Staff at Victor Valley College never disappoints everyone is always so helpful ! When it comes to funding books theyre professionals they are very quick!

I have so many problems when going here...the younger workers definitely have an attitude, especially over the phone. You have to call daily to get through to someone older who has more patience and can help. Usually they end up resolving the issue nicely without attitude. But the prices suck!!

One of the most complete bodies that Ive seen. Its come great ways since I was a student there in 2002-2004.

It is a great bookstore, located on campus of VVC! Usually, while studying at VVC, I would purchase most of my textbooks in this establishment. The books were, of course, marked up. Still, when I needed a textbook immediately, it was the only solution. Of course, there were used textbooks to purchase too. Thus, I would save money by purchasing used ones. Also, during first weeks, the lines would be long, since a lot of students would purchase their textbooks. Of course, without textbooks, this establishment sells school apparel, supplies, and snacks. I have visited this establishment, several times, while visiting my family in High Desert, and saying hello to former instructors. Thus, while on campus, I would visit this establishment, to purchase some snacks!

It was a good experience. The employees were attentive and nice. Everything was neat and organized. I found everything quickly.

Never seem to have the books we need on time, the cost is ridiculously high. Cant bring in your purse or backpack youll get treated like a terrorist. Not very welcoming at all.

Its a great store for the students of vvc. I really admire the organization and cleanliness.

Over priced. Unhelpful. Sold me a book with the right cover and the wrong content. Have me an attitude when I tried to return it. Buy your books online! Avoid this place!

Management is very poor. Students employees can be rude. Lack of communication and problem solving from management.

I appreciate the staff of VVC Rams.When I called and asked a few questions, the female staff on the other line was kind enough to help me and made sure all my questions were answered.I was also a day late to exchange items, and the staff ( at refund dept.) were very understanding, I was able to exchange the items without a problem.Mostly the bookstore is quiet, but ofcourse will be busy in the beginning of a long semesters (Fall/Spring)Thank you VVC Rams!👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟 for always working with me.

Theyre really nice buuuut you def need a season id from asb.. if needing to purchase anything or already bought something and have a comformation for it you need a student id csnnto use id or dls lol ...not really crowded right know (1:00pm)
