I signed my daughter up for dance not knowing much about anything. I accidentally set up an appointment for pointe shoes and she worked with me to do a refund. I went in and my daughter was all over the place even trying to run out the shop. She was quick to get my daughter her tap and ballet shoes. Its a really cute shop.

The customer service we recently received from the owner at All About Dancewear was just stellar! Im a newbie to the dance world, but she got my daughter all set up with last-minute audition attire at the last minute on a Friday night, right before closing. She took my daughters measurements and preferences over the phone, recommended just the right items, had them in stock, got them ready for a swift pick-up, and everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Ordered red jazz shoe covers for my daughters trio in competition - the shop reached out to me to let me know the size I needed was back ordered and asked would I like to size up - shipping was fast and easy - I then reached back out to them to see if the original size was back in stock and they shipped the original size to me as quickly as they could get them in! Personal service and quick response time really sets this site apart from its competition - I only wish we lived close enough to go in person!

This lady is rude and condescending and then proceeded to make fun of me in front of another customer for not knowing there was a studio seperate from the dancewear store. Wont be back.

This is a nice store with a good location but it is hard to know when this place will actually be open. Calling does not help. They have only answered their phone once of the dozen times I have called (twice standing outside the door with the recording stating they were open) and only been open once out of the 5 times I attempted to go there when they say they are open. If you have more than a 10-15 minute drive I would not recommend going. It would be nice if they were open when they say they were. Very frustrating.

Best dance store in town! They have an excellent variety of dancewear and accessories, and if they dont have it theyll get it for you! Prices are competitive, they have a sale of some kind a few times a week, plus a frequent buyer card.

The ladies there are very helpful and go out of their way to get what you are needing when you need it!

Bought shoes (last minute) for a recital. There was a problem with the shoes (production problem, not stores), the warehouse is closed and wouldnt open until after the recital. The owner was concerned my child wouldnt have shoes for recital. So she refunded me, and let me keep the shoes.
