Ok experience staff didn’t really help as much. Not to familiar with the product line I was looking for however they had a nice selection.They did a better job following me instead of helping me. Not cool.

As a guy I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time really walking into a beauty store but to my suprise they had litteraly everything you could think of from female to male it was definitely the spot. And here I was going to cvs and walmart for hair products. Will be coming here from now on. The staff are polite and calm and honestly the store is just well kept up with and clean and offers a great shopping experience.

This place is average, it’s better than your local drug store, but for a beauty supply store the selection could be better. There’s not of products for natural hair. mainly salon products. You can find the same inventory in any target for WAAYY LESS the price. I don’t understand why they would charge $5 more for a Moroccan oil product when you can buy it anywhere else for the actual retail price. I understand business but this beauty supply store just greedy, and they’re ripping off every single person that walks in there.

This place is very helpful and accessible. They give you time to look around for your essentials. But womens, this just my Ooh pinion. If your looking for a good wig, pleaseeeeeee look for a wig that will looks like its real on you. Some men doesnt mind it, as long as its hard to tell if your wearing one. Just remember this....... A good wig, is hard to tell if youre wearing one. Let the wig look more natural. Then us mens can say baby..... I love your hair. Did you just come from the salon....... IJS.......

Feel Beauty Supply has every beauty product that youre looking for, from the smallest to the largest size. Prices here are significantly lower than what youd find in Walmart, Target or elsewhere for the same products. Also, the staff doesnt bug or hover over you in this store like some others when youre just trying to find something by yourself if you know what I mean. This is where my wife and I get our hair products nowadays. Go check em out.

The store products are great and the gentleman in the store was very helpful in helping me find product needed, BUT the cashier this evening was so rude and looked quite unhappy with her job. Why put someone in a position that is directly dealing with customers who has no customer service skills

This store have every product that I need for my hair and my toddlers hair. I dont have alot of time, so its great not having to go to multiple stores to get what I need. Also, Ive only received good customer service.

The internet said the store close at 8:30p.m. rushed to get there with 10 minutes to spare. There was a sign on the door saying closed at 8:20p.m. Speaking through the door I told the clerk the internet said 8:30p.m. she told me that was the mall hours. The mall closes at 9:30pm. I needed to finish my hair tonight. Big inconvenience. Big disappointment on their behavior. If the time changes they need to update the internet also. Waste of my time and gas trying to get there. 3 other cars also showed up saying the same thing about the time. They refused to let us in.

I have been buying hair at this store since they openened. I BOUGHT $60 WORTH OF NALA3X FLUFFY SPRING TWIST 18 HAIR A FEW WEEKS AGO AND MY BEAUTICIAN TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED THE WRONG ONE. I CAME TO EXCHANGE it AND THE OWNER GAVE ME A HARD TIME BECAUSE IT WASNT WITHIN 7 DAYS. I ASKED IF SHE COULD DO AN EXCEPTION FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER. SHE SAID NO. BETWEEN WORK, HOUSEHOLD N KIDS. I have NEVER heard of a store that dont tell you the price of a product over the phone. The sales agent was pleasant when I asked if they had the item Im looking for. When I asked to price of the item she said store policy is they dont give the price over the phone. I asked her for the manager and she gave me Kathrine, who over talked me and said its a retail store and I need to come in to shop. Like lady online shopping is putting people out of business. Katherine was RUDE, LOUD and clearly dont need support from the community she is in. Sistas BUY BLACK and stop messing with these people who dont care if the service is worth the money your spending. I WOULD NEVER SPEND my hard earned money in the Green Acres Feel Beauty. SO RUDE KATHRINE!!!!!!!

The first time I went there I came to buy some things I decided to use my card, it declined but it turns out the transaction went through. I had to wait a good three days and I had to call the bank to get my money back. There were trying to help, but if your a store that just open, thats not a good look. There very lucky I approached them calmly a different person wouldve cursed them out. Honestly it wasnt a horrible experience but I dont wanna go through that again. I still like that store but Im not gonna use my card ever again.

This place is extremely unprofessional!!! I came here as a last minute run for my photo shoot. I needed a long wig with bangs, I knew exactly what I wanted. As I am trying on my wig the women working in that section asked if i needed any help. I told her NO !! She was very persistent in helping almost in a forceful and uncomfortable way. As I am trying on the wig i know I wanted she tells me its looks horrible almost old school grandmotherish being that I am an indecisive person. I listened to her opinion. She shows me another wig that was not my style at all and basically force me to get it. Because every wig I told her I wanted she would say they did not have it in black and i really needed one for my shoot. I finally bought the short wig which wasnt really what I wanted but once again for some reason the women that helped me claimed they didnt have any of the wigs I wanted when she clearly showed another woman the same exact wig and then told me they didnt have it. So I go home and show my mom dad sis and brother the wig. they hated it so I decided to go back and exchange which it is printed on the receipt that you CAN exchange. I get back to the store and the manger tells me they dont do exchanges on wigs specifically. I showed him the receipt which it is not on he then shoes me where it is on the receipt which is where the ink barley printed to the point you cant see it. Then he points to a sign that says no exchanges. Mind you i was in the store for 1 hour and the sign was not there I saw them put up the sign after I left the first time but I was half way out the door and didnt know what it was. I told him the sign wasnt there and that i just simply wanted to exchange even for a more expensive wig he specifically told me ABOSULETLY NOT THE WIG IS DAMAGED!!! SO I ASKED HIM WHY WOUKD HE SELL ME A DAMAGED WIG!! HE DOESNT ANSWER!!! MIND YOU I JUST BOUGHT THE WIG 10 MINUTES AGO I LIVE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THE WIG WAS ALREADY EXCHANGED AND I SAW THE FIRST RECEIPT WHICH MARKED IT DOWN FROM 65 TO 30 TO 26. SO CLEARLY OTHER WOMAN DID NOT LIKE THIS WIG. BY THIS POINT TWO YOYNG AFRICAN AMERICAN MEN ARE WALKING TOWARD ME AS IF THEY ARE GOING TO GRAB ME TO GET OUT THE STORE. I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING WRONG BUT TRY TO EXCHANGE A WIG I DIDNT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMOND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ONLY THE MONEY THERE ARE PLENTY OF BEAUTY for example 3W W Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, NY 11580. They have great wigs and car about the customers. The first thing that should be told yo a customer buying a wig is that they can not return it of if they do not like it. The person who created this establishment only cares about taking your money...
