a cup of coffee at 7-Eleven a lot cheaper but it wont be the same experience nor the same taste. My time and drive to was quick I was on my way before I knew it and overall I felt very positive as I left. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to someone else.

I ordered two drinks and a piece of pumpkin loaf. They forgot to give me the pumpkin loaf - which I didnt realize until I was almost home. Then had to drive all the way back.Took one of my two drinks in, for if they needed the order number to verify. They didnt even look at it, treated me like I was a liar. . .handed me the overpriced piece of flour that Id PAID for. . .no apology.Not to mention, even though Im mentioning it - worst parking lot E V E R.

Not a coffee drinker but have learned there is so much more to this place than coffee. This week I have been under the weather and wanted some tea. They suggested a great tea with honey and mint that I have had everyday to help me feel better. Thanks so much!

Ordered a pour-over and Patrick served it perfectly. Its an easy thing to do, and makes me wonder why so many other franchise locations get it screwed up. Or wont even attempt to try it. This place is my go-to for friendliness and service.

Stopped in for a latte. I did not try it at the store and when I got down the road I realized it was not the right drink so I had to go back and they fixed it but even the 2nd one did not taste consistent as always. First one had no sweetness and the second was so sweet I had to throw it out.

I was having one of those mornings where I knew I should of stayed in bed, but knew I had to go to work. I get a coffee from this location almost every morning. This morning I picked up my order. On my way to work I spilt my entire cup of coffee all over myself and my car. I had to turn around a go back home and change. I still needed my coffee, but lets face it $8 coffee twice in one day is not quite economical. I went back to this location after I changed. I explained what happened, and if they minded giving me a discount for the second cup. Without hesitation the crew made me an entire new cup of coffee at no charge. There is still good out there, and this team of baristas proved that this morning. Thank you for making my Monday a little better.

What a awesome Starbucks! Driving into the parking lot this morning i got a flat tire.. The Lady was so kind enough to give me my morning drink for free! Sitting in the parking lot i wasnt sure what to do or who to call at 6am, A employee came out and offered to change my tire for me!! How nice is that? words couldnt thank all of the employees enough for such generosity, care and compassion they showed towards me. Thanks so much You guys are the best :) 5 stars!

My wife and I stopped in to get a drink. The workers were so busy talking to one another, that they were not being attentive to the task at hand. My wife is very allergic to milk. Both drinks had almond milk on the sticker. The girl made both drinks with whole milk. My wife is extremely sick. Has been throwing up for the last 20 minutes. I talked to a lead person and told her about my wife. She offered a replacement. REALLY???? I doubt a manger was around. If they were, they need to be retrained. I hope the workers have a good night. My wife and I will not.

So good, they are reasonably priced and deliver amazing food.

Iced coffee with almond milk

In a customer service environment, youre the first person I see in the morning. Delta left a lot to be desired this morning. No greeting, no hello and no eye contact. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee and all would have been good if her customer service was more desirable. My Clark Rd. Starbucks is sooo much better in the area of customer service. Pumpkin spice latte was yummy though :)

Went to the Starbucks on Tuttle / Univeristy and they gave me a terrible drink with no taste along with a $4 gift card. Went to this one right after and the nice gentleman didn’t take my money and offered to just replace it. This place is great!

This is the most disrespected Starbucks that I have ever been. The store hours clearly state they are open on Friday night until 10pm. At 9:40pm, the doors were locked, and would have ordered 5 drinks to go, and my 9 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. Not only did the refuse to open the door, they were looking and laughing at us. This one will be reported to Coorporate.

First I have to say Im embarrassed, I went to the Drive-thru this morning and realized when I got to the window I didnt have my wallet. I carry my diaper bag on weekends so thats where I left it! When I got to the window I offered Jeanne a check, (yes I have checks in my purse still). She was so nice said not to worry about it and gave me my croissant. I offered to pay later and she said its okay dont worry. What a nice woman!! You dont find service like this anymore.

If only Florida Starbucks employees would train in NYC!! No one has any fire to get the job done in an efficient manner. Its morning time folks! Not everyone is retired, and people have to get somewhere! Let alone getting my order right! They always have that burnt smell in this location.
