Customer service was awesome. I was in and out in a jiffy. I would highly recommend King Ford Motors for any service that you might need for your vehicle.
Bought the new 2020 F350 fully loaded Lariat Dually yesterday. Worked with a great sales and finance team, including, Chuck, Marcella, Kendra and Mike (finance)! Best buying experience ever. No haggle, no BS, just right to the point bottom line pricing. Finance was simple and fast. Theyve earned a new customer for life and Ill definitely send anyone I know looking for a new Ford to King!
Long story but my gf got duped into buying a Dodge Ram and they took her car as a trade in. She changed her mind after getting the truck home and they told her to bring the truck back and she could get her car back. Upon picking up her car, there was substantial damage to her vehicle. Hoses were cut and missing. The transmission dipstick was missing. She told this to a sales person and of course they deny anything saying the car was fine. Horrible practice for a car dealership. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this place. I would definitely pay attention to the negative reviews that supercede mine. They are crooks to say the least.
A great place to buy a vehicle, my only complaint is they did a terrible job of detailing my 2021 Dodge Durango when I brought it back 6 days later to get my free detailing, it was almost like someone just rinsed it off but other than that, a great place with great people.
I purchased a new F150 from King Ford a few months ago. Everyone there was very kind and took care of all my needs with no pressure at all.I had to drive a little over 200 miles to get the truck because I was very particular on what I wanted and King Ford was the only dealership anywhere close to me with the exact truck that I wanted. They were kind enough to hold the truck for me for a couple of days so I could get to Alabama to pick it up and it was ready to go when I got there. (I drove down from Dalton, Ga.)I did most of the paperwork over the internet so I was in and out very quickly. I am a VERY satisfied customer and have been recommending King Ford to everyone that I know thats in the market for a new Ford vehicle. Thank you King Ford for what you did you me!! I love my new truck!
Bought our car here had a great experience, but been back twice to have my 2 cars serviced, both experiences were horrible. They treated my wife rude and when I took my truck the flat out lied and then charged me the same price and didnt perform the work. The manager said they would rather I take my cars elsewhere. Great home town business. I was so looking forward to having a place I could trust since we just moved down here.
We took our 2004 Expedition in for service needing work on the door electrical system and door locks. The dealership had the vehicle for two weeks (the first time) before they were able to return it. The repairs lasted for one week and the vehicle had to go back to the shop. The vehicle sat for 9 days on the second visit without being looked at. Then on the 10th day I was told the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. More to come...
Would not help me find an OEM part number. Told me I had to buy from him because he was on commission.
Love my Bronco! Everyone is very helpful and nice!
Good Service 👍
Very courteous and helpful
I wont even rate this place because they dont honor the quotes they give you when trading. So I walked out and wont be back!
They stole parts off my car, do not trust them to fix your car, do not have them Service your car.
I brought my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid in to have the Powertrain Control Module reprogrammed. Understand I didn’t purchase this vehicle from them. They at the time didn’t have the vehicle I wanted try Hybrid. But I showed up at lunch Service Manager asked if I could wait till after lunch. Obviously I had no problem with that thanks to the King dealership for taking me in treating me the way you did. I want forget y’all in the future.
Great speedy service.
King Ford was one of the fastest buys I have ever made in purchasing a new vehicle. We were helped by James and he was very knowledgeable. We had specific things we needed and James enlisted the whole Ford Team to get us what we needed at a really great price.WE WILL BUY THERE AGAIN!!Thank you again KING FORD and James for a pleasant experience, we feel like family.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY HELPFUL STAFF
Nice people. Turns out I needed a new battery. They were fast I was in and out.
Nice people and good prices. The facility is a little older and less luxurious than some other dealerships but then you remember that you are saving hundreds of dollars.I was there for parts and service, but there is a good selection of both new and used vehicles.
Very honest business - I asked them to replace my brake pads due to an upcoming trip of 3,000 miles. After checking my brakes, they told me that the pads were still good for atleast another 15,000 miles so why spend the money? They could have gone ahead and replaced them and I would have never know! This is why I drive 23 miles to have my Ford F-150 serviced!
This place is great! Chuck does a great job to make sure you get the vehicle you want!
Wanted to take my Lincoln there. Service department said they wouldnt do the work even though it was a Lincoln Recall. Last I checked - if youre a lincoln dealer you HAVE TO DO THE RECALL. Dont buy from this place - theyre only in the business to take your money.
Worst place ever! I went to get it fixed and the part that was needed wasnt in so I left it there to be fixed in the morning. My dad went out and happened to see someone driving my car so he decided to follow it. The man drove my car all the way to his house which is in Smith station for his lunch break. This was unacceptable! You need to drive your own car to your house not mine! It isnt a taxi cab for your own enjoyment. When confronted he was like well do you want me to take it back? Well yea its supposed to be at the dealership getting fixed! Ive never seen people this stupid before and I will not be back! So unless you want them to take your car for a joyride I would not recommend this place!
