Worst store ever I won’t buy from there again our any Napa in the high desert. They are all owned by the same guy. It’s a franchise so they don’t have the same corporate rules. I bought some snow chains from this store I asked if I needed two the guy said it doesn’t hurt so I bought two sets. Go to find out I only need one and now Chris the manager doesn’t want to help me out it’s a new none open set now I’m out $200 this is BS and horrible customer service. It’s independently owned goes to find out I called a corporate store and they don’t have a problem returning it if it was bought trough a corporate store or online. I’m so frustrated. What a shame for a quick buck you lost my future business

Napa has always been my fist stop whenever I need a car or truck parts, they always have my parts and if they dont have them they will order the part for the very next day.

Employees seemed nice but could do a lot better . They got me the item I was looking for and quickly rang me up but for a 5 star I would have likes to be asked about why Im interested in the product and what I am trying to do then mabie offered alternatives.that would be 5 star worthy

Good place to find the hard to find parts

Went the other day to get intake manifold gaskets for my 67 bus. When I got the gaskets I told the specialist that I hate that the gaskets are always paper. Well, I was wrong. These Felpro gaskets are far better than any I have bought before. Thank you Napa!!

Great service! I went in to get some wheel beads was having trouble finding them and all the gentlemen at the counter were just talking for over 5 min as I stood there, not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. A young lady pushing a cart first thing she does is ask me if I need any help I said yes I do. So she stopped what she was going to do just to walk me over to we’re the tire section was and when I didn’t see what I needed so I asked her if we carry them she said let’s go on over to the counter and see if we can order what it is I needed, she passed me over to a guy at the counter which thank you so much to the young lady who acknowledged me and for the help and also to the guy at the counter. It’s guys like u that make customers feel appreciated and want to come back maybe your co workers can learn a bit on how to treat a customer. Again thank you two for the little things that make people feel good

I needed a part they didnt have in stock, the tech offered to call another NAPA to see if one could be located for pick up. Yes, from Hesperia sent over to Victorville. I was very happy it was in stock and held for pick up.

I have been a regular customer for years. These guys (and ladies) know the parts business and always take the time to explain things. A coupel of times they saved us money by advising us to ask the mechanic an extra question or two. My wife even goes in on on her own and feels comfortable getting parts. Because I am a truck driver, I am on the road everyday. These rigs take alot of abuse and over the years I have seen many cheap parts fail. My oldest brother was a mechanic by trade working in the Air Force and then moving on to many other mechanical fields. He passes away 3 years ago but gave me so good advise on parts. He said that he trusts Napa and you can normally feel the difference in the parts quality verses the Chinese replica. So for my personal ride, I will spend a little more money at Napa for the part and my Napa part should last awhile. Great Customer service at this location, and many price options normally available, and open 7 days week. My advise is to trust in Napa to get you safely down the road.

Napa is the best chain auto parts store out there. They still carry or can order everything you need to keep rolling. A friend lost a caliper bolt about a mile from one of the other stores and they didnt have much hardware. Sent us to home depot and they didnt have them. Called Napa about 2 miles away. Had everything we needed. I am going to stop shopping at the other MBA corporate run stores.
