Well I ordered a piece of furniture on September 2 2021 and called to cancel it on the 5 of September as I found it for 2000.00 dollars cheaper from another high end vendor. Yes 2000.00 cheaper!! Let me just say the ship date was scheduled for November 30th 2021, so felt as though this cancellation should not be a problem as only 3 days after I ordered it from such a well known giant as William Sonoma.Well on the 7th I contacted William Sonoma to see if the cancellation went through and apparently the gal who I spoke with on the 5th never entered the cancellation. Ok so to make matters worse after speaking with the customer service department at Williams Sonoma on the 7th they say they cannot cancel it as the order it has already been submitted to the fulfillment center. Omg it’s not even to be shipped until the end of November. But Fingers crossed they will email the manufacturer and see if the manufacturer can cancel the order but I will have to wait 5 business days to get a response Omg are we to believe they started building this piece of furniture on Friday the 3rd of September the day after I ordered this piece and they are so well into production that it cannot be canceled on the 6th of September to be shipped out on November 30th. Never anywhere did it say it was a custom piece and could not be canceled. Seriously just saying you cannot make this stuff up. I hope they will do the right thing and cancel this order. I will definitely keep you all posted and let you know what kind of Company Willam Sonoma is. But as of right now buyer beware.

A little too pretentious for my taste. I like high quality tools but also the seller that can convince me that a certain steel or grind would be my best option. I would like to see more whetstones, knife sharpening classes, material science education, history exploration, all the stuff that would warrant relatively high prices and substantiate lofty claims.

Ok. This is officially my favorite store at the Summit. I love all things kitchen so this is like finding a store that sells the holy grails. 7 different types of French press, all kids of garlic presses. Wow just a wonderful place to contemplate cooking.

A great place to shop if you love the kitchen. Also makes for great gifts. The staff has a very high turnover, Im not sure what to make of that but theyre always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Good stuff just too pricey

It smelled like poop and the service was terrible. Sat in front of the only worker for 5 minutes without her saying a word to us as she was helping another couple. You may think this review is harsh but know I have over 10 years of retail under my belt and ignoring customers is unacceptable. You need to be aware. Will never go here again.
