Thanks to a foul ball at the Little League field, I had a smashed back window. I left a message for them and they returned my call first thing when their office opened the next morning, ordered a new back window immediately and had me bring in the car to get the glass cleaned up and to store it out of the weather. First thing the following morning they replaced the glass. They also cleaned up the entire interior of the car which was covered in glass shards. They were fantastic. Super nice and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Combination of USAA preferred glass repair and Glass Doctors great and professional staff could not have been better or easier. All coordination between Glass Doctor and our insurance company was completed before we brought the car into the shop. Given a time to be there, taken right in, introduced to the waiting area. Just as quickly the task was finished and on the way. Total time, less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly. Ask for Kim,she was awesome. Have a great waiting area that you can chill and watch Netflix while waiting. Only took a little over an hour for my windshield to be replaced, and they did an amazing job! Plus they were the only ones that offered a year warranty for it incase of a chip, scratch, crack, etc. You wont be disappointed, I promise!

They don’t come to you to replace your windshield, but they have a nice waiting area (with Netflix), they are super friendly, included a great warranty, and they even had a bottle of glass cleaner waiting for me when the car was finished. Nice touch! Highly recommend these guys!

My windshield was hit by a rock from a dump truck while driving on one of our local expressways. This resulted in a crack that was over 3 inches long by the time I made it home. I called another glass repair company that quoted me a price $100 more than this company charges for a windshield replacement. I am so glad I thought to look further. The Valparaiso location was friendly and fast. My new windshield looks great and comes with a 12 month warranty. I am a very satisfied customer.

Needed a double pane window repaired. Got a reasonable estimate, accepted it and set up a time for the repair. A few days later got a call from their office, saying the would be working down the street from us and would I mind if they did my repair later that day. The techs were very friendly and completed a quality job quickly. I couldnt be happier. You get my highest recommendation.

This company was comparable to Trout Glass in price. I had the tech come to the house to make sure the sizes were just right, TWICE. On the day of installation of replacement glass for several vertical windows and eight skylights. An expensive outlay for a retired guy. The vertical windows went in fine. The company had ordered the wrong thickness of glass for the skylights should have been 1/2 but they brought 1 glass. They said the extra thickness would not mater they could make it fit. And so they did. The fine lines of the original Velux skylights now appear distorted and swollen. The men also broke a section of the gutter and repaired it with a screw and a gob of caulk.

I would highly recommend Glass Doctor on Roosevelt Road in Valparaiso, IN. The staff is friendly and they stand behind their work. I recently brought my vehicle to have a chip in the windshield repaired. During the repair, the technician cracked the windshield. Without hesitation, Glass Doctor offered to replace the entire windshield for the same price as the chip repair. The windshield was replaced within 4 days.

I was personally called by the owner to see if he could help with my window sash problem. I had emailed them first and probably because I wasnt sure exactly what I was talking about was told they didnt provide that service. A few days later, I saw their number come up on my phone and I almost didnt pick up. For once I did the smart thing and picked up. I told the person on the other end that the company had already responded that they couldnt help me. I was then told I was talking to the Ron the owner and that he thought he COULD help me. I was shocked. And that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship He told me he could help find someone who could help me if what I needed was outside of their wheelhouse. So, I sent him pictures, he told me what my different options were, estimated the cost, and scheduled my appointment. I am a condo board secretary and I have informed my property manager and the other owners what a positive experience it had been. Its rare to get this kind of service and honesty. The rear-view mirror came off on my car, so I made some calls and reached Glass Doctor in Valparaiso. The woman that answered the phone was pleasantly cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. Ok, this place does amazing work. I stopped late, and they stayed open to give me this glass they had done for me. The machine accidentally ran my card twice. I called two days later. Im not sure whether to put this under their Valparaiso office or the Crown Point one so Im doing both. The Glass Doctors were fantastic and I highly recommend them - I really cant praise them enough; I hope this review does them justice. First of all they returned my initial call almost immediately, which is rare these days for some reason. They came out the next day to give me an estimate, after confirming that it wasnt an emergency that needed an immediate fix. They gave me a schedule of when theyd do what, and fixed everything exactly when they said they would. The guys - Ron, Sean and Eric - really could not have been nicer or more considerate. (I specifically asked for their names so that I could give them credit.) The windows they fixed work beautifully now. I also had them replace two windows that didnt open - they were just panes of glass affixed to a frame. Those new windows - sliding windows with a screen - are theyre exactly what I hoped theyd be, namely easy to maneuver, low-maintenance, and they fit in well with the rest of that room - which was no piece of cake since its an ancient house full of stuff they stopped making 30 years ago. It was a great experience all around and Im so happy with my windows!

My first visit to the Glass Doctor a few months ago was to replace the rear window in my pickup. It is a three piece slider and I broke two of the pieces of glass. Not wanting to attempt the job myself, I called Glass Doctor at about 2pm. They set me up with an appointment the next morning at 9am and were finished by 10am. I was very impressed with their handling of everything! All I had to do was drive there and they took care of everything else.My second visit was to have some picture frame glass replaced. I must have gotten there at the right time because I came in with measurements and was on my way in about twenty minutes with two pieces cut, edged, wrapped and ready to go.Waiting was no problem either. Coffee, TV, and friendly staff made the time pass quickly. Like I said, I must have gotten there at just the right time. I know it wont be just the right time every time, but I do know where Ill be going every time I need any kind of glass service.

I had the first appointment this morning for windshield repair and was early. I was greeted and offered to have coffee and wait in their pleasant lounge area. Within minutes my truck was taken inside. I barely got a cup of coffee and the Tech came to see me. He said the damage was not a stone chip but just a scratch and that a repair was not necessary. He assured me I should not be concerned about it becoming serious. He also said not to use super glue as a temporary fix as it would interfere with a permanent repair. Lessons learned: Dont use super glue as a DIY and Glass Doctor is a honest and reputable establishment. I give them my highest recommendation.
