Great quiet place. We got some candy. It has its own parking.

My daughter’s were excited to stop here on Saturday October 2nd, as we passed it on the way home from a family party. Upon entry the older woman behind the counter was telling people not to touch the counter, fix their mask etc. She was not pleasant about it actually rude for a kids store! Upon paying the woman told us to move so she could help the next customer. The man behind us said no need to move there’s plenty of space. We then asked the younger girl to look at some magnets and she went into this whole explanation that you need to be over a certain age to buy them? We just wanted to look at them! Finally after the long winded explanation she let us look at them but said if we’re going to buy them make sure we don’t have dogs and babies in the house or elderly people. So why is this product in the kids store??? Lol At this point I don’t even know want to purchase anything or be here! The owner should work on customer service especially with the older woman. This whole experience made us never want to shop here again!

Today me and my kids were super excited to visit this store today but the moods were quickly ruined when the older woman behind the counter was being very rude and sarcastic towards me and my children. Although I wouldve loved to visit this store more with my kids I think I will just have to visit another location.

The workers are so rude in this place. I was gonna drive fifty minutes until i heard how rude the worker was over the phone. The worker sounded irritated and mean. Will not be going here, you just lost a customer.

Hi im haven and im 7 i my dad said on my birtday im going to learning express im super happy because my birthday on july 1 and i looked up learning express in west orange i said do learning express have fidgets they say they do im like OMG because im super super ofsess of fidgets and also my dad said hes friends with with the owner and i thought it would be greet also i looked up do they have squishmellows and they said they have more then 450 im like YAY so i can wait to go i love fidgets because there like so good and poaular so i would be there on july first bye!!!! hehe
