I really love my bistro e bikes . you can see and feel the quality on every ride. So many innovations on my u frame fat tire bike. I dont like my car anymore!

Really great well supplied parts for over 20 brands plus they also sell made in USA bistro brand. They can fix any brand and have highly trained mechanics but also fix or replace any e bikes lithium battery

I bought 2 ebikes from Alan, hes knowable, bikes were fully assembled and personally tested by Alan riding them. I bought the foldable model with 4x 20 tires. I rode mine for 180 miles, have only charged 2 times, I usually use economy mode which when peddling means 11 mph, if Im in a hurry Ill used the #2 and will cruise at 16 mph. The bike is a step thru model which I love because I had knee replacement. The bike has lights front and rear and a horn, it also has a break light. Alan assembles the bikes so that was a relief to know they were professionally put together. I added a few things, mirrors, water bottle, sidebags, and a flashing light on the front. I believe this ebike is the finest on the market. These bikes have a full 3 year warranty, which I dont see me ever using, if you need a adjustment, Alan does it for free. I highly recommend Alan and the Bistro bike.

WORST BIKE SHOP AROUND! DO NOT GET YOUR EBIKE ASSEMBLED HERE, BE WARNED!!Had Alan the owner and his wife assemble 2 ebikes bought on line. Both bikes had multiple problems with assembly. Grossly overcharged for diagnostic work and the repair. Owner is a big talker and doesn’t always know the correct way of doing things.I had to bring both bikes to Bicycles International in Venice to have them repaired after the work done at Bistro. Cost me double the money. New bike shop found numerous mistakes in the assembly.Very unprofessional business without posted prices. He hand writes his receipts and makes up prices at will. Total scam!!!!GO ELSEWHERE!!!

They realy go out if there way to make sure your happy with your investment if not they will make it wright.stop by your be glad you did!
