This company is a joke, anything oversized (60 % of there inventory) they will charge you shipping even if you choose store pick up. The issue with that is it’s such a poorly ran operation they don’t have anything a person would need in stock. Clearly the overheard is too much for these crooks, I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Good experience with an employee in plumbing the other day. Although we couldnt find what I was looking for, the employee stayed with me and helped look around all the fittings for a long time. He clearly cares about his job and helping others. Wish I remembered his name. Thank you

Call van buren store asked for 400 six foot tee post the lady said she had them drove from ozark which is about 30 miles got there they had none, I was upset for my waisted time and fuel cost when they didnt even have

I had an unfortunate incident with one of my pet miniature goats. He was attacked by a dog. This happened during Labor Day weekend. So therefore none of the veterinarians were open, and the animal emergency hospital was only for Animals if its a small dog. Veterinarians are not like they used to be. Tractor Supply is our last bastion for animal lovers. I was able to get a tetanus shot and penicillin. I have a feeling in the future, the veterinarians have the money to lobby legislators in to not allowing Tractor Supply to sell animal medicine. Thank you animal supply.

I was ignored when I tryed to ask for help on the sales flor so I went up front to check out and asked for the product I needed, which was heavy and way up high. She freaked out and told me Id have to wait..I waited for fifteen minutes..she never called anyone..I asked how much longer and she said at least fifteen more minutes because shes understaffed..I just had to leave..

I love this place. Best customer service. They’ve helped me with every issue I’ve had. I had a new lawn mower that broke and I couldn’t get the manufacturers to do anything. This location took care of me and because of that I go back as much as I can. 😄

Theyre so rude to me any time I come in. Not even like I get the same cashier either. They dont enforce make either which makes me not feel safe.

We were ignoring the moment we walked through the door and help immediately. The young man working there had Smiles on their faces and appeared to be happy to be there. The prices were very competitive with large box stores and they had exactly what we needed.

This was the best Tractor Supply I have ever visited, huge store stocked well CLEAN Super friendly Staff.They went the extra mile to fill our propane on our MH.This store Rocks and I recommend it 110%I wish this was my local store, we are traveling and they made sure our visit to this store was helpful when we called a 160 miles out from them. I like going into this store. Everyone is very nice and I like getting my cat and dog food here. It is actually cheaper than going to Wal-Mart if you have to buy for alot of animals.

The staff and management of the Van Buren Tractor Supply is one of the best that Ive ever seen. Its my go-to store for hardware and stuff for my tractor. They even have hunting supplies, dog food and anything else that you would truly need out here. Strongly suggest you pay them a visit

This is my second trip to the store. I found the young lady that helped me most wonderful. The check out was great as well the young man got me signed up and he also answered a few questions I had about my purchases. Good experience, I will be going back.

Excellent! Tori went above and beyond in helping us find a pull cart for our tractor. We would recommend your Van Buren store highly. We went into store, we told the cashier what we were looking for, he called for customer service. We were extremely happy with the service we received. We are picking the cart up this morning.

Friendly Service comfortable atmosphere great selection and very shopper friendly organized prices could be a little more competative on some items i personally use but overall nice store to visit and shop at.

The place looks nice, easy to find stuff. But when employees dont exnolog that you are even there and dont move from behind the register to see if you need any help. All the other stuff doesnt matter !

Had a pair of boots raincheck over two weeks ago was promised they be in last week no one knows what is going on at the store if u make a promise u keep ur commitment and do it now Im in a pickle need the boots for work now I have nothing Im not shopping at this store no more going to atwoods or orschelin to get my steel toe boots at least they have them in stock all the time
