They did such a great job. Not only did they offer great customer service but also updated me when they were going to arrive a bit later then they planned on. They fixes the cable on our garage door in like 5 minutes. Now my garage door opens/closes better then it did when we moved it. Will definitely hire them again!

LOOK NO FURTHER. These are your guys. We received over the top service. They came out on a Saturday afternoon to replace an opener after we called that morning. We then managed to screw up the up/down adjustment while attempting to set up the My Q app. I left a voice mail to report the chain being loose. They then returned before noon on SUNDAY to readjust what we had just messed up. David then took the time to politely and patiently educate us on what we had done. All at a very fair price. These guys have earned my future business without question!

Broke the torsion spring on my garage door. Called these guys up, and they were able to come over later in the day and take some measurements (at no cost for an initial estimate and look). They presented me with options on replacement and were happy to describe what exactly each option entailed. They were up front about pricing and time it would take to install each solution. They replaced my springs and calibrated the garage door opener to work with the new spring tension. They also lubed up all the moving parts on the garage door. They were happy to walk me through how to take care of my new spring setup and tips on door maintenance. These guys deserve all the stars.

When my garage door quit working, I called and they came out the next day. He found the problem right away, and told me the parts that would be needed to get it running. He gave me an estimate and left. A few hours later they called me to tell me they had one of the bigger parts I needed used on hand and didnt charge me for it. They came out the very next day and fixed everything. My garage door works better than ever and is so quiet. Very professional.As a realtor I will be recommending them to other realtors and clients.

I chose this company for two main reasons.First, they do free estimates.The most established company in the area wanted almost $100 just to step foot on my property, in addition to the actual job. They were also able to give me a general idea of cost over the phone, because I was able to figure out what the problem was myself.Cant say that will always be the case though.Although they carried parts with them on the truck, they didnt have the exact one I needed. They went back to the shop right away and fixed it the same day, which I really appreciated.They explained my existing gap on one side of the door was due to the floor settling, which another company confirmed. They adjusted the door to help close the gap somewhat, but said the real solution is to have the floor fixed, which I am.They fixed the door, lubricated all the parts and made all the relevant adjustments. Now my door opens and closes smoother and opens higher then it used to!I feel they did the job for a good price. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, but offered to help if I had any further problems.I will definitely go through this company again the next time I need something regarding my garage door.

Quick friendly service. Always answers calls right away and showed up on time (this should be given, but unfortunately these days its not). I had an issue with the garage door opener not being compatible with my car. They switched it out for a different model which was compatible at no extra charge. Would recommend.

I had the good fortune of getting to know Nato Llanos, who is an owner of Coast to Coast Garage Doors.Nato is a well-mannered experienced professional who has the patience to go over things with you.After my garage door spring broke, when I asked about what spring will last a very long time, he recommended a high cycle spring which will last 31,000 cycles and comes with a 10 year warranty.Nato came out to inspect my broken spring on a Friday, ordered the high cycle spring on the same day, and installed the high cycle spring the very next day on a Saturday morning.He then proceeded to grease all the springs and the hinges, reinforced the emergency door release with some extra screws, and adjusted the bottom clearance of the garage door to eliminate any extra gaps to help prevent any rain water from flowing back into my garage.I could not be happier with his service and I totally recommend him for all your garage door needs.
