This is an excellent local Eye Care provider. All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Nice modern facility with all the latest technology providing a thorough eye exam and glasses made on site. Great selection of frames too. I had called around to some other local places and some were booking appointments for January 2022. Collins Vision Care got me an appointment in like a week and a half. Picked up my new glasses 2 days later. Highly recommend!

If I could put 10 stars I would. I have always had a good experience going here but today was the cherry on top. My 6 year old daughter broke her glasses and I was desperate to get them fixed as her prescription is very strong and she cant do anything without them. Well I had bought the frames a few years back from Fairborn Vision when I used to live there so I rushed back there and made the 30 minute drive so I could simply re purchase the frames to pop her lenses into but once arriving I was turned away at the door due to not having an appointment. Even though I could see the exact frames I needed sitting right there on the stand. Their next appointment wasnt for another 2 weeks and even though I tried to explain the emergency situation they did not care. I then went to Collins vision and even though they do not sell her exact frames Audrey and Lori went out of their way to find a frame that was similar and replaced the broken part of her glasses. All without an appointment. They were so kind and caring. This is the place to go if you want a place that values and cares about you and your family as human beings. They saved my daughter from 2 weeks of misery. I cannot thank them enough. They have my entire families business for the rest of our glasses wearing lives.

My children and I have been going to Dr. Collins for over a year now. I truly enjoy this office - no high pressure sales tactics, just a caring and pleasant doctor and staff.I have referred my brother and his family, they all love Dr Collins Office, and now my parents went to their first appointment today. Going to an eye examine with a toddler, could be quite a handful. Thanks to Dr. Collins my son and I had a wonderful experience having both of our eyes checked. I honestly was not sure how well my 3yr old would be during the examine. Dr. Collins quickly put my hesitation to ease. His kindness and patience created a comfortable environment that made getting his eyes checked a positive and fun experience for my son. I could not ask for anything more. In addition he educated and provided me with important information regarding both our eyes and vision. He is knowledgeable and genuine, we will definitely continue to make the drive to see Dr. Collins.

I have been a patient of Ross Collins since 2008 by referral and my eyes have never been in better hands. Dr Collins discovered that my prescription that I had through Sears Optical was too strong for me and that my eyes were straining to adjust. He changed the prescription after one of the best and most thorough eye exams that I have ever received to one that I was very comfortable with. My vision improved immediately and I leraned a valuable lesson on who to trust my vision to. Dr Collins has my support and I will be a customer for life. Dr. Collins was extremely diligent in helping me find a brand and fit of contact lense that would be comfortable. I have always hated wearing contacts; however, he managed to get the best ones for my needs. He continues to make sure I have the best options available. His exams are quick and accurate and I believe he has fitted me with the best possible vision in my glasses. I recommend him to almost anyone I meet who has vision correction needs. I started seeing Dr. Collins about 6 years ago when he had his practice in Beavercreek. He always listens intently about my eye issues. Every issue is addressed and solved. I have also gone in with my little ones and he is very patient with them ... even when theyre bouncing off the walls and getting into things ... I have 3 boys. He shows them how the equipment works and teaches them about the eye. They love it!I recently saw him at his new practice where I ordered glasses and contacts. I love my new frames and contacts, and my prescription is great!He also makes it very convenient to order contacts over the phone or to call with any questions or needs I may have. I have contacted him when my son had pink eye and he was able to help with that ... over the phone!He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond. I drive an hour to see him and I would drive further if I have to. I trust him completely with my eye care. As long as he has a practice ... I will be a patient! He is the best!

Doctor comes across fake. I had issues with new contacts, Collins would not address or even acknowledge that there was a problem. I had to repeatedly tell him that he was making my eye hurt. He then became standoffish and was quick to rush me to the secretary. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this doctor.

I visited Dr. Collins when he still worked for another provider in Beavercreek and he was excellent. I would highly recommend his services.
