Outdoor seating area is ample, though it’s a little annoying to hear all the drive thru orders while sitting there. Another pet peeve of mine about this location is that it’s not easy to turn into when coming up 41 from the south. I wish its parking and drive up area was directly connected to the strip mall it is next to.

Stay out of Starbucks bathrooms! Patrons blow up the bathrooms and dont like to flush #2! Should separate men and women. Although one was done by a woman. The drinks were great though.

Love their French Vanilla Latte BUT they have been out of Hazelnut Syrup and cannot make them for the past 3 months, every time I order it.

I always love Starbucks I am a member and I enjoy getting an extra Ice T your coffee of refill. I know it has been very tough with kofoot covert but everybody has been loyal to Starbucks and I am happy about that. Good place to go and get your favourite drink and then have it outside and the staff is always cordial and go out of their way to make this right.

I had a $10 dollar gift card given to me and I stopped by this location after work to use it. My barista was Onique and he did an outstanding job. I don’t go to Starbucks often, so I told him about the gift card and that I’d like him to create an order for me that would use it up. The drink and food he came up with was fantastic. He is charismatic and an excellent member of your team! Keep him around as long as you can, he’s going to accomplish great things.

The drink was good service was not ! Let me just start by saying I usually go to Dunkin but like to switch it up every once in a while well on my lunch break i used the mobile order for the first time and it says “pull around to drive through and pick up your order” but even still I tried to stop at the speaker and waited there for 3-5 mins with no one saying anything so I pulled around to the window and told the guy I was picking up a mobile order. This man had SUCH an attitude snapped at me and told me next time I needed to stop at the window then immediately walked away before I could respond. Then comes back a couple minutes later with my drink and again repeats “yeah next time make sure you stop at the speaker so we can expedite your order” I told him the app says to pull around to the window and I did stop at the speaker and no one said anything and he ROLLED HIS EYES and goes “hmmmm interesting” NOT IMPRESSED

It’s OK but I’m not a big fan of Starbucks. They are too large to have a good coffee.

This place never has anything in stock. They tell you they have what you what charge you extra for then tell you they are out. This has happened 3 times this week. No apologies or refund. It would be nice to be told the truth when you order. The staff needs to know what they carry and have better communication

Best starbucks in town. Always get my drink right! Even when the line is long they move it along pretty fast.

Their drinks are very inconsistent. I always get the same thing (vanilla cappuccino) but it always tastes different. Sometimes it’s way too sweet, other times it’s bitter like coffee. I ordered two On January 14th and halfway home I realized that the one was just milk (poured it into my water bottle). I went back to exchange it and the staff member that helped me didn’t even apologize. Definitely not my favorite Starbucks!

Nasty. My toasted white chocolate mocha tasted very bitter and burned. Like they reheated and scorched old coffee instead of making a fresh batch. Not very sweetened either. Ive never experienced this at any other Starbucks location. We hadnt been in a while and soon remembered why. We wont be back. Too expensive for the amount of inconsistencies at this location. Dont believe the locals. Corporate needs to pay a visit for real its too many inconsistencies here at this location.

LIED TWICE to my face after “SCANNING” my rewards app. I have paid a total of $45 to this location and they have been incompetent. I didn’t receive ANY POINTS . I should have TWO FREE DRINKS on my app right now. Because of them LYING, I don’t. It’s easy, you scan a phone and get points . No need to lie just to keep the line moving faster .

Great staff. Helpful and friendly.The location is a little difficult to get to. Currently the road is under construction so hopefully the new layout will make it easier to get to. Its right on the corner of a really busy intersection so be careful slowing down and turning in.

Not good today. Got a cappuccino and a macchiato and neither were good. Tasted quite bitter and the cappuccino was especially bad with less than half the cup full.

I love everything about Starbucks. They are always consistent with all their drinks and food. I change my drinks every few months and my food choices and they are always great and look just like the pictures on the order boards.

Major disappointment. Ordered a dark roast at approximately 6:20pm and was told there was no more. No other options were presented until I pushed the matter. Not sure what the bean was.The employee was bewildered when I asked for a different dark roast.I was then informed there were no cup sleeves so the coffee would be placed in an empty cup.First negative experience in a Starbucks in many years.

Everyone was very nice even their trainee. The store decor was pleasant for one of the smaller stores and the weather was nice enough to sit outside. The iced caramel macchiato was perfect!

Slow service because of long line. Tea drink was filled to the brim, which would be been fine if it didnt spill on me and my car cushion when I accepted it. Drink was tasty, though.

The service here are great and the baristas are wonderful but the outside seating is really disgusting with cigarette butts everywhere! Even looks like it might be the same obnoxious smoker. Not what I expect from a Starbucks.

I often times meet clients there in the parking lot. Its a good central place to meet...and easy for people new to the area to find. Then we go look at homes! My clients may go in for a coffee...too pricey for me!

Great place if you are coming to socialize, get a quick order, and be in a loud environment. However, if youre coming here for a nice quiet place to study for a huge test you have coming up because you cant study in your house, DO NOT COME HERE. The workers are SO LOUD. Im sitting here as they are hooting and hollering and dancing behind the counter. While I have my beats on with music and can STILL here them perfectly. Starbucks is always my go to study spot, I wont come to this one anymore.

A great place to come and study. Unfortunately, I dont come very often because Starbucks usually doesnt carry almond milk. I love almond milk with my coffee because I am dairy and soy sensitive and there are no other alternatives at Starbucks for my coffee. But, one of the employees named Chris Grey went to the store and bought me almond milk for my coffee. I have never received customer service as fine as that. I too work in customer service and can appreciate when someone goes that extra mile for me. I will definitely be visiting Starbucks more often from now on. Give that boy a raise for amazing customer service!

I much prefer this one over the one by my house. I am on a strict diet and the other one messes up my order out of laziness and therefore messes up my diet. However this store always goes above and beyond. They prepare the order perfectly and with a kind smile to boot. Ill always drive the 5 extra miles and tip more for better service.

Very busy place in the morning. Parking lot could have been better thought out but you get used to traffic flow patterns. Of course, has the best coffee aroma upon entry. Almost unlimited coffee and tea menu with high and some lower calorie fare for anytime of the day. Bulk coffee, accessories, order ahead of time or drive thru.Warning:: can be addictive and pricey but delicious.

The employees here are first class! The only reasons I cannot give it five stars is because of the tiny parking lot/terrible parking and small size of the actual building--not enough places to sit. This place is great otherwise.

Okay so leaving a review at a chain place is usually pretty dumb. you expect the same level of service every time you go and honestly as long as they arent terrible people everythings fine. However since Ive started working in Venice again I have been given exceptional customer service every single time Ive stopped here. Sometimes the line can be a little long for the drive-thru but more often than not it only takes a couple minutes, everybodys always smiling, and the staff makes you feel welcome. I truly believe this location is the best in Sarasota county

Of the scores of Starbucks Ive been in, this one has by far the worst laptop internet connection Ive ever experienced in a Starbucks. I literally wont come to this Starbucks because of it! Corporate, you need to fix it!

Twice I have ordered a cold brew and have gotten an iced americano without being told, and I was charged for the cold brew. There was no one else in the drive though line both times also. Next time let the customer know if you dont have what they want. Very nice employees though.
