Love this place! Today the clerk, Romina had the rudest comments toward me and said she thinks the clothes are ugly. This…after my husband just told her how much i love this store. I was speechless…

We came in today, for their $10 storewide selection on apparel, and ended up purchasing 4 shirts. Upon receipt, we were charged for 5 shirts. When we returned to the store (moments after leaving the store), the employee working told us “You bought 5 shirts”, so we showed her our bag with only 4 shirts. The employee told us that we could just take another shirt with us but I explained I wanted a refund - we eventually got one.Seems like a very shady business - it’s hard for me to believe that she thought we had 5 shirts when we were the only ones in the store and it did not seem accidental as she was not surprised nor willing to refund the shirt immediately.

The staff was very nice. I went into both stores and the cashier Romina remembered us from the 1st store. I bought a few shirts and love them. I would definitely go back.... I read the reviews about employees being rude and we definitely didnt experience that.

Apparently they have more business than they can handle so dont care how they treat their customers.We have bought several shirts here in the past and got one for our son this Christmas. He liked it and asked us to get a couple more. We spent 30-45 minutes looking for his size. We found two and headed to the checkout.By then the store was getting pretty crowded. We had to ask several people who were just standing in front of the checkout to let us through.Once we were finally at the checkout the woman said the store was crowded and that my wife (who was wearing a sweatshirt she had bought in that store) had to leave. Ummm. We are checking out. Nope. Too crowded. Leave. OK. Kick out paying customers while letting the browsers stay. We did leave, leaving our unpaid for items on the counter.A large group of six left as we did and said the woman had been rude to them in the past as well.We like to support small businesses, but not this one.

Beyond rude! I wish I could give a zero because this place isnt even worthy of one! I entered this place wearing no mask due to a pre-existing health condition, which has never been an issue in other places. When the proprietor seen me, without even asking if I have a mask or could put one on, she said Youre not wearing a mask! You need to get out of my store right now! After which, she literally began to shoo me from her store with her hands and almost pushed me even though I began to exit the place immediately after she said something! She was definitely in my six feet of space! My personal experience here was beyond words! I would not recommend this store at all!

Came in, looked around, checked out. EVERYTHING WAS $10! Looked at the price of the hoodie i got and it was originally $50. CHEAP AND GOOD QUALITY.

Ridiculously rude, very unpleasant, and just downright mean!! I have nothing good to say about the people running this place. I feel sorry for every customer that walks through those doors. A store clerk who yells at her customers is not worth buying merchandise from. I do not suggest shopping here ever!

Stopped in a few times while on vacation. Based on other reviews, I was expecting a rude owner but she was very friendly. T-shirts are all $10 and are decent brand names.

Rude! Was going to buy shirts until the employee there today walked up to me and rudely asked which size I was looking for and was annoyed that I unfolded some of the tydye ones to see which colors and sizes I wanted. Dont waste your money. There are plenty of friendly places to go on this strip.
