The Radiation department is also outstanding, very knowledgeable and professional, as well as the rectionists .I look forward to meeting 😊 all the staff at Cascade eye and skin clinic 😀 on each of my appointments.

Got checked in by a very pleasant receptionist. Was called in very short order. The asst. was very friendly and knowledgeable and got his part of the job done very quickly. Got my eyes dilated and again did not wait an excessive amount of time before I was called in and the dr. came in. I believe her name was Dr. Harris. She explained everything she had seen in my eyes so that I actually understood it. Good experience.

I was able to get a quick appointment due to a patch on my neck that I wasn’t sure about. I was scheduled quickly because it was just to look at and determine if more action would be needed. I was seen quickly and the appointment was quick as well.

This was my 3rd or 4th Mohs surgery and I would hate it to go anywhere else. I will have another one next .

Dr. Wenners care was very good, she diagnosed and removed a skin cancer. I found her professional and caring and pleasant. The office failed to return two phone calls and I have yet to figure out how to set up the patient portal from the website. Perhaps I have to call them?

I went in for an annual check up. Got a new prescription that corrects my vision to 20/20. No other clinic has been able to do this.The doctor is thorough and very professional.

My experience was wonderful at Cascade. The attending nurse (Rich) made sure I was comfortable and well informed; and he made sure I was numb!!Dr. Kim was also wonderful. She is energetic and friendly and very fun to talk with. She did a wonderful job with my Mohs surgery and I am now healing and feeling fine just the day after. I could not ask for better care!

Dr. Patel, Kelly and his entire team are extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I did extensive research on surgeons in the area before I came across Dr. Patel and, his impeccable background. He served 25 years in the military and two tours tin Iraq. For me that spoke volumes of his patriotism to his country, especially as a man of color. It was also extremely important to me to have a surgeon that looked like me, to ensure I was getting the best care possible. I feel very safe and in good hands with Dr. Patel and will recommend him to my friends and family.

After a very Hot Winter in Mesa Arizona, and playing Golf and Shuffleboard almost every day, I noticed that my left ear was having a problem healing a sunburn spot. After several years of problems with facial Blemishes, I knew that my appointment at the Dermatologist was going to be extensive. A few spots on my face and especially the ear needed treatment. I was referred to the MOHS Center. At Cascade. My first appointment was to examine and repair a spot on my Cheek. Dr June Kim. Took one look at my Cheek and then my Ear and recommended we do the cheek another day and concentrate on the Ear. I’m so glad that she rearranged her day to take care of this Ear and recognized that this needed to be taken Care of. Right Away. Thank You to all the Staff that Stepped to the plate yesterday. Every staff member from the front desk to the surgeons were very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and my needs were met.

Called to make an appointment with any one of 4 dermatologists only to be told they only take referrals or only treat certain types of patients. BUT, I could see another provider in about 4 months. Hope I dont have skin cancer. Also, the employee who took the call was less than friendly or helpful. Seemed like she couldnt care less.

I arrived on time and checked in at the service counter. I was called for treatment very soon. My treatment was completed quickly and comfortably. I feel very satisfied with the attention to my needs and the treatment I received.

The office and the staff Ive encountered for my Lasik procedure have been absolutely wonderful. We played music during my procedure of my choosing and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. Dr Brady is a very positive person. The only part I had a little bit of confusion on was the payment information but that was cleared up with a follow up call. The Lasik procedure went really well!

Made a follow-up appointment and was seen within 2 days! (There was a cancelation). Check-in was quick, the wait was short and the PA-C was personable, friendly and very efficient. Ive always had great care at Cascade.

Everyone at Cascade Eye & Skin Center in University Place are always friendly and efficient. I appreciate Dr Sullivan’s through consult and she always takes the time to answer all my questions. I hope the other clinics open soon or Dr’s go back to their pre-Covid schedules of working out of different clinics. It’s getting pretty far to drive to appts as they consolidated what clinics they work out of I believe during Covid.

This was my 1st visit as a patient. The office was a little busy and the wait time was a little long, but the staff was very personable. The doctor was knowledgeable and overall my appointment went well. I will go back for my next eye exam.

I love both physicians I have seen at Cascade Eye and Skin Care. The nurses are very personable and they treat you like your needs are of utmost importance. The only negative thing is the 45.00 copay. It makes me wait until I feel desperate to make an appointment. If you only get one check a month you need to make your appointment around your payday or you feel awkward about asking for a delay for payment.

Never have had a even remotely average appt, treatment, patient education session, or customer service experience here ever. Everyone Ive personally worked with has been fun, empathetic, honest, and kind. As a queer and nonbinary human that means everything to me.

Appointment was for an eye exam. I was taken back in a timely manner and the exam came off without a hitch. The doctor was efficient and very nice. A very good experience!

I spend considerable time out with nature and the sun is a little rough on my skin. Thanks to Dr. Sullivan and the Cascade Team, I have been able to avoid any serious problems.

I had a MOHs procedure done. I have to say the nurse assigned to me could not have been any more accommodating. She explained the procedure and process in detail and made sure I was comfortable offering pillows, snacks and drinks. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a MOHs procedure.

I have been going to Cascade Eye & Skin Centers for 30 years and have always experienced excellent care. The doctors, nurses, and entire team are friendly and very caring. I have had two moles removed due to abnormalities and experienced very little discomfort. The only downside of the business is they are so busy that it takes a long time to get an appointment.

All so friendly,. No waiting and technician and dr. very informative. Been going for years and will continue.
