1. I had a great experience with Xavier Taylor. Xavier gets FIVE STARS. My wife showed up to test drive a car and see if she liked it with the commitment of not buying it that day and letting me come look the vehicle over and drive it the next day. Xavier was not pushy, super informative, a pleasure to do business with....Honestly. He added a couple personal touches after the purchase to the car that were very thoughtful of him. ERIC CHANDLER Is an awesome service advisor. We had a serious engine failure on our way home from vacation. Eric was calm cool collected and said absolutely come on in knowing we wouldn’t get there until 2 hours before closing on a hot Saturday. Had me in a bay and a professional mechanic under the hood immediately and within Maybe a half hour the mechanic standing in front of us with a bent push rod. That’s crazy to me because it’s not easy. It was a very unusual experience buying a vehicle from Cadillac of Birmingham. From the start I got the run around about the vehicle that was listed on their website as on site. Was later told the vehicle havent actually arrived at the dealership. Next the vehicle was listed with 29,000 miles on it, but actually had 39,000 miles on it. To me that was a bit shady, but again I went against my better judgment and proceeded on during business there. Fast forward to Aug 21 when I purchased the vehicle I had to run behind the dealership to offer my business. (Very Unusual). Finally get the vehicle that wasnt delivery ready but it eventually was half ready. Again poor judgment on my behalf. The vehicle has a spot on the hood that I was told (all we will fix that no problem) 🙄. Took the high end vehicle back and they cake up some touch up paint on it and stated thats the best we can do. (WOW).

Ive wanted a Cadillac ever since I was a young boy and got to ride in my grandfathers car. I looked online and saw that Cadillac of Birmingham LLC had what I wanted within their inventory. I received a call from Dennis within minutes of my inquiry. Although I was unable to answer the call, he left a message.Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted within seconds of my arrival. I told Dennis who I was, and the car I was interested in test driving. He got the keys and he explained the safety features as we sat in the car before leaving. I was allowed to take a test drive out onto the highway and see what the car could do. I was even more impressed with the car than I thought I would be.I told Dennis Id like to talk about pricing, and we got right to it. I was shown a couple of options, we brought in the finance manager to finalize the pricing, and a handshake was made.While the paperwork was beginning I was shown the showroom, as well as where to get coffee. I was able to ask about some of the high end SUVs they had that just came out. (Cadillac is pure class in terms of the perks within the new cars and has always been).Once the paperwork was ready, I met with the finance manager to go over options/add ons that I may or may not want. I was given an envelope to present to the DMV for tags, and then Dennis met me with the keys. My car had been detailed to perfection while I was signing papers.Dennis then showed me the OnStar program and the MyCadillac App and made sure they were set up correctly. He showed me the operating manual, as well as answered any questions I had regarding the gadgets within the new car. Hes since shot me a text and an email letting me know to call him if I have any questions.I could not have been more impressed with Dennis or the finance manager, or the car. The men were both quality professionals and were a pleasure to work with.Though this is my first purchase with Cadillac, I will be back due to people like them.

Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles dont mean nothing from here. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac and when we first drove it the windshield washer pumps did not work, front and back. Service department told me we had the car to long and had to pay a deductible to get them fixed. Service man TIM ROCKETT did tell me it should of been caught when the certification was done. He did tell me we saved a lot of money for having the certification but if the certification was done right they would of found it then. Now it makes me think what else did they miss.

I have been buying cars for the last 25 years and this is by far the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I have ever had while purchasing a used car. John and Ross were quick and honest. Even after I left the lot, I had a minor issue arise and without hesitation John took care of it. Customer service here is first class.
