Im dropping two stars on Baskin Robbins why because the two stars is because my daughter was happy for what she received why two stars because the service likes to categorize me on how much I have in my wallet instead of asking me whats the concern of what my daughter wants you dont ask a customer every time they your daughter wants something extra on their food or the ice cream its going to be extra its going to be extra its going to be extra its going to be extra that is totally rude and I didnt ask for how much hes going to be I asked for please put it on there but my daughter was happy and thats my concern but yes this Baskin-Robbins gets two stars

Mocha blasts is watered down. Very slow service.Also, I understand COVID is happening, but my 6 year old needed to badly use the restroom and they turned her away.

Been so long. While in line another earthquake hit. The employees promptly asked everyone to go outside. Once the shaking was over we all came back in. I got a Banana Split. Yum. Mintchocchip and more chocolate 😁 overall good service.

No accepting cash for the last week no signs outside and plus theres a wait at the door no courtesy to even note it outside before entering this place needs no of my money since they have no sense to alert you before waiting in line to get in management should have fixed this issue along time ago

I have gone here on multiple occasions, trying to give it a chance, but have not had much success. From messing up a milkshake and thinking I wouldnt notice even though it had no taste of icecream it was a barley coloured cup of milk, to being told they dont honor all coupons, that it was corporate policy, in fact, I have had a few too many bad experiences with diffrent staff to consider it simply one bad day. Unfortunately as there arent many ice cream parlors in the area I cannot give a good alternative, however due to the poor customer service this is definitely not my preferred location to enjoy a mint chocolate chip shake.

Baskin Robbins ice cream is worth every penny you pay for it. I have been eating their ice cream for many years and the taste and quality of their ice cream is still the same. Keep up the great taste.

Service was a disaster! Sandra, the supposed store manager is not someone capable of behaving professionally. Her poor attitude and incessant need to insert rude comments shows how unprofessional and uneducated she is. Im so shocked that someone like Sandra could be responsible for any aspect of management.

By opinion I feel the price point is a bit overpriced for what it is but unique flavors is what draws most of us in. The staff seemed a bit bothered or maybe overworked the day I visited. The lack of a smile or positive vibe was a bit disappointing. Overall the location was very clean. It smelled amazing. The quality of my items ordered were good.

I took my little 5 year old nephew here to get an ice cream and I thought it was pretty clean. Star was the girl that helped us out and she was really nice, happy and helpful. Super awesome, next time I visit victorville Im stopping by again!!! 🤘

Customers ahead of me were being helped. So I jumped on my phone until they were done, well the employee was ready to help me but I wasnt ready to order and she yelled at me saying Sir! Can I help you she could of waited till I was off my phone and walked up to the counter.

I just love their lce cream especially the butter pecan and the rocky road yum yum get you some.

Customer service is non exsistent here with the night closing crew on 02/7/2020. Came in 15 minutes before closing and heard at least 2 remarks about it loud and clear from workers. Also they seem to have on purpose make everything very carelessly. Also one worker rolled her eyes, upon our initial walk in. No welcomes, or no thank you have a good night.

Took my wife and 2 kids for some ice cream. We were standing in line waiting to be helped, when another customer that came in after us got in front of us and the dude behind the counter helped him first. The girl behind the register was done helping the customer in front of us and she didnt even look at us. My wife spoke up about being cut in front of and the girl behind the counter sarcastically says what can I get u. I told her nothing thank you and I left. All the kids behind the counter are latinos, and all the people that were getting helped first were latinos. I will never go back to this baskin Robbins due to them being racist against the white minority.

Overall very good. They just need to turn the AC on when its hot outside.

I paid $4.99 for a two scoop sundae and the enployes put more toppings than they did ice cream, i am very disappointed.
