Alex made a difficult time much easier for our family. His compassion and caring nature was greatly appreciated. The bed is better than we could have asked for and him happily delivering and setting it up for us was a weight lifted off of us. The fact that he always has a smile and an encouraging word truly makes his customers feel like family.
