These guys are the best of Verona. Fast, friendly, and always great conversation. Great prices and convenient location. All of my print jobs have been beautiful. They even have those emergency supplies you might need: printer ink and shipping supplies.

They always deliver a good product, sometimes literally delivering it to our front door! Often needing odd sized boxes for one of a kind items, weve found they have an excellent selection of boxes and packing materials as well. Highly recommended!

I have a mail box at this location, and they blow any UPS store out of the water. Very helpful and willing to go that extra mile in the name of customer service. They also handle UPS AND FedEx which is convenient as well. Pricing for a mail box is HALF of what the UPS store charges, and the service is 10Xs better.

This place is the cheapest in town. They always find the lowest price (and MUCH cheaper than UPS/FedEx stores) to send anything I need. Ex. I wanted to ship 2 tires to California. UPS jerked me around numerous times with varying in-store quotations, based on the day of the week. Postal Connections was able to do it $100 cheaper, no questions asked. This place is great!

I have been going to Postal Connections in Verona for over a year (pretty much weekly). I have been impressed with their customer service, professional attitude, and friendly manner. I have gone in on multiple occasions with some difficulty and they are always able to help. I use them for mailing all of our customers packages for work, as well as for toner and office supplies, and help with large print jobs. They are able to scan in large drawings for much less than anyone else Ive been to. Laura and Dan will always do everything in their power to make your experience a great one. It is a pleasure to just walk through their door. I highly recommend them.

Have always gotten good service when I go there. Sometimes I am dropping off pre-paid items, but often I am shipping something out and I like how they give me several shipping options and the prices. Very satisfied with the service there and only 10 minutes away!

Ive been here twice, and the first time was simple, fast and cheap. The next time I went I had to explain how to use their own equipment because the guy didnt understand how it worked. Then they charged me a computer service fee on top of the printing fee just for the privilege of plugging in a USB drive. Absolutely will not go again.

The man who works here is helpful, friendly, and funny. Very happy with the service I received from him, and Id definitely go back and work with him.The woman who works here...not so much. I came to drop off a pre-paid box, and she took it without one word, looked annoyed when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, and generally didnt seem to understand the idea of even polite customer service.

Had never been here before. Both associates were nice and ready to help. The door I came in, the store seemed disorganized and messy but the other door seemed like more of a store front. The document I needed printed out great and fast. They seemed to have an assortment of mailing and printing available. No reason not to go here!

I showed up there at 8:30a when it was supposed to open, nobody was there. I called the number on the door and nobody answered so I left a message to confirm the hours. Since I had driven 20 minutes to get there I decided to wait and see if anyone showed up. About 8:40 a lady showed up, not in any hurry, unlocked the door and flipped on the open sign. I gave her 5 minutes or so to get things going and went in. When I let her know I needed to drop off a package she responded simply ok and didnt even come up to the counter. I asked so do I just leave it on a counter?. All I got was an annoyed yep. Maybe they arent morning people there so I guess Ill go some place else if I have to drop off a FedEx package before noon.

The store is set up very disorganized and not customer friendly. They seem bothered to help you and because of Unfriendly staff the last 3 times I won’t be returning.

Excelente service, owner operator. Shipping prices are even cheaper that going directly to fedex or ups office.

Friendly helpful folks, just dont be there right at 8:30 AM.
