I am only giving one star bc thats the only choice. First of all, Ive been with Metro PCS for a decade. Ive never complained about a thing. I got a new phone from here 2 weeks ago with a screen protector. The screen protector was put on by a very nice associate. Unfortunately the screen protector started coming off within a week. I went back to the store to get a refund and was told by the associate Sulema someone must have been forcing it off. Why would I pay money just to pull it off to come up there and complain about a $25 screen protector with 3 kids in a rain storm. If you go to this store, do not let her help you, she will question your integrity without even looking into your long track record with the company and do it in front of associates, other customers and your children.

Great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable!!! The rate plans and the phone are great, my phone had broken and they helped me pick out my upgrade! I was completely satisfied with the price and the phone! The ladies inside were so patient in helping me, I will definitely come back to this location for any questions or needs.

Employees were very polite and professional, they were patient with me and helped me find the phone that was right for me, I will say this is the best metro PCS I’ve been in this area of Alabama. These employees seem as they actually care and it’s not just because they get paid. Definitely the store I will be going to from now on!!

Jackie knows her stuff and has helped us out numerous times. Shes a 100% guest satisfaction kind of gal. Best weve ever worked with. I highly recommend her as your go to person.

Ok.. im really big on reviews when i make a decision about a certain place so i decided to come to this location. CARLOS IS AMAZING. He helped me set up my iphone when i was stressing out about it & he took his time & i just honestly cant say enough good things.. I highly recommend this location & talk to him! We were in last week and Jackie was phenomenal. Very polite and knowledgeable, she walked us through our issue and made sure we were totally satisfied not only with the result, but with the process too.

Was a little upset that the ad says get a free phone with service plan and they actually arent free so wont be going through these guys after all. Shame was kinda looking forward to it since the ad sounded great but glad I found out before hand that it was phony. So unprofessional.... Hope no one else has bad luck with them.

I have never had an issue with Metro until I visited this location. I purchased a phone got home and the touchscreen did not work. When I took it back to the store the representative advised he could not replace the phone. He stated that I would have to wait 7 days for a new phone and would have to pay for shipping. I will never visit this location again, and would not recommend this location to anyone.
