I have a wonderful experience with Frank the one with the most beautiful eyes. He really paid attention to what I was saying and what I needed. He was not pushy, he let me decide what I wanted, not what he wanted me to have. Thank you Frank I really appreciated everything you did for me.

It was a pretty awesome experience especially since I did not plan to shop at this location this day. Casey was super professional, very patient and spot on with making sure my wife and I got what we needed. His recommendations based on what we told him were spot on. Yesterday I came into Mattress Firm to look at some adjustable bed bases. Michael was very nice he ask me some questions on what i was looking for and he was showing me a couple of options and explained in detail all the different features on both adjustable bed bases. He then came back to show me the cost on both bed bases. I was pleasantly surprised with the price on both of them. I told Michael that i would like to talk to my husband first and then i would let him know on our decision. I am usually a person that mostly does the shopping online thinking I would get a better deal. This entire shopping experience was fantastic no pressure no up selling and i didnt feel rushed and best of all was the price there is no way I would have ever thought that i get this fantastic Tempur ergo adjustable base for this price including delivery and set up. This place is great. I really didn’t know much about mattresses and my budget made it seem impossible for a quality bed, but Micheal Jackson (sales person) made it clear that wasn’t the case. He reassured me that a budget isn’t a problem and found me the perfect bed. I’m so grateful for good customer service that doesn’t take advantage of the consumers.

Loved the service we got from Casey. He was super nice, helpful and most importantly he helped stay within our budget. Waiting for replacement mattress from Mattress firm warehouse down the hill, which according to Victorville store Mgr Rigo should arrive July 24. I will give them a higher rating after it arrives an I inspect it to make sure it has no problems. Mattress being exchanged developed sagging on left side after 4 months but store Mgr was quick to jump into action before warranty expired. First and foremost, as soon as we walked into the high desert showroom, we were greeted by non other than Michael Jackson!!! Not THE Michael Jackson, but he definitely deserves some recognition. Very easy to talk too, a great listener and has a familiar/funny personality.He took his time to show us around and explained all of the little details that separated the different options, and obviously we HAD to have one of the higher end models.Overhearing my first response about the sticker price and sensing my discomfort, he offered to do a quick write up for the out the door price, and showed us the breakdown. After seeing that we were still within our budget, I asked about another mattress for a spare bedroom.Michael just finished explaining the in home warranty and let us know about a limited stock of 21 day exchange mattresses that are great mattresses at discount prices.All and all we were able to get the mattress of our dreams with a functional base ( raises and lowers the head of the bed ) the 5 side mattress cover, the * red carpet * treatment/ installation and removal, and extended warranty delivered to the house in less than a week, and within our budget!!!Yesterday, I had received a call from the delivery guys ( who were actually EARLY!!! ) and that was great for us. The two delivery guys were awesome, both wearing there masks, they explained their process and got right to it. After only 30 minutes Tops, they had everything removed and the new bedding set up, gave a complete demonstration and went on their way to make another customer sleep better and feel great....During these trying times it is an amazing feeling to know that a whole company like Mattress Firm will work with you to make sure you are going sleep well and live better and we can not explain how much this means to us!After the first night in the new bed, I have been walking around with the biggest, cheesiest smile on my face, I feel like I found a little secret way to happiness and I wanted to share that with everyone.Thank you again and againBrian T.

Mattress Firm Victorville is a must. Rigo was super chill, very knowledgeable and patient with us. We didnt know exactly what we wanted just that I had a budget and needed 1 Cali King, 1 full, 2 twins. I ended up leaving with that and more due to our salesman getting us a great deal. We eneded up with Beautyrest mattresses, and a temper pedic vibrating/ adjustable frame something i definitely was not planning on or had in mind. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helped us immensely with buying mattresses for my wife and I and our 3 kids. They had a great sale going on so decided to get the family all new mattresses. We had a little personal problem with the finance and delivery date bc we had to wait for our escrow to close on our house in order to get the mattresses but Mattress Firm let us put a deposit down to hold the order and the great sale price until we closed. They worked with us to get what we wanted, when we wanted and you don’t find that service hardly any more these days!

Very pleasant experience due to knowledge and efficiency of the Mattress Firm’s representative, Mr. Giovanny Avelar. Mr. Avelar asked what I was looking for and once informed told me the price range of the products and their characteristics for side sleepers. I mentioned a model and price I had seen on the internet and he took me right to the model while verifying the price I mentioned. He clearly knew his products and sales status w/o checking any references. He then placed the model I mentioned on a trial bed for me to trial. A good mattress at a really good price. I asked about shipping to my address and he said it was free and immediately checked availability finding and locking in the last remaining delivery slot available before I had paid in order not to lose the slot and having to wait additional days for delivery. Young man knew his products and work and gave very good and efficient service.

I just purchased a new mattress from this location. I was super satisfied with the customer service. Rigo was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I made a decision - he definitely cares about his products and has taken time to research the science behind a great nights sleep. Based on the information I gave him regarding my preferences, he showed me a wide selection of mattresses. He helped me narrow it down to two choices and then let me take my time deciding. I really appreciated that the was no hard sell. He explained the various promotions that were currently available and even contacted the company rep for the brand I was considering and was able to get me an additional promotional offer.
