Although I didn’t buy my Edge here, once I got the registration completed I stopped by and asked if I could get help putting my plates on. I have just had back surgery and the business offered Ms. Erickson to help. She is a lovely lady and the dealership is quite lucky to have her. I just moved to the area, but I will return when in need of my next vehicle.

Terrible customer service. Took my car in and they kept extending how long before they would diagnose it plus diagnosement was a $110 fee. Eventually they refused to diagnose it and had to walk about a mile to pick it up.

The people were not very understanding or very helpful to us. We were 3hrs from home when our vehicle needed desperate repairs, and although he did put it on the computer to diagnose the problem, offered no help, and flat out refused to try to repair the truck. Do not use this dealer!

Salesman seemed ok, I pulled in the lot he was busy with another car but took time out to answer my question. Now if he can just come up with the mkx Im looking for.

I bought a F-150 from Donny Stewart a few months back. They were by FAR the best price and I got thousands more on my trade when comparing to Vern Eide Ford and Sioux Falls Ford.

Service department unethical. $40 and 30 minutes to top off coolant with $1 worth of antifreeze. Unauthorized PCM/DTC check. I cant recommend them.

I was driving across South Dakota at night when my car broke down. I had it towed to Vermillion Ford and they looked at it first thing the next morning. They determined the repair was under warranty and got me set up, ordered the parts, and got it fixed ASAP. I cant say enough good things about the customer service!! In the future, I will go out of my way to work with them for any future car needs!!
