Ordered my new glasses 1 1/2 months ago. Called every 2 weeks to check in and seen when they were going to come in. First they tell me that they had to send in my prescription and glasses to a special lab because of my insurance. Ok, didn’t think much of it. Called 3 weeks later and they said that the lab broke my glasses so they had to restart. I find that VERY hard to believe. I have worn glasses for the last 19 years. That’s NEVER happened and it’s NEVER taken this long to get my glasses. Also, should I add that they told a great friend all the reasons why she did not get her glasses for 2 months. I’ll never be going back!

For a long time I had vision issues with never being fitted properly with contacts. The doctor here ordered contacts 2 different times to get the perfect fit. She was fabulous nice and will be coming here permanently!

Great staff and very accommodating. The doctor saw me for the first time, two years ago, for an eye test. Recently, I went there again and he remembered me by name and by things we discussed two years ago. Im very impressed.

Could not get me fitted for the correct RX for some reason and sold me overpriced frames with a crack lense. Wont be going back
