I brought my grandmother here, she came from sams club and was having a lot of issues hearing still . She came here and was very well taken care of. she hears so much better now and has rechargeable so she doesnt have to worry about batteries anymore. She also gets to see someone for free every 3 months to have them cleaned and a free yearly test. Very happy with the service

Kevin the specialist at this office really helped my mother. She was complaining of not hearing very well and Kevin was able to pinpoint her problem and tweak her hearing devices, to resolve her issues. If it hadn’t been for Joanna’s persistence to give it a try she may have never gotten the help she needed. Thank goodness these people are so happy to help.

My grandmother had been hard of hearing just about since I can remember, after finally convincing her to get her hearing checked we decided on going to family hearing center, we were met by Joanna who started off this experience with ease and comfort, making the process effortless and then saw the specialist Kevin, who got her in a perfect set of hearing aids and now after all those years she’s happy to finally have good hearing and I’m happy not to have to yell for her to hear me anymore! SCAM AND JOKE of a business!! Greedy owners who treat their employees like trash!! I watched them fire 4 people for nothing then never give them their last paycheck!!! Including myself I have been waiting almost 11 months for my final check!!!! I worked really hard to earn a $500 bonus for getting them sales. I earned it and then they went into the A/R and changed the numbers to look like I didnt earn the bonus. They lie to their patients daily!! They lie to the patients about EVERYTHING! They overcharge patients for hearing aids out of pure greediness. Find somewhere else to go!!

Very helpful! Do not use hearing aids but got custom molded ear plugs that I can use with my Bluetooth headphones. Go here for all your hearing needs, even for preventing hearing loss
