Package was schedule for delivery today and even said on vehicle delivery. I checked back an hour later and suddenly its not being delivered until tomorrow. Called to ask why and see if it would still be delivered today but the customer service rep didnt have a real reason for the delay just gave me a generic excuse about high demand and delays. So that still didnt explain why my item is on the vehicle yet the driver is not capable of delivering my item. Thanks for wasting my day since I was sitting here waiting for my item because I want to make sure Im home when it arrives. Its expensive and I dont want it sitting outside.

Very kind people. Im only shedding some stars because they the very fact I had to go there in the first place twice now, and will have to in the next couple days. This isnt their fault, but Fedex policies for not letting them ship to my address, or even my town. So I have to pick up the orders 30 minutes away. I know I can ship to businesses, but the packages I order usually have a restriction on them if they are going through FedEx.

I checked online to get the hours and couldnt believe they were open until 22:00 but they were. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had boxes, labels and other shipping needs right there in the lobby. That other shipping place, with 3 letters, told us our package had to arrive ready to ship and offered us nothing on location. We of course were ready to ship but if were ever not ready this would be our destination. This was a shipping expedition but I also like their delivery experience, with text updates and alerts. Probably the only one who does it better is Amazon with a photo of your package at the house.

The driver left my package in the street in the snow and must have thrown it out of the truck because of the big dent in the box, called customer service and could not hear a thing they said bad connection on their end. They need to look into seeing what ups is doing and follow suit because they need some training
My package is late paid more money for speed shipping of 1-2 days and still no package the date to be delivered was for febuary 5th and still nothing no update or anything. Im getting highly mad and about to call corporate again. Slow...
I went to this Fed Ex drop off location to ship items, I had in my storage unit for 5 years. And someone from Fed Ex broke into my plastic container and stole some of my clothing. I paid $153.15 dollars for my shipment to arrive safely back here to the NYC. A Fed Ex employee broke the zip tie and riffle through my black plastic container. They literally went shopping in my container, they stole my black leather coats, my black jackets, my timberlands, my air max sneakers and my old sweaters, they even stole my deceased Mothers pajamas leopard print. I will never do business with FED EX ever again. And I advise anyone else do not trust Fed Ex to deliver your items safely...DONT USE FED EX FOR NOTHING
We received a package that was supposedly shipped express and it took three days to deliver. The driver claimed he delivered the package and our camera revealed otherwise. The last driver was exceptional and made sure the package was delivered as promised.
So disappointed in the FedEx driver today. She got out of the van w/ the package, heard our dog barking on the other side of the house, dropped the package & got back in the van. Needless to say, the item was broken. It wouldve been so much better had she kept hold of the package, got back in the van, & honked the horn. FedEx..please tell your drivers this! Broken items are not pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely worse service ever! I will be telling verizon they will lose my business if they continue to use fedex with my orders. The problems are too much to write out but lets start with the driver not actually getting out of his truck just saying he is where he should be and leaving, they give a 12 hr window as if people have no lives and its ok to just take every day off work because their employees are incompetent. I am absolutely livid!!!!!!!!!!
Lost my package! I called on Friday, they said I had to wait til Monday because the driver is off and will have to retrace his steps, I called Monday they said my package was on the truck to be delivered. Still no package Monday, called next day just to be told driver still needs to look for it, 3 hours later they called back saying driver says he delivered to your houseFriday so you will have to get a hold of the company and tell them it wasnt delivered. I have a ring doorbell (he didnt deliver to my house) so either he stole it or wont admit he delivered it to the wrong house! Very shady!

FEDEX its really hard to resolve an issue and figure out a solution when I try to call a specific fedex location and instead get a guy with an Indian accent so thick Im still not reasonably sure anything was resolved.

I received a text alert that my package would be delivered today. I was here waiting. The driver left too fast before I could get to the door and left a door tag. I immediately (within minutes) called customer service (there was no local number, just an 800 number) to see if they could have the driver turn around and was told they could not contact their drivers. They then told me they would attempt delivery only 2 more times, both days that I have to work. I tried to see if they would put in a request for a delivery time and was told they couldn’t do that. Most likely, I will not get my package as it will be returned after three delivery attempts. What delivery company can’t contact their drivers? The one time I had to call UPS about a possible missing package, they contacted their driver and came back. The issue was easily and quickly resolved. Why can’t a customer have some say in when something is delivered when that customer has to be present to receive it? After all, it is our investment not Fedex’s.
For the 2nd time they go to the wrong apartment with a completely different address. Its the same goofball person that delivered items to the wrong ace last year. I literally try to flag her down and she looks at me and speeds off. I have never had any problems with ups. Fed ex sucks...
Horrible customer service. Delivery drivers are lazy and leave heavy stuff on the front lawn of your apartment instead of carrying it up to the third floor. I will NEVER use FedEx again for anything. I’ve never had this problem with UPS or even USPS. FedEx has always been, and will always be horrible. Thanks for nothing you useless wastes of space.

