I have visited this store, when I was on a short trip in High Desert. It is a typical Hot Topic store. There are ample of T-Shirts, Jackets, and other apparel to choose from. Of course, the most sell-able items, usually, are the pop culture items, and popular at the time. Furthermore, the lines are not long. However, the prices are on the expensive side. Still, if anyone is in interesting in certain popular culture items, I would recommend to visit this store.

This is literally my favorite store I go to the mall just for this store alone. Every single time I am in there every worker is super nice to me very helpful and accommodating and it makes me that much happier to shop there!!! Literally never had any negative experiences when It came to this store. Ive been to a lot of different Hot topics all over but this is always my favorite one because they have the most variety of different products and Im lucky that its the closest one to where I live. :)

I love Hot Topic in general. Lots of options for whatever you collect and love. Only 4 stars for the store because you have a better selection online then at any of the instore locations. But every store is happy to help you with anything you want online getting you the best deal. Box Lunch and Torrid, their sister stores, offer the same great service.

I miss the old hot topic. :(I recently went there for a studded belt and ended up buying mochi…haha :DI payed $26 for a belt and mochi, pricey but oh well. It’s not what it used to be and I barley found the belt in my size. Regarding that hot topic used to have a wide variety of studded belts in many colors. A bit disappointed with clothing quality as well. They seem to cater to a much younger audience these days with Disney and anime merchandise making up 75% of the store. Breaks my heart to say this place lost it’s magic and what made it cool. :[Word of the wise… just be careful not to trip over any children it’s dark in there! :O

I am honestly really impressed with this store and the management. I went recently because I just bought a sweater last month and without my receipt I pretty much cried to the manager I was so distraught that there were 3 holes in it within the first month of getting it, that the manager understood and found me in the system by my credit card. She went above and beyond to help me and offered me store credit. I really like that she didnt give me a hard time and even still worked with me without a receipt. Ive been shopping at hot topic since they opened and I was a younger kid. I have loved hot topic forever. After this trip I will definitely give them a 5 star rating and be back many times more to visit and shop. Even got a better sweater and the manager gave me a tip to not dry it in the dryer to keep it lasting longer.

The atmosphere was nice, and the employees were very helpful. They were more than willing to answer questions even if they had to ask some else for the answer. Wide variety of items and the prices were reasonable.

More happy customers. Makes me happy to give them what they want. I love what I do this is my passion. I will always give my clients what they want and even better!!!!!!!

Tank tops were on sale. Small selection but the ones they had were cute.

My daughter got a bunch of teenage type gifts and shirts.

Very friendly helpful staff. But so much stuff on racks and displays no room to move around. But the store does have a large selection

Hot Topic is not your normal every ordinary Store they have such cute and out of the ordinary variety of items and I found the nicest Naruto sling crossbody bag that had a cool Kakashi uniform design a few weeks prior that my hubby fell in love with and unfortunately they didnt have it in stock anymore but they had it on pre sale online and wasnt due to be delivered until October but since he liked it so much I thought it was worth the wait! To our surprise I received the bag no more than a week later and lets just say happy hubby happy wifey! Thank you Hot Topic for sending the bag sooner than expected and it exceeded expectations! Oh and with the Hot Topic Dollars/Cash you get $15 off every $30 spent so the bag was a great price!

Wish they had more stuff like their online store. Staff is cool. I would shop there again.

I love hot topic but today I was kicked out for no reason me and my sister were looking at to necklaces and it like popped out of the holder and I think it was a worker I don’t know but they came up to us and kicked us out and we offered to pay for it but still got kicked out

Only a couple of people were allowed in the store, which is a good thing, but I didnt get to go in before our familys movie night.

I have been in this store, at the beginning of 2020! I came here, when I visited my relatives in High Desert. They had a good variety of apparel to choose from. Furthermore, they had other collectibles on sale. Therefore, when I came here, I have purchased a T-Shirt of Rick and Morty. So far, I really enjoy it. The lines, at the time, were long. However, they were moving quite fast. So definitely, if anyone is in High Desert, and some good T-Shirts, I would recommend to stop by this store!

Decent selection and I like the shirts. It gets very crowded though since the aisles are very narrow.

This is the place to come for any kind of accessories youre looking for. The music is a little loud but I like it and everyone is so friendly it makes it fun. Good prices on a lot of items.

They had a great sale on clearance, buy two get two free, and I was happy with my shopping experience. The staff was excellent and friendly. For me Hot Topic has a nostalgic feel that takes me back to 1995. Its a store that evokes good memories of mall shopping. Its a great place to still buy band t-shirts.

This is the best place in the entire mall$! The staff is always so nice! They are very accommodating! I do wish they had More than one changing room, especially during back to school time! My daughter and I always Get compliments wherever wh with the clothes we purchase!!!

This place is great whether you are like most people who go in looking for pop culture stuff or your like me and your going in to find band shirts. A few band shirts they have are pantera, slipknot, slayer, and cannibal corpse.

This place is amazing they sell things that you cant find at other places.

The inside of the store is a little on the cramped side. I think there might be too much for the small space that theyre in.Overall though, its pretty nice inside, and the employees are really helpful.

I had to return some items the manager was very helpful. Keep in mind if u have to return items to keep the tags on.

Terrible. They said they turned into a pop culture store. Dont even sell punk or metal patches anymore. Very disappointed in what this store has become.

Its not just a phase Mom... This shop has a lot of edgy clothes, but a lot of light fun clothing too! Its a strong mix of stuff!

The manager Brandy made my little sister cry. No employee should rush a customer to buy or make them feel uncomfortable even if they’re window shopping that person can always go back for what they want,customer service should always be priority. My sisters were looking around together and found a shirt at Hot Topic she was short $2 so I told her to wait for me and I’ll pay for her, she calls me back after a few minutes and tells me the lady said she has to buy something or leave. I went to go see and my sister is in tears!! This fricken lady told my sister she was”loitering “ bc she was looking around and didn’t buy anything yet ummm that’s how people shop?! When I shop I take my time and go back and fourth between stores to see what I want I bet if it was me she wouldn’t have said anything but she wanted to be big and bad and make my sister feel bad. We’re never going back here Brandy is a terrible worker and judge mental they lost loyal customers.She didn’t even say sorry to my sister brandy needs to be demoted and trained in customer service. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated terribly. I’m calling corporate ASAP

In high school this store used to be my favorite. They have a great selection of band shirts as well as cute knick knacks but the store reeks of the cheap made in china plastics and fake material.
