Traveled the entire United States and this is still the best Caramel Latte. They don’t use the nasty flavored syrup, but opt for real caramel. Makes a world of difference. This visit I tried a breakfast sandwich on their homemade biscuits—gave me a new goal in life to make a biscuit that good! Cannot recommend this place enough—10 out of 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly service, but the coffee machine operator does not know how to create espresso at all. Weighing the coffee on a scale, pressing and polishing in wrong order, flow of water too long, the result was a really salty really horrible double shot espresso.I explained how to donit properly though.

What a great little coffee shop!!! Stopped in on the way to the airport expecting a fast food type of setting, but was very pleased that it was not. Fantastic breakfast sandwich made on tasty home made square biscuits. Great atmosphere with soft folksy music and a neat setting. Would highly recommend!

Was told this was a great coffee shop, but when I went, an employee named Stacey made me wait for over five minutes while she left the area and went elsewhere. Meanwhile, she did not put someone else on the register while she left, and a fairly long line had formed behind me by the time she returned. The order took a while, and was just okay. Will not be returning.

This is a great place to come and hang out or work, there is plenty of seating and space. Also there is a great vibe and atmosphere. However, I only gave 4 stars because my latte was not very hot when I got it, and I got it in a mug so it cooled off very fast. However, there was good flavor and it wasnt overly sweet. This is definitely a nice coffee shop!

Employees are great, but the coffee isnt as much. It was very bitter, even after sweetener, and upset my stomach pretty badly.

People working here are the nicest ever! On my 3rd time visiting, I realized I didn’t have my card once my coffee order was already in, but they still gave me the drink. Will always get a coffee from them and tip them extra!! Sweetest place!!!!

I loved my lavender latte and scone. But, my favorite things are the biscuits. They are so good plain or in a sandwich. Get the biscuits!

Food was delicious, Drive thru convenient and the staff pleasant and friendly. Definitely one of the better coffee shops in the Dayton area! I had the egg with avocado and pepper jack cheese, you won’t be disappointed.

Food took about 45 minutes. Girls who were very nice and apologetic(reason for 3 instead of a 2) said there was a computer glitch. We understood but there was no compensation offered.

These guys know what they are doing. Very rich tasting espresso/ cappuccino. Sandwiches are made fresh and you have some great options. Try their avocado, spinach and egg on whole wheat. Priced very well for the quality. I wish they were open a bit later in the evening.

Placed my take out order thru the drive up window. I order a soft taco. in a matter of a few mins my order was completed and handed to me in a paper bag. I quickly drove have and sat down my outdoor patio chair and enjoyed the taco with a bottle of cold water. Every bite was soooo good and delicious! It left me with a great flavorin my mouth. It made my day!

Delicious food, true coffee, great staff and service.My only complaint is how some guests treat the place. Though the name is Warehouse, and there is furniture- this is still a restaurant, not a home to let children run, jump, and play in the space. Please be courteous of others dining experience, and turn down computers/phones as well.

One of the only coffee shops in Dayton that makes a normal sized cappuccino and is open past 3pm. So grateful for their existence. Only negative comment is that the seating isnt too comfortable. I get that theyre going for the warehouse aesthetic but its just not a place I want to park, sit and work at for too long.

We love Warehouse 4. The staff is friendly, food and baked goods are delicious and the coffee is great. Absolutely love having this place so close.

Great tasting coffee, (we had a latte and a cappuccino), in a real cup! Had a #5 breakfast sandwich each, which was good, but needed a little seasoning and some condiment options. Place is under renovation right now and parking was not really all that well signposted.Update:Since first posting this review, two years ago, we have been here countless times, to the point that it is the place my wife and I go for our weekly Breakfast Date. The food is always great, the staff friendly, and the coffee is wonderful.

• Decent coffee, service is okay as well, sometimes there is alight odor that spreads from the food prep odor from frying• Tried their macchiato, it was done somewhat well, although I think the milk was burnt a little. Not much a dash of honey wouldnt fix though. :)• Second time around I had a better one, someone else made it, it happens. I came around lunch, so it got a bit busy, but its a nice place to sit and relax.• They do not take Samsung Pay (nor Apple Pay then), they dont have Square like most coffee shops do, they have this weird tablet that takes only card anyway. Seems strange, most of these newer payment terminals are capable of taking the NFC style payments. Not here though. Not a huge deal, its just something Im used to in local shops, the ability to pay in a modern way.

