The mary maidens, merchants of drip, and other fine concoctions at this Cutters Point are unreservedly the nicest coffee connoisseurs in Tacoma. They know your drink before you ever pull up to the window. Excellent customer service, pours out of every pore they have, but not only that, they make you feel valued as a customer. They remember what you talked about the last time you pulled up they ask about how your kids or your dog is doing. So they not only make excellent coffee, they make you feel good about your day that youre seen and cared about.Your not just getting your morning coffee here, Youre getting a reliable friend that makes your day better.

A little crowded and noisy, but that must be because people like it. Ive only had tea, but its good. The baristas are nice and get to know you quickly

PLEASE do something to mark the horrible curb/ barrier at the drive through! Its long, low, and wide. Visible as you drive up next to it, but after you sit in car few min to wait for great coffee (yes, its great!) then pull away to leave, the barrier is out of sight and forgotten and is BRUTAL to my car! 😪😱 Im sorry for low stars, but that is why.

We just moved to the University Place area and quickly found this coffee shop. We have been almost daily while we have been getting settled and they have always been very pleasant and friendly. Good coffee, good staff! Glad to find a neighborhood coffee shop we enjoy and will definitely be frequenting :-)

If you go really early in the morning say 6:30 am you can get a really great smooth and creamy latte made perfectly with a pretty swirl on top. Always a bunch of folks there reading papers and talking. Great neighborhood coffee shop.

Great coffee. Consistent and friendly staff and great reward program. Only concern I had was getting a coffee and there was almost 2 inches of foam which was a disappointment because my drink was already down as if I had sipped on it.

Always love Cutters. This location feels much more impersonal than the other ones I frequent and the drinks dont have as much flavor.That being said its still fantastic and staff are all quick and friendly.

Cutters Point has friendly baristas, a large selection of hot & cold drinks, and a decent selection of nibbles both sweet & savory.Theres a nice seating area - large enough to hold slightly larger groups. There is also a drive through.

Great place to relax and study or just drink coffee and enjoy a good conversation with friends or family. They offer a variety of hot an cold drinks as well as some food items to purchase. They have drive thru as well.

Great coffee every time. I can’t say the same for every CP location. But this location is the most consistent of the four locations I have frequented over the years. And the baristas are genuinely friendly and easy going. I have never felt superficial vibes from any of them. Which I feel is hard to avoid at most coffee shops in general. Good coffee, good vibes. Love cutters and point coffee. The three ladies working today have no customer service skills or they just didn’t care. Made my drink wrong. Specifically said I didn’t want the chocolate chip cookie drink and that’s what they made. Also the tiny salad is $7. Who thought that selling something that expensive for something so small is ethical? The girls stood in a circle behind the espresso machine and were talking about drama. The one making my drink saw me standing waiting for my drink and was engaging in the conversation with the girls... so clearly she didn’t have any urgency to put the order or the fact that she is at work before hearing about all the gossip. RUDE

First time trying them since it turned to cutters point and I love it. The girls that have been working both times have been so nice and delightful. I am most likely going to be a new regular here :)

I got the pnw berry smoothie, personally, it tastes like fermented berries were used, but I loved the customer service, and it was nice in there, and the people were friendly towards me and my kiddo.

Always great service and good coffee. Still good after three years.

Will not recommend. They serve customers who are not wearing masks. Sorry to say this as they were my favorite coffee stop.

I LOVE Cutters Point coffee!! I usually go through the drive thru to pick up a caramel machiatto but recently I decided to step inside and sip on coffee while I get some work done. As always I ordered a caramel macchiato when I took the first sip it was EXTREMELY sweet. There was a very thick layer of caramel sauce and syrup at the bottom of the cup. There were flies all over my food and coffee! Lastly, the two ladies working were very disrespectful after every costumer they would criticize them. They laughed and made fun of almost every costumer. Then they would bring up theyre regular costumers and make fun of them. Wouldnt recommend stepping inside not a pleasant experience!

Nice decore, nice staff, good selection of food. Batista skills arent so great. Overfrothed milk, poorly pulled shot (I think they use portafilters). If you are just looking for a plain cup of coffee, maybe some food, and a nice place to be this is a good spot.

I went through the drive through this morning to get a 16oz Caramel Americano. I paid with my card and left a $3.00 tip. I took a drink of my coffee once I got about 3 blocks down the road and nearly had to pull over to spit it out. I thought, ok maybe I just need to stir it. Once I got to my destination I pulled the lid off the cup to stir it and there was what looked like oil floating on top of my coffee. I took another drink (not wanting to) and it was still HORRIBLE! I have done several google reviews, all of them positive and I am so dissappointed. I got to work and asked someone else to try it thinking maybe I was being a bit too picky. My co-worker compared it to truck stop coffee. I dont think I will be going back anytime soon.