My package has now been rescheduled for the 2cond time and I had a guaranteed delivery date! This is getting old real quick there is no reason why I couldnt have my package on time when they delivered a package 2 1/2 blocks from my house to the post office! I have literally 1 day left to wrap these gifts before working 16 hr shifts until Christmas!
Once again, package delivered to a totally different town which shares our zip code. Do the drivers even pay attention to the town name or do they rely SOLELY on the zip code? U.P.S. made this mistake ONCE and they havent since. Fed Ex on the other hand has consistently made this same mistake countless times. I will instruct all my future sellers to use U.P.S. only as Vandalia hires bottom of the barrel talent as their drivers.

This whole area is pretty confusing, I’ve been there 3 times and for some reason my GPS takes me past the road I’m supposed to turn left on. So you have to look for the place with the giant fedex sign and it has customer-looking parking. Some more signage from the road would be helpful. Once you find it, the experience is as it should be and everyone is very nice.
They deliver when ever they feel like. Emails come and say on truck, then they cancel mid day. Then next day says same, they cancel till they feel like . FedEx needs to do away with their contractors. These people are unprofessional and lazy! Use usps, they are always on time!

Seems that every time i have a package get lost, well low and behold its at the Vandalia, OH location. More common than not, as i discovered. through a social media post I made I come to realize that not only is mine, but 20+ other folks who live in my area are also missing their packages which are stuck at the Vandaloa location. All our our shipments have said out for delivery, then updates arrived at location, out to deliver, arrives at location. Over and over. When do they get it right?!!! We pay for shipping. Its not cheap. Holidays or not, expectations are still had. I would give no stars if i could as fed ex is slower than recieving something from China. Ive gotten packages from iverseas quicker than what fed ex has deliveres. Doesnt the wx stand for EXPRESS.? Amirite? NO?
I wish I could give a negative rating. The support team doesn’t know what they are doing. You can’t change the address of your package more than once when there is a required signature. Another thing is they will say that it will be held at the closes fedex near your house but this is false. I have to drive 30 minutes away to get a package when I could go right down to the street 5 minutes and pick it up. They say you can’t change which fedex you can pick it up at.
At first I held my package for pickup here. I called in later (800 number is the only option) and confirmed that the package was ready for pickup. I drove here, and it was not ready for pickup (even though it was at this location and the person on the phone confirmed it was ready for pickup). So I called in and changed it back to delivery since i couldnt pick up that day. Day of the delivery: still at hold for pickup. So I called and informed them, but the trucks had already gone out. Now I have to go pick up the item again if I want it today. I have never had this many problems with UPS or USPS.

I received a notification that my package could be picked up after 9:00 p.m.. It arrived around 9:15 and the shipment center closes at 10:00. I live about 50 minutes away and I drove all the way over to pick up my package. I arrived before 10:00 and all the lights were out and doors locked. However, there was a girl inside working on the computer at the front desk, but she refused to acknowledge me standing at the door. I spoke to a worker outside and asked for help but he was unable to help me. So, I called FedEx and they simply said drive back to get it tomorrow between 9 and 3. Sure, because I have extra time to drive almost two hours again tomorrow. Ridiculous! If you are supposed to close at 10 then do that, not early!
People are friendly and helpful. They tend to be busy 1st thing in the morning and around 5-6pm.
Package was supposed to be delivered to front desk of apartment complex since I worked during the delivery day. Took package back to ship center and wont deliver my express package until Monday. Wouldve helped if the delivery manager platform worked too. Guess its back with UPS! At least their systems work!
I live in a apartment complex. Said my pacakge was delivered at 11:55am. I was out side from 11-2 cleaning around my apartment. Clearly he never dropped my package off. When I call O keep getting told it was delivered at 11:55.. Said he came back to make sure he put it at the right house. He clearly never came back by. Hate this company. Wish UPS would have delivered. They atleast make sure you sign when there is multiple complexes.

Worse facility I’ve ever experienced with. I’ve had 4 packages within 2 weeks that they kept pushing to be delivered the next business day for 3 or more days. They can’t seem to deliver on time or as previously scheduled. Alert from the seller would inform me that item will be delivered by 8pm, however fedex never was able to deliver on time. I will never use fedex if given a choice, unfortunately Wayfair and other companies like to ship big items through Fedex... wish they would use UPS!
Its weirdly located and the roads around it are 1 way and run through parking lots. The shipping center itself was like any other but getting to it is .... weird

Horrible horrible freaking service, ordered a package said Id get it by wednesday... said they attempted friday called them so they attempted Saturday and didnt receive it, called yet again saying I want to pick it up (because honestly Im really mad at this point) says they close at 3 but the person on the phone said noon, now... now I have to wait until Tuesday. I swear Im never using fedex ever again aint the first time they messed up like this, wont be the last, so screw you fedex you lost a customer.

Terrible service. They said my package was on the truck about to be delivered then somehow it was never even on the truck and the delivery date changed to 2 days later. Called customer service and they were very rude. I needed my package before I left the country and they didn’t seem to care at all and now I won’t recieve it until I get back. I even paid for overnight shipping and was told I couldn’t get refunded. Sad. I wish they would have updated the delivery date a little sooner instead of an hour before they closed, I could have at least picked it up if they would have told me.

Paid for overnight shipping and when they brought it to my house they claimed nobody was home when they dropped it off. My entire family was home. Then they said it would be Monday, and then I offered to pick it up fRom the location and they said it would be a 2 hour wait and they would be closed by the time it was ready! Absolutely horrible service
