Four seasons has the best selection of trees in the area, their grounds are organized and beautiful, but I had to write this review because of the customer service I received.Carolyn was not only knowledgeable and helpful, she is a beaming light of kindness and good vibes. She was very patient and pleasant with my complicated order, never condescending answering my questions, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.Customer service positions have always been difficult, and the last year has been especially hard. You would never know that working with Carolyn. Truly a shining beacon of friendliness. The world needs more Carolyn.I will be back and I hope to work with her in the future.

I had a wonderful first time experience looking at all the wonderful perennials at Four Seasons. I have passed it several times on my way to events in Chesterton and Valparaiso, and the opportunity to stop and explore finally came! I was greeted and offered help fairly soon after I arrived, and I chose some wonderful perennials for a new garden I am starting. Martha who works there was very friendly and helpful to me in making my purchases and getting the plants loaded into my car. I look forward to going back. I know there’s so much more I didn’t see while I was there! You will be amazed at their selection!!

My wife and I stopped here earlier intending to scope out what they carried and how they were priced before checking other places as well. Instead we were assisted by a very nice young lady named Allison who professionally guided us through all the various options and scenarios we wanted to address in our yard.The plants offered were healthy, mature, and very reasonably priced. Allie seemed to really enjoy her craft and being able to answer all of our questions. We were so impressed with her and the product that we decided to buy everything from Four Seasons and call it a successful trip. You should too.

I would give 6 stars if possible. I recently worked with George to add over 10 trees to my yard, and rip out existing bushes. He was extremely patient and provided me with several landscaping options/suggestions to maximize privacy. He is highly knowledgable about plant species and provided me with a lot of information. His crew did an absolute fantastic job, completing the job in record time and left the yard looking spotless. The trees are of the highest quality and sold/installed at a respectable price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again next spring.

The staff here is very friendly! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing all right. Their prices are excellent.

Picked up a beauty today at Four Seasons. A Katsura tree for our parkway. Martha and Jean are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Zero stars if I could have. Purchased and had Four Seasons plant two Serbian spruces. They started dying within a week of planting. It took over a month to get someone out to look at them. There was a guarantee on the trees. But in the fine print on the back of their invoice (which we didn’t receive until after the planting) that we would be charged for the planting of replacement trees. $340.00. They planted two white pines which I had to pay more for the following spring. Received a invoice for the planting and decided to wait and make sure they where going to live before I paid it. Within 6 weeks I was threatened with a law suit if I didn’t pay them ASAP. By the way I called 4 other nurseries and not one charges a replanting fee on guaranteed trees. George who owns the place refuses to talk to anyone and even the front staff have a hard time getting a answer on services from him. I wouldn’t even let them cut my grass if it was free

George does amazing work. He came out and planned out the landscaping around my entire house. Three years later and it is still amazing. No overcrowding, beautiful early spring through fall, something is always blooming and looking gorgeous. He is very knowledgeable and I have been able to correspond with him through email whenever I have a question. Ive got some very large trees from him and they are doing great. Ive recommended him to everyone I know. The nursery also did masonry work for pathways and flower bed edges as well as river rock for the beds. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. The people who came out to do the work were meticulous. I was pleased with the pricing and when a few plants didnt make it through the first winter, they replaced them. I can not say enough for the excellent service I have received and continue to receive from Four Seasons Landscaping.

My favorite nursery! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, always willing to answer my beginner gardener questions :) Great plant quality too, I always have success with the items I purchase!

Very nice garden and landscape center. Good selections for our zone. Very helpful friedly and knowledgeable staff. A little expensive but much better plants and help than chain store garden centers. You get what you pay for.
