Water cleanliness is top notch. Their water was measured to be better quality than the local water filter installations for homes. If that werent enough, they also stock up in piñatas, bouncing houses, party supplies, and other useful supplies. Fast and friendly service to boot. Definite recommend.

My Sister ordered something from the wish app for this business while she was Up here visiting from LA without realizing her order was set to pick up instead of delivery.she was not too clear on the location as she’s not from up here. long story short she had a phone number from the order confirmation she had so I told her let’s call and find out what the hours and exact location is. I work nights so I didn’t think anything of it when I called during a break to see if a business answering machine would answer with atleast the business name so I could look up the hours. I got a personal voicemail so I hung up thinking nothing of it We called back in the morning and a lady answered immediately in a rude manner speaking Spanish to my sister And telling her off for calling her personal phone in the middle of the night and waking her up, (which by the way was the number provided as a business number) as my sister politely apologized the lady continued to reprimand her as though she was a child about how she was woken up. I had no idea this was a business I was confused and got on the phone and she rudely told me to google the hours without even taking the time to find out what the situation was or bothering to be in any way understanding, or by far polite. She frustrated me as I tried to explain the situation and the call ended by her hanging up the phone because I said “are you stupid?” After all her rudeness and interruptions. I have never been treated so rudely and with poor customer service it is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We will be picking up our order during “business hours” and hope to be treated with more respect. There is no business without customers and people will react accordingly to your attitude. This is the last time my family or myself will even consider this place for any future needs. Hopefully our imperson experience is better and this lady either joins a different line of business one where she is not dealing with people as it’s not her strong suit.

The staff is so friendly! The store is clean, theres lots to look at with nice prices, and the water tastes good. I will be coming back.
