Called about getting the windows tinted on my wifes car. They quoted a price of $189 for tint all the way around. It was about 11:30 am on a Friday. I asked if I needed an appointment, and the woman on the phone said the just had a cancellation, if I could get there it could be done that day. We arrived in about 45 minutes and dropped the car off. About 4 1/2 hours later they called and said it was done. It looked great, they were accurate with the wait time, and the price was the best around. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended for custom needs!

The customer service here was nothing short of stellar. I needed wheel bearings for my trailer, the packaged bearings werent the right fit so they opened packaging and dug through single bearing sets until they found what I needed. Thanks again, I will recommend you to everyone

Paid to have my windows tinted mind you it was done 2 years ago and it’s coming off. they want to charge me to look for a receipt, also they say there is a lifetime warranty on the tint but you have to a paper receipt. I’ve done more than enough business with them never again.

I am so pleased with the service provided by R & B customs in Valpo. My parents were concerned about finding a place to sit for a few hours while they provided the service because they wouldnt be able to leave & come back when its finished. My mom called ahead to ask about seating due to some health issues and when they arrived to have their new truck customized, the service provider was extremely helpful. She remembered speaking to my mom and pulled together the crew to get the job done in 1/4 of the time just to help my parents out. They made my parents feel cared for and provided an excellent product. I dont live in the same state anymore so it is extremely comforting to know that there are places with kind employees looking out for their customers.

We previously had a remote installed on our Ford and it works great! We purchased a new car last year and the dealership installed a remote start and it never worked90% of the time. We traded that car in and are taking it back to R&B Customs for a remote starter! Hope we get in soon due to the delays due to Covid-19!

I got the most expensive alarm for my car $480. My car is fully loaded. It took them 4 1/2 hours to install. They installed the alarm box with shaker built-in and remote start. Thats it!! Even though it came with many more features. You cant even have the radio on at all when you remote start the car or the alarm will go off. Inside lights dont come on when unlocking doors. Alarm wont engage when opening trunk! Very disappointed!!

Went for a tint on a Saturday, and the car was done in 5 hours. The tint work is good and they give a lifetime warranty, so whats not to like. I also think I got the car back cleaner than how I left it.

Terrible customer service, over priced. If every other store can get it to you for $150 they charge $220. When you call to ask questions they get aggressive if you don’t just go along with whatever they want to do. If you push an issue they just hang up on you. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Got both the cars set up with auto start, love them and the staff were exceptional.

This is my second time in 10 years I had a remote start installed because I remember how good a job they did on my Chevy Cobalt that I had them install one on my Ford truck the were done sooner then the time they had told me.

Ordered a retracks bed cover it came in damaged but Jenny took care of it right away an had me another one an installed right away great service and they have a great staff thanks again Jenny
