Very friendly and helpful staff and guns may be slightly higher price but thats understandable for a small business, the owner was very honest on what they have and what they can offer. This is an overall great family owned place and I highly recommend coming to take a look and talk with the staff even if inventory can be low in this day and age.

Wanted to buy a Glock 19 for home defense and concealed carry. They recommended the Glock 17 to me and I’m glad they stopped to let me know about the multiple choices of Glock’s and not be treated poorly if I had any questions or anything. I had great service and they are a family of honest arms dealers. Their prices are a tad higher than some but I am okay with this as they had incredible customer service where I felt I was treated my wife and I like we are humans and not just annoying paychecks. My wife and I now have a great pistol to be able to protect ourself if there is ever an incident, which I hope there never will be.Great local family owned gun shop. Will be buying any future guns here.

Every time I go in Im always so impressed by everyones level of customer service. Even when they are super busy and the store is overrun with customers they make a big effort to give everyone their time and attention. I have also found that the employees here are so much more friendly than a lot of the other gun stores in this area. Whether you are a gun enthusiast or a first time buyer, youre treated exactly the same. I highly recommend checking it out!

These owners and store clerks are SO knowledgeable and helpful. They are always in a great mood even when theyre not. I always enjoy going in. Ive had to take my jammed gun (while cleaning it getting it back together can be a challenge) to the store for help TWICE and theyre always so accommodating and helpful. Weve made 2 purchases, their prices are reasonable after looking around. Theyve got a great selection of conceal carry purses for ladies too and other accessories.

Bought my first pistol here with help from Chris. I had a few guns in mind and what I ended up getting was a suggestion from Chris and I am very happy with it. The whole process was smooth and easy. They have a nice selection of handgun and rifles, however low on shotguns. But overall I had a great experience at Cascade Firearms.

Wont answer the phone, to get people to waste gas to go to a shop and be told NO they dont have it. Avoid this place much better places in the area I was able to find and they DID answer their phones like ALL buisness DO!!!

Excellent customer service. I am speech disabled which sometimes results in me receiving a bit lowered attention, but that was not the case here. Chris behind the counter was very patient and answered all of my questions. He helped me pick the perfect handgun for my needs. Poked my head in the competition but quickly came back to Cascade.

I was referred here by my brother, he said they were very helpful and a great place to do business with. I wanted to buy a pistol for my daughters for Christmas so they could learn proper firearm safety, learn how to respect firearms and enjoy the sport. The staff was extremely helpful and patient giving me all the information I needed to make the right purchase. When I went to pick the pistol up they ended up giving me a gift since it happened to be my birthday. I will return for my next purchase.

I found this place based on a referral from one of the big box retailers, when I couldnt source locally the XDS 9 mm 3.3 I was looking for. I went in and was greeted by an excellent selection, very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, and even spoke to the owner for a bit on a variety of topics. They certainly know their products, and are willing to look things up for you if theyre unsure. Overall a great experience, and I will certainly go back in the future. Ive been into many other shops where you get arrogant people behind the counter, who treat you like an idiot when you ask simple questions if youre unsure. This is not one of those places. Pricing was competitive, and again I cannot stress the easy interaction with their sales staff. No stress, no pressure, willing to take the time to talk with you, and very informative.

Yeah the ammo is a little pricey... but the couple that runs the place are great. I was treated better here than any BiMart or Chain store. I genuinely feel like my business was appreciated and almost felt like family in the store. Id rather spend the whole extra 2% of my money getting this kind of fantastic service versus waiting for too long, being treated like an inconvenience, play hopscotch, and all the other BS that goes along with chain stores. Id highly recommend Cascade Firearms for hand guns, rifles, shotguns, AR/AK mags, 1911 stuff, and even some stuff for you ladies. My wife got a purse and matching pistol case that she still hasnt shut up about lol.

These are the types of people that think they know everything about firearms. Not willing to talk and listen with customers and does not cherish the everyday walk in. I was made to feel ignored and unimportant. Pricier than big box stores, i would only shop here if their attitude was better but Id rather just go to sportsmans. Terrible place

I dont know where these reviews are coming from. Went there a couple of days ago. Pretty limited inventory maybe 25-30 new handguns. Maybe 10 riles on display. Some used. Prices are ok, but nothing to make a trip for. Very limited ammo. Maybe a couple of boxes and two brands per caliber. Sitting there listening to them trying to force a Glock on a man and his wife without regard to whether she could even grip the thing. There to sell you something in stock, not help you with a personal defense discussion. Pricing out 9mm @ $15/50 for target loads. Who pays 30 cents a round for 9mm ?

Called 3-4 different shops around to get my new hand guard installed before getting referred to Dale @ Cascade Firearms. Everyone else told me anywhere from $40 to $80 and 2-5 day turn-around time. I spoke to Dale and he said same day service (I called at 2 pm) was not a problem. He called me as promised a few hours after I dropped it off and only charged me $15 even though I was expecting more than that and insisted he take more, which he refused. It wasnt so much the fact that he charged me less but the fact that he felt why charge me more than what he felt was fair. The other shops all wanted to charge me a shop minimum and Dale felt that what he charged me was fair to the both of us and thats what counts. I have been back to his shop several times since this and some things he has and some he doesnt but I dont mind waiting for him to order things I need. Hes informative without sounding condescending or like a know-it-all, nice to chat with and just seems like a great over all guy. Ive been to most of the small local gun shops around here and I usually leave with a unpleasant feeling, like I was sort of a bother, but Dale @ Cascade Firearms has earned my business. Give them a shot, I know youll know what Im talking about.

Expensive place to shop $20.00 for 50 rounds 22 winmags go to Bimart for $10.99 . Kel Tec PMR 30 $429 way overpriced for that unreliable gun Bimart has them for $349

Love it, not much time to go with work and all but when I do go its a fantastic experience.

Almost everything here is a lot more expensive than buying it online. However, they do sell uses guns which Ive found to be of a fairly decent price.

Do not use these folks for transfers. they are flakes. i called and asked about doing a transfer, got the ok, placed the order, and the shipper told me that my ffl was not accepting transfers. i called, they told me theyve no room to store transfers. when i told them i called them first, they said: ok. well do it. very inconsistent, non-principled, UNPROFESSIONAL way of doing business.there seem to be plenty of flakes in this business in vancouver, and these folks are the latest. i had really hoped they might be better, but theyre simply not.
