The staff here is very nice and its a very clean neatly organized environment. Ive been stopping here a lot more recently since Ive been going to the gym. They have a lot of various options.

Awesome shopping experience! Was my first time here. I came in for an online order I had placed but decided to look what else the store had to offer. The store associate was very helpful and offer me a variety of assortments that I was looking for. I I definately indulged in all the goodies but I will surely be back. Its definitely a shopping experience you will have to do in person unless youre a long time customer and know what you want. Haha

You have to wear a mask to enter.. lol.. i guess they dont realize that no one is sick in victorville.. they dont understand a person can get sick from inhaling carbon monoxide that u just exhaled.. being that its a health store u would think they would be intelligent enough to know better..

Great customer service.very helpful.employers walk around just asking if u need help .The cashier gooled on the computer how much mg is good to take to get results from a new vitamin gummy that came out.

Good variety. I get my essiential oils, hair vitamins, protein etc. They dont try to push any products on you.

I notice they tend to act a little strange to surtain customers. I don’t feel very comfortable shopping with them. This happens every time I come here. They wouldn’t let use the restroom and I had to go pretty bad.

I always have fun looking around at VS, they have so much stuff.Staff is always friendly and helps me find what Im looking for.Well stocked and sometimes they have free samples.An item I was buying was cheaper on VS website and they price matched in-store.

Bad service I think they dont like Hispanics to go shopping at their store.I felt discriminated against.

I just got off of work and decided to check them out vs going into the mall to gnc and I ask the dude for help on one item and then he started following me around really close...I didnt feel comfortable looking at the other products they carried...so I just bought the stuff and left...nice store but not great staff...they tend to put people in the catagories right when you walk in...wont shop here again

Ive been going to the vitamin shoppe on bear valley for years and have no complaints. The staff is really nice and very helpful. There are always deals and I love that they have samples of products to try.

Employees are always nice and helpful. They have regular sales. I enjoy this place.

Whenever I come, I am asked 3-5 times by the staff if I need help finding something. Each time I say no, and Ive noticed them watch me as I browse around the store. Whenever I am holding a bottle of vitamins they will try to hold it up front for me, and I say no thank you. Im not sure if the staff is just overly helpful or if they assume that I am stealing. Either way, its a bit annoying. Ive come many times over the last couple months and each visit is the same. There is one staff member that isnt so overbearing like the other two, but I mostly encounter the other 2. A couple times I decided not to make a purchase and go to Vitamin World instead, because I was a bit insulted.

This is a nice big store with EVERYTHING you could ask for in health.