Test drove an SUV that Ive been watching for a while, got the price, quote, and everything, I was ready to buy this car, then a GM or owner told the salesman the car was priced wrong, and to make the offer 6k more! Needless to say, they didnt make the sale and I would not recommend them at all.My husband bought a new Ram truck from them years ago, and hes had several problems with the service dept. Unbelievable, completley unprofessional.
Friendly, thorough service.
Great dealer, this is an old-fashioned honest dealer. Great guys to work with, but not fast. I had a good experience here, unfortunately they couldnt get the trade value and financing deal I wanted, so I bought my Jeep from Opelika Ford/Jeep. But if they had a car I wanted and the price was right, Id deal with these guys in a heartbeat!
I think they do a great job I will return when in need to thanks
Good people .... a bit high but its a car dealership so what do you expect .....
The worst customer service! I purchased Ford’s Extended Service Plan (ESP), and in the contract states that I am authorized a rental car during services if it can’t be fixed and is to remain there overnight. When asking both the service advisor and the service manager about this they both told me “we don’t do that, so you need to take your business somewhere else”. I was also told that because I bought the vehicle and ESP somewhere else, they didn’t have to up hold anything in the contract except the warranty work. I then asked the service manager to speak with his boss and he told me no and hung up on me. I called the GM of the dealership and told him about the issue. He stated that he would look into it and get back with me. Going on 10 hours later and he still hasn’t gotten back with me. I honestly thought that being a small town dealership that this place would care more about their customers than the bigger dealerships do. Obviously not the case.
Good place to shop for vehicle. Friendly service. No hassle pricing.
Recently I was traveling with my 90 year old grandmother who is from Lanett,Al. My need was simple but I didnt know where to go for getting my tire pressure checked, in a new truck I was driving. Years ago I had bought 2 vehicles from King Ford.Anyway, I pulled up to the service center and told them I didnt know how to check my tires and didnt want to disrupt my grandmother. They took care of the tires, were so very nice and didnt charge me. These are some southern gentlemen.Thank you
Found what we wanted,Love the people at King Ford they are good friendly people that go out of their way to help. I have and will recommend them to others that are looking to buy, new or used. I give them 5 stars.
Friendly and helpful people to deal with. The dealership is very outdated but it is locally owned. Ford doesnt own rights to this dealership.
This was the best experience that I have ever had at an car dealership. The staff and extremely friendly and works really hard to accommodate their customers. I absolutely love King Auto.
Nice place to see pre-owned vehicles locally
Great dealership, willing to work to sell you a good vechile at a good price
Worse service repair. Used zip tie and glue for repair and charge $300. Driving down the road comes off. Dont waste your time and money here.
Recall work staff courteous and knowledgeable well satisfied with King Ford
Work was good but it was very slow.
Recently bought a vehicle from King. Michael Foster was the salesman. Super awesome guy... When we decide to get my husband a new truck, King is where we will go!
Great value on used cars, very friendly, would recommend checking inventory if you are in the market for a used car.
Best experience purchasing my motorcycle for the first time. Friendly, Fast, Affordale (competitively priced), and impeccible customer service! Loved this Dealer. Wish they had a team in Atlanta GA.
Such nice people
In my world, the auto buying experience has always been something to dread. The stress of price haggling and annoying, pushy sales reps who are always attempting to sell the must have add-ons have always been enough to throw this gal over the edge. When my husband told me we needed to drive 240 miles to deal with King Auto, I was skeptical. He was so impressed with his email and phone dealings with Sheila and David that he was willing to take the risk in going there to deal with them. I went with the attitude that this would be no different than any other experience Ive had with buying a vehicle.Well, I must report that this was unlike any other experience weve ever had. We never once felt pressured. There was no haggling over price and never any mention at all of add-ons. It was the perfect experience in every way. From dealing with Sheila in Internet Sales, to David, who helped us from start to finish, to Porter, who handled the financing with great ease, we were so impressed. It was definitely worth the drive from the Gulf Coast to deal with such great people in such a low-pressure environment. I would recommend them to anyone. From Owen and Vickie Liles, thanks to all of the great folks at King Auto for a 5 star experience!!!!!!
Awesome dealer, had a great time and a great car.An experience of an awesome dealer, had a great time and bought an excellent car.Awesome dealer, had a great time and a great car.
Buy local. Good hometown folks take care of you.
Dishonest service department. Went in for service at this dealer under warranty twice and both times they didnt know or have a clue about what was covered on my car. They couldnt even give me a straight answer about service intervals.I had to call Lincoln customer service because they tried to charge me for warranty work. They didnt do a complete and honest inspection of my car. They marked off all items on my check list stating items were OK yet the next day I had tires put on my car and the tire shop found I needed brakes. If reps dont know what is covered and you cant trust them to look over your car then its time to clean house or close up shop.I cant imagine how many other vehicles they are doing this to especially those who are elderly and uneducated about vehicles.AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!
