I cannot give higher praise! I wish I could! I ordered a lowering kit from Brian, he warned me that there would be an extended wait time, but the parts came way ahead of schedule! Great customer service and great parts at a great price!! I love supporting local businesses, especially when they set the standard for customer service!!

Brian answered my email questions right away and on the weekend. He shipped out within 1 day and I got it really fast. Everything looks awesome- thanks! My aluminum 5 gal tank looks fantastic.

I would strongly STRONGLY urge everyone to avoid Brian and his fraud of a business like the plague. I paid over $1500 for a link kit from him back in March of this year. He then told me his prices he advertised were wrong and offering to build me a kit for $1100. I have since been given nothing but lies and excuses for the past 8 months now and will now be opening legal proceedings against him just to get my money refunded because he likes to avoid customers. Have not heard from him since Sept 3rd despite multiple attempts to contact him.

I have had several business dealing with Brian at Illusive. I have had a custom chassis built to include custom fabricated air suspension, had a custom bagged Suburban done by the shop and have also bought parts. The workmanship, quality and time frame of his work is EXCELLENT, the customer service was second to none. I reccomend his shop, service and products to all TOP NOTCH WORK, COMPANY, EXCELLENT PRICES and PRODUCTS. Professional all the way.

Wow what a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs... I still feel wronged years after dealing with this guy. Absolute worst in the business.. gave me free parts for all the hassle and those were junk. Go with the competition on ebay 👍👍👍

Took forever to accept my payment (2 weeks) and quite a while to ship (another 2 weeks). Wasnt going very far either, just across the boarder. Then Brian failed to inform me that shipping charges didnt cover the cost of duties and taxes at the border. Not impressed. Paid 480 for items, plus 150 shipping, then another 300 when they get to my door. (plus USD to CAD exchange rates made the cost almost double) Brian doesnt answer emails either. Only Facebook messages. Very unprofessional service. Not impressed
