OMG...I love this place. I searched for 4 1/2 months for a company to purchase a cart from. My way of testing companies to ensure that they are being truthful was asking them the same question each time I talk or visit them. Dan at Affordable is the only company that passed the test. My test might be a bit strange, but truthfulness is the most important thing to me as I knew I could find a cart from whomever I purchased the cart from.I needed a could things adjusted and they picked it up the next day and returned it back to me the next day and a wash job to boot. The service is great and the repair is always done right the first time.I highly recommend Affordable and assure you that if you purchase from this company, they will be happy and feel good about the purchase.

From start to finish the place is A one. Melenie was our sales person. She guided us to exactly what we wanted from cart to accessories. Travis was on top of getting our extras installed and very helpful. Every time we would walk in the store the lady at the front would greet us and answer all our questions as we waited for the cart. Great experience.

Although they are pretty good at pickup, delivery and quick service, they are not good about returning keys if they take them with the cart. My mother had a garage door opener on her golf cart key chain. The service ticket even stated they took the key. Supposedly, they don’t do that, but the ticket clearly said they took the key. Now, with that garage door opener on the keychain, it should have been easy to find. Nope. And they wouldn’t replace her garage door opener even after being confronted with the claim ticket. They also gave her the most beat up, old, dented charger I’ve ever seen. I would recommend going to Thoroughbred in Englewood. Much easier to work with!

Great place to rent a cart. We rented 6 golf carts for a week to transport our homeowners to and from parking as we had to repave the streets and no cars could park on them. The folks at Affordable Golf Carts rented us 6 gas powered carts that worked flawlessly. Everything went great from ordering, delivery, pick up and quality of carts. We purchased a new golf cart from Affordable Golf Cars of Venice a month ago and couldnt be happier with our end-to-end experience! This was our first stop when we started looking, and when asked if we needed help or had any questions, we advised we were just looking...They let us just look! We left that day, believing we had seen what we needed to see, and continued our search/research. We scoured the internet, visited numerous other golf cart stores and spoke with a number of different Sales people, all in an attempt to gather as much information as possible. We decided to go back to Affordable Golf Cars of Venice before purchasing a used cart from another dealer, and boy are we glad we did!!! We went in thinking we knew a lot about golf carts, and specifically what we wanted, until we spoke with Melanie! We let her know we had a used cart picked out at another dealer, but wanted to look one last time at their selection. She asked about the cart, and based on her line of questioning, we realized there was still a lot we didnt know...Melanie asked us what our price point was, how we were planning to use the cart, and for a list of our wants/needs. She then proceeded to show us various carts, sharing pros and cons of each based on how we were planning to use the cart and options for modifying. Melanie never pressured us, and ultimately we purchased a cart that was perfect for us!!! She helped us with the tiniest details, brought us over to speak with an incredibly awesome service technician about current and future upgrade options (I wish I could remember his name!!!), and arranged for free delivery within days!!! I purchased a used golf car from Affordable golf cars in Venice florida. It came with a six monthmechanical warranty. I had a problem with the headlights and they sent a repair man to my homeand he replaced the headlight switch. Works perfect now. Later I could detect a noise in the drivetrain that didn’t seem right. They came and picked up the golf car and replaced an input shaft. The noiseis gone and the cart runs great. Everything was covered under the warranty. I appreciated that theystood by the warranty, no questions, no hassles. This is a quality company to do business with.I highly recommend them. Tony Papa

We rented a golf cart for a week. Diane is very brisk and unpleasant to speak with over the phone. Very grumpy! And the cart we rented was very nice and clean, but extremely SLOW. We have rented several carts elsewhere that would have blown the doors (if there were doors) off the cart we rented here. We were constantly having to pull over to let other golf cart riders pass us. And the battery was fully charged! Drop off and pick up was free and fast, but its very unlikely we would use this company to rent a golf cart again.
