This location does not have a very good selection for the store size. I’ve been to smaller branches that had better variety. Staff, however, have always been welcoming, courteous, and helpful!

Great tools, low prices and always in-stock at this location. Staff is top tier here and the check out line is quick unlike the other location. Great stop for your needs.

They always have what I need, theyre always friendly and ready to help. Went in for hand trucks, a couple had some wheels that were bent, they went into the back and exchanged them out for ones with straight wheels. Ive always been pleased with Harbor Freight. Thankful for inexpensive tools. I dont know how well the tools would perform for someone who would use them vigorously on a daily basis, but for someone like myself who uses them infrequently, theyre great!

When you go here dont expect name brands, but expect to get what you need for what you need it for when you need it, employees are helpful and courteous, quality of tools are great for your need at a decent price, I have never had an issue with returning anything that broke or malfunctioned...

Huge store and everything available....a great place to find all the maintenance tools and household implements that one could use. Employees seem to care about the smooth operation of the business. I will be back !

Harbor Freight Tools store isnt just for men. If you browse around, you will find a lot of neat items that anyone can use. They also have great prices and the store is neat, clean and well-organized. Im glad they moved to this bigger location and their sign is big, bright and beautiful.

Great service but didnt carry a14mm triples square, And a 36mm socket. But quality of service was good.

Helpful and friendly staff. Store is organized and clean with a variety of deals. If you are looking for tools at a discount this store offers it. The quality varies on the merchandise. Some of the tools are cheaply made but other tools seem to be of good quality. I recommend looking for the salessince the prices vary widely if the item is on sale, and you can use a 20% off one item coupon once per day. Good place. Good deals.

Love harbor freight tools but this location is in the ghetto...lots of homeless people and trash out front....the business itself is great but it is a very sketchy location so I cant give it more than 3 stars

This H F is usually busy. They usually have just about anything you could need from this type of store. The location is awful though and parking is not lined so cars drive thru and around all directions. Be careful in the parking lot.

Giving it 5 stars because it had what I needed at a great price. Just know that the location is sketchy as all get out. Very scary.

I have always loved Harbor Freight from the first moment I entered their store. They have absolutely wonderful merchandise and they are discounted pretty well. Today when we walked in we were greeted by someone who actually looked at us and smiled.

The only thing bad to say is I missed the coupons that used to come out monthly or weekly, besides that I always have great service for each visit that Im there.

Myself I like shopping at Harbor Freight because I can afford some of the tools they have there and where as I have an expensive fluke AC/DC meter Im able to buy at Harbor Freight for $7 a small meter and if I drop it and break it or lose it or accidentally throw it away it was $7 I can get another one that does work for me now I do try to not lose and throw my tools away but it has happened so for me Harbor Freight has tools when I need them that I can afford I know there are many people who complain about some of the tools being cheap well then go find a Snap-On truck to buy from or a Mack truck or a matco or Cornwell and I know Im missing one or two tool trucks or craftsman tools I know I started out with the Craftsman set well they were lifetime warranty then so Harbor Freight works for me if something doesnt work right they dont hassle you about returns at least I was never hassled I had bought a small generator the tailgater one and mine it kind of quit a couple days after warranty but Harbor Freight worked with me and allowed me to get another generator but this time I did take out the extended warranty and that tailgater generator the 700 running Watts 900 surge the little green one right now it is two and a half years old by all accounts for a hundred and some dollars it shouldnt even be working but it does still now probably not too much longer but I definitely got my use out of it and it does start and run considering when I first got it I did not use two-stroke oil for the mixing and just use whatever oil I had then one day I couldnt get it to run so I cleaned it up went and got two cycle oil and now for the past year and a half Ive used the proper oil I guess it got worn in the way it was and its done what I needed it to be able to do actually it probably did a lot more than it should have had to so yeah Harbor Freight they have some good deals now there are some time when you know prices are just so so I was looking into a solar system and theyre hundred watt system come in at $180 which was a little high for me when I was able to get 200 watt solar panels with the charge controller for $239 so you got to kind of watch what you get but Harbor Freight has quite a selection and tools right now Im using their electric knife for melting to styrofoam as I have a 12 volt Bodega refrigerated cooler and Im working on trying to cut the styrofoam pieces so I can insulate it a little bit better than what it is very happy with the bodega. I almost forgot to mention the fact that Harbor freights in a lot of places when I went back to Milwaukee Wisconsin I was able to find one back there and I believe they all honor their warranty so yes I like the value that I get from Harbor Freight so keep up the good work guys

The employees are very helpful available and quick check out the store is very clean neat and organized and the prices you cant beat best prices in town.

If you dont want to visit home Depot this will be a good alternative they dont have the variety of stuff as Lowes or home Depot but for a minimal things is good.

The staff was reluctant to help my boyfriend find the right things for his purchases.. if they had helped him better he would have spent $500.00+ in there tonite. But I strad because of the poor service he went to home depot where the staff was more than happy to acommodate him in helping on his search for the right equipment be needed.

The staff here knows where every single thing in the store is. The only times Ive asked for something and wasnt immediately directed to its location were when they didnt sell the item! 5 stars all day! Every day!

Good tools @ discount prices. They have all of my tool needs covered, from construction to automotive.

Horrible customer service. They tell customer can’t return the products I buy one day and if you really want to return you have to pay restocking fee 20% even brand new box unopened. Never come harbor freight again.

The customer service was not good. I needed a torch, had no idea where to go to look at them. I walked to the front 3 times stood around for a bit, bit each time the only 2 people working at time didnt even acknowledge me. I did walk the store but didnt see what I needed so I left and even thou the 2 had been busy at the time one could hand said we will be you you soon.Nothing!!!

Never enough help on the weekend. Left without purchasing anything. Long line for a cashier that moved at a snails pace.

This place is becoming like Walmart the representatives get bothered when you ask him questions or they just send you to an aisle without help parrot when I was there there was only one register open there was at least seven people in front of me. I decided not to purchase what I went in for it was not worth the wait to save a few dollars. But most of the problem was the behavior of the representatives.

I always feel like a kid in a candy store here. They usually have whatever I need at a reasonable price.

I have bought a few power tools from them and they seem to be working fine. I couldnt have afforded to buy them elsewhere so would have had to make do. Staff is helpful and nice. Never have I found something out of stock. And that is appreciated.
