Great flooring store, very knowledgeable staff

Great flooring store! Friendly staff and awesome customer service! Wide variety of products to choose from. They have some of the best installers in the business doing work through them. I highly recommend using the pros at Total Flooring over any other store in the Sioux Land area.

Customer service is horrible. Currently leasing out a home, contacted my landlord to have carpet on stairs. Further contacted total flooring to complete the job. One of their workers came over and dropped off the carpet. Have been waiting 1 1/2 months for our carpet to be redone. Also have rescheduled to have the job done 4 times. Each different scheduled time, nobody has showed up. Still currently waiting for the carpet to be done.
