If I could add zero stars I would. Made an appointment through google, I could only enter the option “men’s cut”, when I arrived, the hair dresser gave me an incredibly nasty look, and said, “can I help you.” To which I replied kindly saying yes, that I had an appointment at 3:30. She then replied, ummmmm for a mans cut… I then explained how I booked the cut through google, she then snapped at me and said no you didn’t, you called. I then replied I did not, that I had done so through google and received a confirmation text which I showed her. She said google translated it, and that it was a mans voice. (Thanks obvious).Terribly rude and condescending. Do not go here.

I had an appointment scheduled for two pedicures scheduled 2 weeks ago. I received two separate text messages confirming my two appointments scheduled for 10:30. Once we arrived we were told that we were to have separate appointments one at 1030 and one at 1130. Now why would the automatic text message screw that up? They were unapologetic and and pretty much told me oh well someone else is in there. The person with me has a special needs child and can never get a chance to do that sort of thing. Thats why I scheduled them together and at 1030 because it worked for us. We left because she only had so much time and we couldnt be there that long not to mention together.

Cindy is great! This was my first time there, and I was a little gun shy from someone else that damaged my hair. She had a plan and executed it beautifully...I will go back for sure!!

I always have such a great experience at Inspiration. Having had life hit me hard, my hair had been put on the back burner for close to a year. I had a lot of color fading and at least 6 inches of root growth. My ends were horribly damaged. Shannon was so wonderful in helping me find a great color. She was so friendly and professional and helped me get a fantastic cut that has me feeling like a million bucks! I left with fantastic, healthy hair and I couldnt be more pleased. The value is phenomenal given the extensive experience these stylists have. I will be returning here for some me time and self-care to maintain this amazing look. I highly recommend this salon and wouldnt choose to go anywhere else!

I went to Inspirations almost a year ago for the first time. I needed to have what I call my Edward scissorhands haircut corrected as I was starting a new job the next week and wanted to make a fresh start. The stylist I had fixed my hair. Since then I have been growing it for about a year....I needed a trim, my hair was dead, I called this morning and Suzanne said there was an opening at 2pm! I was so happy. Shannon trimmed my hair and now it is so healthy so I can grow it some more. She was so personable and professional. She has earned a client for life! Thank you Shannon and Inspirations 🥰

Shannon was amazing!! She did a phenomenal emergency color correction as my hair was stained black and she was able to get me back to a natural looking color without losing the integrity of my hair. Very professional and does exactly what you explain you want done. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again! she’s truly a hair magician!

Shannon was amazing! She was patience, kind and understanding of my annoying requests. She asked all the right questions not to further damage my hair. She dedicated a lot of time for me as well that was not allotted in my initial appointment. I need to bring her more tip money and future appointments which is well deserved.

I have never gotten my hair professionally died, so I was a bit nervous. I made an appointment with Shannon to go blonde. At one point, I made a comment to Shannon about how clean and pretty it was in the salon, which was the beginning of my nerves being at ease. Then Shannon made me feel calm the entire time. She made sure I understood what she was doing and why. I was there for a while because I wanted a big change and had virgin hair but Shannon never made me feel rushed and took her time to do a really, really good job. Throughout the process I met other Inspiration workers, the blonde receptionist kept coming to talk to us and she was super friendly. The owner also came in at one point and I was surprised with how friendly and laid back she was. Everyone there was welcoming and nice. At the end of the process, Shannon was just as excited about my hair as I was!! I will definitely be coming back to go even blonder at some point!

I get eyelash extensions done at inspiration and I have gone twice and both times were great experiences while she is doing your eyelashes you are comfortable laying down on a table with a blanket! place is very clean and staff is very polite

I got my lashes done here (individual extensions) and not only are my lashes absolutely beautiful, but Lisa the esthetician was AMAZING. Most relaxing time of my life getting them done. Would recommend to anyone, even if it’s a long drive away.

Best hair salon around!!!!! I had 18 inch hair extensions put in my hair . Found that after I had them put in the maintenanceAfter to be excellent . Totally recommend it for all your salon needs. Love all the hair products!!!! Big about out to Lindsay she us AMAZING!

Not only the staff are friendly, but they are top notch when it comes to trimming hair as well as hair removal. I love how the staff focuses on the details of removing unwanted facial hair so you could have a cleaner appearance. This place deserves a five star rating!
