I was trying to figure out the logistics with my truck/tow rental, and the Uhaul call center was not very helpful and often had a 20-39 minute wait. I went in and talked to Anthonio, the General Manager, and he got everything figured out! He was very professional and helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. Had a scheduled appointment with them to install a hitch at 9:00. This was the first available spot two weeks ago. Did arrive 30 min late. Girl at counter was nice and said it would be ready in approximately 1.5 hours. Left it for 2.5 hours and came back. Car has not been touched. I drove an hour to get there and an hour home. Wrecked half a day. Asked for a full refund. Asked for the manger and he yelled at me, saying “we call you when ready”. I asked was it complete and he yelled “does it have a hitch on it?” He didn’t know or care and walked outside to see. I asked for the contact info of his manager. I called him and all he said was we let you down and I will talk to manager. They should have put the car on the rack, and knocked it out and offered some sort of discount. I leave on vacation tomorrow so no hitch, no trailering. I wouldn’t spend a dime here ever again, and it’s no wonder there rating is so low here and on y e l p.

Dont waste your time dealing with the people at this location. They know nothing about the products and will sell you one product, but try to install another. This is because they have no idea what they are doing. Im surprised they can figure out how to unlock to doors to open in the morning. Dont waste your time. If negative stars were an option, thats the rating I would give this location.

Most horrible experience of my life.rented a 19.95 pick up for 1.5 hours. they carged me 303.00. the manager is rude and said he had no timw for me. use the other location, these people ar crooks. the rating is below 0

Excellent service and product knowledge. Top condition equipment.

Had rented a trailer for my move, and they helped me attach it to my car and showed me how to attach it myself should I need to detach and then reattach. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

It is Saturday morning. They were suppose to open at 7 but didn’t open until 7:10. There is only one person working and the line is to the door. You would think on a Saturday morning they would have more people working.