The parts department personnel will screw you over even if they make a mistake ? Never prepay for a ordered part because if you do and they order the wrong part you will not be refunded the price for their mistake !!
I have to say the purchase of my 2010 Sports Trac Limited, just after Christmas, was an excellent buying experience from Tye Weldon! I was especially pleased and felt confident with my purchase because the vehicle came with a Ford service Royal Shield powertrain warranty, but I think my on-going experience with the King Ford Service Department manager requires evaluation by others. In 3,000+ miles of cross-country travel since Christmas, the engine has performed flawlessly, but early on, I noticed a rumble strip noise in the transmission. Six weeks after purchasing the vehicle I drove the 50 miles from home to King to leave the vehicle at their service department and asked that they check out the transmission. The Service Manager was very upfront telling me that they had no in-house transmission technician and would be sending the vehicle out to a local transmission shop for evaluation and repair. This seems fine, as I believed it would still fall under the warranty. Not hearing anything from the dealership within a week, I call the Service Manager to obtain a status update. He tells me he chose to have his in-house techs play around with the vehicle to see if they could repair but found they could not and would be sending the vehicle to the local transmission shop for repair. Okay, this rather concerned me. They have no in-house transmission techs but they wanted to play around with it! Not exactly what I wanted to hear.Three days later, I am back in the area and my vehicle is sitting in the parking lot so I am thinking repairs are complete and they just have not had a chance to contact me.I go in and talk with the Service Manager. He tells me he had the vehicle sent to the local transmission shop after we talked and picked it back up after the local shop’s transmission tech found the torque converter and possibly other internal parts needed replacement. But, he has chosen to bring the vehicle back to the Ford shop to have his technicians first replace the torque converter and then go from there to evaluate any further repairs.I then learn he has not ordered the assembly, nor has he called the warranty folks to obtain approval for the repair. A week has transpired and only an evaluation has been performed with parts ordering, repairs and possibly additional repairs yet to be done.He has already told me his service department does not have qualified transmission technicians, yet he is going to have his own people do the torque converter work and then have it evaluated for additional repairs. Can you tell I am uncomfortable with the future quality of this repair and with just how long this experience may run with this level of performance? To add to the discomfort, in mid-conversation he asks me if I have had any check engine lights come on as they were noting some engine misfires. All I can say is it sure has run smooth for those first 3,000+ miles. The Royal Shield drive train warranty states it covers the transmission and all internal parts. The service manager tells me he is uncertain the Royal Shield warranty will cover the repair. This is a warranty that this dealership promotes and sells covering cars sold on their sales lot. I hope the service manager is not speaking from experience!Twelve days later, I don’t know the status of the warranty or the repair.
I have been going here for a month and I still haven’t been able to have my oil changed! Either they are booked for the day or not staffed.
I had taken my truck to the service department several times for oil changes and was happy with their service. Then I had a problem with the brake booster making a hissing noise, I took it in to the service department and they said it was the power steering pump I had an after market warrenty on it and they acted like they did not want to deal with it. The service manager would not call me back I had to call them everytime. The jest of it is they replaced the power steering pump, this did not correct the problem, I did not think it would. Turns out it was the liner inside the power steering pump hose going to the brake booster. The service manager said they would replace the hose, again they did not call me back I had to call them. After the 6th time I was there they did not replace the hose they just pulled the liner out of it. I went to another dealer and ordered a hose and replaced it myself. That fixed the problem.
Very courteous staff and very knowledgeable.
Found the problem in a friends vehicle, a defective battery and replaced it at no charge, even for the tow into the dealership!
Have bought several cars from them, new and used.
Quick and out the door 1😀😀😀
John Rich is awesome sales person.
Super nice staff
Doesnt even deserve one star gave me and my family the run around for five months on our car bad service horrible manners no respect for women will never use again!
We are new to the area and were looking for a place to get our vehicles serviced . I saw Kings ad in the paper for an oil change and tire rotation for 35.00 . I called to confirm the price and sent my wife in with her Escape . Well the bill turned out to be 52.00 as the advertised price did not include a oil filter and other junk fees and taxes that they didnt tell me about . I dont think 35.00 is unreasonable because we were paying 36.00 at our old place . I guess we will keep looking .
Worst dealer by far that i have ever dealt with. Trust me on this one, find yourself another dealership.
Worse place ever have had my truck two days just to put a lock in when you ask about it your told it will be really in about 10 minutes have been hearing that for 2 days the door lock only takes one hour to put in Not two days
Very professional, great services
I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here. Very professional place.
Good friendly people.
The salesman treated me like a girl, very disappointed!
Pissed.. Took our car in to have the Power Steering Line replaced and I have no clue what the fools did to the car but had to jump the car off when we went to pick it up..
They will lie to you
Bought a new truck, but process is way too long
Nice, fast and efficient
Good service
Love it