As home coffee roasters we are kind of snobs when it comes to coffee while we travel. We really enjoy trying local mom and pop coffee shops. This one did not disappoint! Besides having great coffee we have really enjoyed their scones and cookies and other treats. Highly recommend! This shop makes the trip to see family even better. :-)

HORRIFIC...they wouldnt give me my change back and the manager came out to fix the issue, but instead all she did was make grimy remarks and faces, on top of that she was being extremely rude to the worker.Theres no point in trying to sort things out with someone like that as the manager.Truly disappointing.

Listen if youre gonna charge me 7$ for a cup of coffee you could at least use the 5$ profit you make each cup to get a speaker so we can order ahead. Honestly hope another local coffee shop comes into Vandalia so I can have options lololol

Delicious coffee (had Macha and cappuccino), complete with ceramic cups and drink art, as well as sandwiches. The atmosphere is relaxed and there are nice chairs for a good chat with friends. Plenty of parking outside (back of building) and they also have a drive through. Ive just been once, but cant wait to go back and try more options!

We got to Warehouse 4 almost weekly. Travis makes amazing baked goods. The scones, quiches, and cinnamon rolls are worth getting multiples of. We love their breakfast biscuits, so so much. I really cant ask for a better coffee shop. The food is always on point, so it the coffee, and the staff are always great! I keep trying other local coffee shops, but I am always coming back to Warehouse 4.Hey!!! They will make bulk bakes goods for any event you have or just if you want a dozen of scones or a full quiche.

LORD.....where do I begin...... First, it is very confusing on their process when you come in. They don’t take your name and you have to guess which coffee is yours at the counter. If you order food with your coffee then they hand you a plastic number card and say nothing. So being fairly intelligent, we assumed to sit at the table and wait for our food and drinks... wrong just the food, you have to go back up to the counter to get your drink after guessing several times which one is yours. The bartista’s apparently only know how to say yes and no, no conversation or engagement at all. Our food never came out so we had to go up to the counter and remind them to find our missing order, then when it came out it was wrong, even after reminding them of the exact order. Finally the food and coffee was on the table.... only to be highly disappointed. The food had no flavor..... the coffee was very bitter, possibly over roasted.

Love their coffee! The inside is always clean and safe. I havent chosen to dine in but as far as I can tell they are taking social distancing seriously and I appreciate that.

Good blueberry muffins! But... coffee was rancid. They dont check for rancid coffee... its easy to check: the coffee smells (and tastes) sour. They were nice enough to replace it with a cup of pour-over that was good.

Food is good, I like the atmosphere and interior very much, friendly, upbeat staff that are courteous and helpful, the drink menu is only coffee and tea tho so it was hard to eat breakfast with nothing cold to drink, would have loved milk or orange juice, social distancing was upheld fairly well and not alot of ppl inside eating, the shades on the windows were really nice, you could enjoy the sunshine or muted light, I loved the indoor hydroponic plant thingy at the entrance too, you can see where your veggies come from !Overall, a lovely pandemic retreat for breakfast!

The product is great but the experience is not quite that. Ive never spent less than 10 minutes in the drive thru so a couple months ago I started calling my order ahead. Some days it was ready and others it wasnt. Today I pulled in to pick up my order and was told Id have to wait in the drive thru for it. I understand everyone has to take their precautions at this time, but what is the difference between providing me curbside service for an order that should be ready vs making me wait in the drive thru for it? Likely 10 minutes and me being late to work. Id think for being a local spot theyd care about a regular but I didnt feel so and dont have 10-20minutes for coffee so I guess Ill invest in a nespresso. 🤷‍♂️

Personal flexible, many choices.

This is one of regular coffee stops and we have never been disappointed. We love coming here for their sandwiches, scones, espresso, and lattes. They do a great job of dialing in and pulling espressos with various types of beans (so be ready for something new, potentially each time you visit). The cold brew is above average and consistently great as well.
