I had to come back to the shop after the told me that my tires were balanced and ready. Truth is that they were never balanced and on top of that they scratched 3 rims. The tire weight balancers fell of which could cause me an accident. Company has good advertising but very bad work. Lost a customer already!

Ok. I really tried to like this location because its just so convenient, but after what happened this week, I just cant go there anymore.We dropped our car off because the brake light was on. The first day, they were understaffed, so did nothing. We were told that first thing in the morning, our car would be the first worked on. Great.Thursday comes and we hear nothing all day, so we call to find out the status of the car. They tell us that the main brake cylinder is failing. They will fix it, car will be ready at 6:15. We go to pick it up, and the person at the desk says the car is ready, but that some sensor on the brakes also needed to be replaced, and to come back Saturday. They dont charge us anything. Weird. The brake light is off.Saturday we bring the car back in, and the manager on duty is dumbfounded because he cant see that theyve done anything to the car at all. I call to find out what the heck is going on, as we thought the major problem was repaired, and we were just coming in for a small thing. The garage manager tells us that NO WORK was done on the car. I ask why the brake light is off if they didnt repair the cylinder. He says they added brake fluid and that made the light go off. Either way, they cant get the parts to fix it. We go back to get the car, and ask the manager at the desk why the brake light is not on if the problem is still there. He tells us that they UNPLUGGED THE SENSOR, and thats why its off!! Not that they added fluid or any such thing, they just unplugged the sensor.This place is going to get someone injured or killed one of these days. I will never EVER go there again.

Managed to get me a tire the very day I blew mine out at the lowest price I could possibly find! The guy at the front desk who answered my call, checked me in and finalized my service is a real chill dude with fun interests I can relate to as well.

Got a flat Friday night of the July 4th weekend, my regular shop was closed. Mavis had space got the tire plugged first thing Saturday morning. Service overall was excellent and it took 30 mins all in. Highly recommend the crew here.

This is my third visit to Mavis, located in Verona, and certainly not my last. They are friendly, knowledgable and honest. I went in asking for additional servicing of my car, but was told by Steve that the additional work was not necessary at this time. That is the experience I want, honesty, not padding the bill! What a great experience at Mavis this morning. Got a flat tire last night took it to Mavis first thing this morning. Steve the store manager took me right in and got the paperwork processed. Within minutes his team had my car on the lift and plugged the tire. Before I knew it I was off to work. Steve and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and super welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Took my car here to get my tire repaired but it had to be replaced because it was a run flat tire and they didnthave one in stock. So they ordered the tire and said that it would arrive in a few days. I called 4 days later and was told that they didnt have the tire. So I called ETD and they told me that my car was not equipped with run flats. Long story short Mavis had no idea what tires I had. You would think they knew better right. Shameful.

I noticed a nail in my tire so I decided to order new ones, as the ones on the car were down to the wear indicators. After researching via the internet, I determined Mavis had good prices and overall good ratings. Since there is a Mavis within walking distance of my home, the Verona location was my ultimate choice.I read the reviews on their website of all the tires they had available to fit my SUV, and then read reviews on other websites of the same tires I was interested in. I ended up selecting Michelin LTX M/S. They were expensive but they had a $100 instant rebate and the ratings were very good for snow and overall driving. I ordered the tires online and made an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday.I dropped off the car at 10 and at that time also asked for an oil change. Stacy, the person at the desk, couldnt have been any nicer. She was a pleasure to work with. Stacy said it would be about 3 hours or so for the job to be finished. I called at 1 and was told the mechanic was just finishing up on the last wheel. So I waited a few minutes and then walked over to the shop. As I walked in, he was pulling the car out of the garage. Perfect timing.When it came time to pay, there were no surprise charges; the total came to exactly what I had expected.I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I spoke to at Mavis. I am very happy with the entire experience and will be going there again in the future.

My experience at this location has been great! I usually visit this location for oil changes but recently got my tires rotated for free with my oil change. I was in and out in a timely manner. Top of the line service and professionalism. I booked an appointment to fix a tire with a nail in it the night before, showed up right on time, and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The customer service here is excellent, as is the efficiency and cost. I dont look forward to more nails in my tires, but I know where I am going when it happens again.

Went to Mavis Discount Tire at 77-105 Bloomfield Ave of Bloomfield, NJ yesterday, paid for 4 brand new tires for $355.65. Come outside this morning, noticed they put my rear rim on the front of the car and front one on the back. Went back to them to have it switch, they refused to make me a priority and correct their mistake, said I had to wait 2-3 hours. Took my BMW to Verona, not only did they fix Bloomfield’s mistake, they did it as soon as I arrived with no hesitation. Great service, great people, superior customer service

I scheduled a routine oil change for my car and received a complimentary checkup of my vehicle. It was found that I had a tear in one tire and another was in need of replacement. This was not something that I accounted for and David was able to provide me with two tires that fit my budget. I could simply say that I received excellent customer service but that doesnt seem to capture the sentiment. I felt like I was introduced to a new friend :) Ill be referring my family and friends to Mavis in Verona :) PS there are a lot of great little coffee shops and a really nice Diner within walking distance so you can have a great cup of coffee while waiting for your car to be serviced.

Great team, highly motivated; had great experiences with them prior to traveling from NJ to California. All the workers are personable, polite, professional, and having known some of them my entire time in NJ, they make an excellent team that is exceptionally well suited, even for stressed customers. Theyve even provided great support from the other side of the country when there was an issue (of which was not their fault, just a bad spot on CA roads)! Everywhere i went that was open gave me an attitude or tried to push me to buy a new tire, then I went to Mavis in Verona, they were amazing and they fixed my tire without trying to sell me anything new. And they only charged me $20... Im definitely going back there to buy tires. Front desk guy, and all the stuff are super nice. I recommend this location.

Not happy at all....Scheduled an appointment and ordered 2 tires on April 3,2018...appointment was for Friday April 6...by the way website said tires were in stock ...dropped car off at lunch and went to pick up at 4 and was told tires r still in route and will b there by end of day Friday...made arrangements to drop car off first thing Monday morning again was assured tires would b in by end of day Friday...called at lunch to check on car and was told tires are in route ...in route from where China!!!!!....then I was told that my tires are hard to get ...really I wasn’t told that on Friday or when I ordered them on April 3rd...not a very happy customer..and by the way I’m a new customerEditedAfter picking up my car this afternoon Kareem and Shawn were very nice and Kareem is going to give me a deal on tires for the rear ..showed me that they try to work with the customer...Thanks
